I had tenants that reported an issue with the shower diverter so I quickly put out a Yelp project request to get it assessed and replaced.  Christian replied promptly with a fair estimate and had availability the next day.  

Suffice to say, they showed up on-time, bought the needed part, and left the tenants feeling happy with the service - that's a win for me.  

Bill pay was also easily handled easily online with an Apple Pay option to boot!

We had issues with our sinks! We reached out to Well Done Rooter and they replied back to us in a short time! They gave us a fair estimate, and gave us a window of when they would arrive. Once they arrived and saw the issue at hand, they gave us a fair and honest feedback as to what was causing the issue and provided us with the steps they needed to follow in order to resolve the issue. At first the issue was a bit more complex than anticipated so they needed to come out the following day, but they told us that since the beginning so we knew what to expect. Fair to say we were excited to have our sinks running back in no time thanks to Jorge and Gio. Thank you guys!! If you have plumbing issues don't hesitate to give them a chance. I extremely recommend you give them a call!!

Called many plumbing companies for an emergency plumbing issue as the sinks in my rental was backing up and starting to flood into the bathroom. We had just finished remediation due to a huge water leak from the water heater and rebuilt the bathroom and kitchen. Everything was new and the tenant was in a panic. Most of the companies I pulled up on Yelp for emergency plumbing who said they were 24/7 didn't have appointments until Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. After leaving a message with All American Plumbing, they called me back after 6 minutes of me leaving a message. They had Dave out to my unit in less than 15 minutes of connecting with them on the phone. Dave was efficient, thorough and fixed the drain problem after some hard work on his part. Great job Dave and thank you for your quickness, efficiency, friendliness and great job done!!! Price was satisfactory especially being on a Sunday and an emergency. Highly recommend!!!

I have a leaking faucet in one of my tub and Sal came over yesterday.  He was able to give a price quote and said he would comeback today at 930a.  It is now 12.30p and my wife tried calling Sal and no answer.  I find it hard to believe that Customer Service is their Top Priority.  A simple courtesy call that he can't make it would have been nice.

I had a badly clogged kitchen sink. Troy and Curtis came right over, quoted a fair price, and had the problem fixed within minutes. True pros. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink was clogged right before a graduation party.  Of course it happened over memorial weekend and I panicked!  Called Chris, he gave me a price over the phone and he was at our house in less than 30 minutes.   Chris was very knowledgeable, with a few tries.... voila!   Not only does our kitchen drain work better than it ever has, but so does our bathroom sink too!  Thank you Chris!!!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

I had called Anderson Plumbing to replace a kitchen faucet.
The plumber came, looked at the   faucet that I had purchased and gave me  a written quote to change  out the faucet.  The quote amounted to  870.00.
Since this was so ridiculously expensive, I asked the plumber if this was a joke. He said the quote came from the main office. I sent him away. I found another company that came out and spent about a half an hour doing the job and  charged  me 40.00.
I  can not imagine how a major company  that claims nobody wows clients like they do, could be so corrupt. They wowed me alright. This is the worst case of grossly over charging that I have ever experienced.

I called One Time Plumbing because I was having problems with my kitchen sink draining properly. He came out the very next day and took care of my problem right away! He was on time, friendly and very reasonably priced! I will definitely reccomend them to my friends and family and will call them again when I'm in need of plumbing services!

We have been using Rod's Rooter and plumbing for the last few years. I had Rod scope the laterals for a few clients and he did a great job. He's pretty much a scientist when it comes to the laterals and the sewer systems, including identifying the types of roots and all that. I had Rod come to our house and he was able to construct a housing for my clean out in my driveway with some concrete for me for the clean out that Rescue rooter installed but basically buried it which makes no sense, so he fixed that for us and then I had him replace our toilet, and he put together a terrible complicated vanity that I got that had literally 1000 pieces to put together and he did a great job. Hard to find an expert plumber that is reliable, doesn't invent issues and good at what he does. He's punctual, dependable and fair. Also our water heater just went out, the tankless one, he came to evaluate it and He tried to fix it for us, but it was 20 years old so time to replace it, he replaced it and now we have a new water heater that hopefully will last another 20 years. I highly recommend Rod, he is dependable, an expert, fair, kind, professional, courteous.

Have used Pip a few times in the past several years, but I was really disappointed that he cancelled last second after setting an appointment day on an emergency repair. I lost several days waiting on a repair that could have gone to another plumber. The best he could offer was Its not something I have time to mess with. Sorry. I guess his repeat customers aren't important.

RMR Plumbing goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done right. Unfortunately, it happen a leak coming from inside my walls. Called RMR plumbing and Eduardo quickly responded to my call and came out that same day (Saturday) to address the leak. He quickly identified the source of the leak and was prepared to get the job done. His price was fair and reasonable. Additionally, he was able to come out on another day to install two toilets and replace a pressure gauge. Again, got the job done quick and left no mess. Excellent work! Price very reasonable far less than other plumbers in the area. He is also willing to match or beat another plumber's quote for the same job. He is licensed and stands by his work. Eduardo and his team are hard working traveling as far as Chula Vista to Menifee at all hours of the day. Literally, working late to get the job done at no extra charge. His main goal is to ensure the job is done right and that the customer is satisfied. I really appreciate Eduardo and his team for all their hard work! Definitely will be calling them again!

I called around and some companies want up to $1,500 to SWAP out and old tankless for a new one.  Are you kidding me?  The lines are already ran! If it was going to cost a ton I would have Youtubed it and done it myself.  I spoke with AJ and he offered a reasonable price so I left it up to the expert.  He is fast and efficient and the whole job took him less than 3 hours.  He can run and fix anything to do with water/gas line as well, so if I need his help I will definite call him again.  Thank you AJ!

Fantastic service and friendly, respectful and hard working staff.  Worked with two plumbers, and both were great, especially Richard.  We had a very small issue that caused a very large spike in our water bill, but without him spending so much time investigating the issue, it would've never been found.  Highly recommend.
