I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service that you guys offer, I had quite a few things to be done like installing a fan with remote, Installing the carpet transition strips, Install a range hood and install an over the garage storage racks and Install curtains, oliver came in and breezed through the entire list of tasks like a whirlwind and did a fantastic job, The only one that he had not done before is the storage rack and that probably took him a wee bit more time as he had to read the instructions to install, I'm sure he hated that :). But it was done at such good speed and precision, I have nothing but only good words to say about you'll. Particular thanks to oliver. Intend using you'll for a few more things around the house sooner than later. Thanks again.

He provided an assessment, immediately quoted a repair estimate prior to the job and then expediently completed the job. He then reviewed the work that done and inquired if I had any questions. Having moved many times over the past several years I have had many RO filters installed in my home. This time I chose WPS and they exceeded my expectations! David emailed me promptly, took my call the following day and provided excellent, thorough information. The installation was scheduled quickly and Eugene installed the system professionally and efficiently. He answered all of my questions with patience and left no mess. I was pleased when he removed his shoes, but impressed when he even lifted his rolling bags over my carpeting. The fees were reasonable and what I expected based on the quote from David. Best of all my water now tastes clean!

If I could give 10 STARS I would! Joe really cares about his customers. The name of his company fits him perfectly! He handled all my questions and even came to my home on his day off to check on another leak we had. The work was done quickly and professionally. He was punctual and above all kind and considerate. Zack Smith Plumbing did the work on installing a vintage 1952 Chambers stove that others had refused to touch. Zack and his crew are easy to talk to, professional, and friendly.  He did the research, had to locate unusual parts, and seemed to be unfazed by the extra effort involved in getting our beautiful 450 pound appliance properly and safely installed.Later I discovered that he, too, owns a vintage stove and swears by it.  He also suggested a few minor electrical additions to our kitchen and stunned us with how fast he managed to have them all done. His pricing is reasonable and I breathe easier now knowing that I can call someone that I can trust when plumbing, gas lines or electrical issues come up that need addressing. I can't recommend him more highly.

The dispatcher takes your name, number and address and who knows what happens after that. No one got back to me. This was a few months ago. All I wanted was a quote. But hey, as long as odd, thieving folk don't show up at my door, I guess??? At this point, I don't want a call back but that's just shady business if you ask me.

I called Bill in a panic because the water had completely stopped working at a rental. The city said the meter had water, so I looked at Yelp and called Bill. He was able to come right over (because he was up the street) and he and Carlos thought it must be the pressure regulator.... they installed a new one and still no water.  They did some trouble shooting, took the pressure regulator off and turned the water on... no water. It had to be the city... I asked them what I owed them for the time and pressure regulator, seeing as they were there for no reason, they put the old pressure regulator back on and wouldn't charge for the inconvenience. Then I had the city back out 3 times with them telling me the same thing, water is to the meter. Bill and Carlos agreed to meeting me at the house with the city and after about 10 minutes, they figured out the city wasn't only checking the wrong meter, they had turned off the water to the wrong house. Bill and Carlos were fun to talk to and refreshingly honest. I have recommended them to others and they are my new go to plumbers.

Emmanuel and Mario from Solid Plumbing and drains were pro's and got the Job done! We needed our restaurant drain unclogged this morning.They were the only company that understood the urgency of opening our restaurant back up. Very bad timing. They gave appointment window timing from 4:30pm- 6:30pm, I told them we all live so far from there, would like to set appointment at 4:30pm. She said yes, I even confirmed before hang up phone. We all came from 4:30 today to wait, no one coome in, we still wait until 6:30pm, call them back 5 times. They said technician will come in an hour. Still waiting. So bad about timing, customer who want their service, better to prepare 3 hours waiting. Dont recomend their service.
However, a technician is nice. The dispatch is very bad.

I went to about three other plumbers before I was I referred to Andy from a Dry Wall Contractor. I figured why not, I already tried three other big plumbing companies near me, one more couldn't hurt. Andy came over and started his walk through of the job. He is very patient and cognitive. He give me a quote for a high level outline for the job. The quote was about 1/2 of some of the big companies. I was worried at first because of the big price difference, but figured from his reviews and license he would be a good quality contractor. He started the job and did the work. The work was moving a water heater tank, installing a utility sink, cutting some gas lines. With each task in the job there were details that required extra effort. For the water tank he had to manage the air vent, for the water lines on the sink he had to break through the dry wall find the drain to connect to and manage what the original piping mistakes that the home builders did. For the gas lines he recessed them into the wall to give a professional look. I can go on and on about the top quality work he does and how he gives the look you want for your home. The look being he hide the plumbing lines in the ceiling for me, and behind the wall. He is the person you want to work with, he is the person you want to recommend. He is professional, and by this I mean he will take a job and tell you everything he needs to do to complete the job, he will communicate the progress of the job as well as any impact his work will have on the home/building, he will give you options to choose from and give you supportive advice for the decision you make regardless of the cost associated with the work. Hire him for your plumbing jobs, you will be grateful you did and also motivated to write a positive review for him.

Having just renovated my house, and knowing that I would one day have a slab leak (as have many neighbors), I decided to proactively repipe my house to have all plumbing moved above ground.  I conducted evaluations of several potential plumbing companies, and ultimately chose Ameri-Cal Repipe, which turned out to be an excellent decision.   From the first engagement with Toby and the folks at Ameri-Cal, I was impressed.  Toby's initial walk through and estimate was very thorough; he provided me with details of exactly what, how, and when everything would be done.  In the following days as I had more questions, Toby responded to my text messages immediately with answers and reassurance that the job would be done right.  Throughout the process, Toby was extremely polite and professional.   Upon initiating the work, the process proceeded as follows.  On the first day, four plumbers repiped our entire house with PEX.  On the second day we had an inspection, and on the third and fourth days drywallers repaired dozens of holes in the walls.  Each and everyone I interacted with from Ameri-Cal Repipe, whether in person, on the phone, or via email, was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated the utmost in professionalism.  I am extremely pleased that I chose Ameri-Cal to do this work and would definitely recommend them for repipe work, as you can be assured they will be respectful of you and your home and do a great job.

My master bathroom flooded from a gap in the caulking at the base of my toilet two evenings ago. It was very strange because the toilet wasn't cracked and it continued to spew water even after the water to the house was shut off. I called Best Choice because a friend recommended them. I was quite worried and Joe was even keel on the phone which made me relax a bit, and he said he'd come first thing in the morning (because it didn't seem like an emergency since the water stopped coming out). In the morning he removed the toilet and since there was standing water in the drain, he decided to snake it.  However, the line must have had a sharp corner so the snake was not going through. He tried other openings to snake it but to no avail. Since my house is old, there were no clean-outs installed in the yard, so he had to go in through the vent in my roof, which worked! He was finally able to extract the blockage. He re-installed the toilet and even replaced my old supply line and cleaned everything up. Everything went pretty smoothly and methodically and was solved in a couple of hours. He never seemed rushed to get through the job, which was appreciative. And we could tell he genuinely wanted to help and do a good job. We will definitely call Best Choice again for any plumbing problems.

We recently moved into a 50 yr old condo building that has had many plumbing issues. After using other plumbers with not great results, we finally (and luckily) found Perry Plumbing.  From the very outset, they have been fabulous to deal with - from Michelle who schedules appointments to John (an owner) and Nathan who have done the work. They have come to our building many times, often under emergency conditions, and they always arrive promptly!

Their work is always excellent - they find the problem, fix it and leave the place spotless. They are caring, considerate and very honest. We could not be more pleased. Thank you Perry Plumbing!
