Established in 2007.
One Time Plumbing is a family owned and operated business. Daniel and Sarah are a husband and wife business team. Daniel has been a plumber for 13 years and after many years of always being the top technician for other plumbing companies, he decided to go on his own. The business has thrived largely based on word of mouth referrals. The client list ranges from large corporate businesses to local property managers, restaurant owners, hotel managers and proud homeowners. One Time Plumbing is located in Chula Vista and services mostly all of the San Diego County. New clients are always welcomed to call for a free estimate and experience the difference in receiving a polite, honest and reasonably priced plumber arrive at your doorstep. Daniel has lived in the South Bay of San Diego for most of his life, he loves the trade of plumbing and is very grateful to have the opportunity to turn his profession into a business. He is well-experienced with 13 years of commercial & residential plumbing under his belt. He only recommends an honest recommendation for your plumbing repairs and enjoys the process of building relationships with his clients.
Sarah is originally from Sacramento, CA and moved to the San Diego area to pursue a Masters Degree in Social Work from SDSU in 2001. Shortly after, graduating in 2003, she and Daniel were married and began to plan for a family. They now have 4 wonderful daughters. Sarah enjoys managing the office of One Time Plumbing where she is able to provide courteous & timely service to the clients. I scheduled an appointmentf for today with this company last week because of a kitchen remodel and needed a plumber to reinstall my disposable and new facuet before all the new appliances arrived later today. I made sure the plumber I spoke to when making the appointment knew of my limited time issue. As I write this review, I am sitting here waiting for the plumber to arrive which is now over an hour and a half late. I have called the company twice only to reach their voice mail telling me to leave a message and someone would return my call in 15 minutesl. Now almost
one hour from my first call no one has contacted me. I selected this company based on all the positive reviews but am extremely dissatisfied. Now I have to scramble to find another plumber!
Daniel the owner is a pleasure to deal with, the hot water unit in my building hasn't been working properly for awhile. I finally got my landlord to call a plumber and Daniel showed up and took care of the problem immediately. Turns out the tankless water heater needed a remote to up the heat, which was never installed. Daniel installed one upped the temperature and alls good now
I can finally take a HOT shower!!!

Called one time plumbing to set up an appointment. Was able to schedule it fast that same day within hours. There was leak coming out from our floors when we used the dishwasher. Daniel was able to fix what Sears screwed up pretty fast. We still have water damage but he recommended what we do next. Great guy great service. Don't let sears mess with the plumbing. Will call one time plumbing for future needs.
did a diagnostic and told us what the problem was. gave us the quote and we liked it so Fransisco went to work. he did a great job explaining what exactly the problem is and was very honest and upfront. we needed the problem to be fixed pronto. he did it in a timely manner and even look at our other plumbing problems and gave us a quote.
would recommend this company again for future work.
p.s. checked their license online and called but didn't seem to find it. told Fransisco about it so hopefully they will put it on their website. heres the website to check for any licenses in CA

Last time for One Time!
Francisco spent an hour doing the two simplest plumbing tasks,
changing an angle stop and replacing a very accessible part of a
sink drain. And for this the bill was a heady $250!
too much in my opinion. Where do I sign up to make $250/hr?
This was the second time (and the last time) I'll use them; the first
time he forgot to turn back on the hot water heater.
I had trouble with a leak in my tub and a clogged drain. The service was quick, professional and stayed within the initial quote. He cleaned up the area after he was done. I would recommend them to anyone that needs an honest plumber.
I have used One Time plumbing for my re-pipe, water heater replacemnet and recent sewer line service in Rancho Bernardo for past few years. Daniel is great and they provide the best plumbing service. Their work is great and at a fair and honest price. I would highly recomment One Time Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs
I called One Time Plumbing because I was having problems with my kitchen sink draining properly. He came out the very next day and took care of my problem right away! He was on time, friendly and very reasonably priced! I will definitely reccomend them to my friends and family and will call them again when I'm in need of plumbing services!
I was recommended to One Time Plumbing by Serv Pro. The Chula Vista rental that I have in Chula Vista had a leak in the downstairs bathroom on a Sunday. The water for the toilet was turned off and I called for an appointment. No water was running so the Monday appointment worked for us. Daniel came as scheduled repaired the seal and floor bolts and the issue was fixed. My renters were very pleased with the professionalism, speed, clean up and I was super pleased with his pricing. Great work for reasonable rates! Daniel is on my to call list.

One Time Plumbing has to be one of the best plumbing services that I have used in my 29 years of living in San Diego. The owner came to my house on time and was clean, professonal, fast, did I mention CLEAN! I have their number on my speed dial and give them a referral whenever the need arises! I highly recommend this company to anyone that has a need, either for a home or a business!
I was disappointed with the fact that this guy charged me $150 for the service call to replace a small part on my Bosche tankless water heater. He couldn't get the part and had to order it. Two weeks later he showed up again to install the new part and tried to charge me another $90 for the service call plus $108 for the part. In the end he wanted $385 for less than $30 minutes of work. I went nuts on him and refused to pay the full amount. The heater brand new was $600 less a $300 federal rebate. I could have purchased a new heater and paid less. He seemed like a nice guy but this is blatant customer abuse and thievery! I'll never use the guy again because of this. I certainly wouldn't describe him as honest!!
We have always had drain issues in our mid-century home because of the old 1950's cast iron pipes. We decided that before we went ahead with any more bathroom upgrades it was time to take care of the REAL problem. The plan was to re-pipe the entire house (2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room) using updated materials. This scope of work was not a job for the inexperienced handyman plumber (I certainly wouldn't attempt it), so we called One Time plumbing. Daniel and his dad did a great job. Along with this major project they also took care of a few minor plumbing issues we had been neglecting at no extra charge. The piece of mind that comes with knowing that we shouldn't have any more plumbing issues is worth every penny of the cost.
Daniel from One Time Plumbing was at our project within 2 hours of our call to his company. He was fast, clean and with great customer service. I highly recommend these guys.
I called One Time Plumbing to fix my shower. I had no idea what was causing the low pressure in the shower and toilet of the hall bathroom. Our tech was there onetime, completed the job quickly, and left NO MESS. One Time Plumbing is who I'll be calling next time I have plumbing needs.

I used them to install Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration and I am really happy with the service and the results. After researching over 6 companies for the purification system I settled for Aquasana only issue was the DIY was a bit more tedious than usual plumping work I had done so far. To not have any issued I called atleast 10 local plumbing companies in San Diego including the name brand ones who sponsor bill boards etc and the quotes I got were crazy enough to just end their call right away because they were asking for almost 75% of the equipment cost to install. I got a reasonable quote from One Time plumbing and have them install my filtration system.
I would 100% call them again for any of my major plumbing works and recommend them as well

Daniel is great, came over right quick and just as the company name suggests, the problem was solved in one time. I guess I will have to watch what does down the kitchen sink more carefully.

I've been looking for a honest reliable plumber who actually knows what he is doing . I finally found one. Daniel did a very thorough job and fixed my clogged sink issues and did not charge a outrageous price. . I had other plumbers come to estimate the same job and it would have cost me twice as much.
Second visit update !!!
I recently had Daniel come out again to see if I had to replace my old cast iron pipe. He was the only plumber that suggested using a camera to actually see the condition of the pipe.
I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs a plumber .
I called for a list of minor problems and one major one. I was afraid it would be really expensive, but the bill was reasonable, and the service was relatively fast and efficient. A problem occurred, due to an unforeseeable accident, and they actually replaced the entire toilet at no cost to me. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Excellent service. Quality repairs. Nice, nice family business!

We are remodeling a bathroom and need some re-routing work. They sent out a nice young man who was quick, efficient and left the area cleaner than when he started.
We then needed a toilet, so we called 1time and they sent out another young man who was just as efficient, clean and quick!
Highly recommend 1Time Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
I must say that before having called 1 Time Plumbing I had a nightmare of a time finding a plumber who was fair and honest, but thanks to these reviews I decided to give them a call.
I had a very bad leak that ruined my floors because of the way the main pipe ran under the condo. Daniel suggested that he can rerun my water lines above ground which was genius! They were very fast, courteous, and HONEST. The price quoted was very reasonable since they have a low overhead.
They not just fixed my slab leak, but also gave me peace of mind knowing I wont have the same kind of problem again! I trust them and highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of a plumber.
