We had a leaking kitchen faucet. These gentleman came out responded promptly, installed the new faucet quickly, were pleasant, and cleaned up after the job, all at a reasonable price. We would call them again for any plumbing issues.

I had sewer water backing up into my shower and obviously went with the first company that had availability to help. Luckily, that company was All About Plumbing. They were on-time (five minutes early, in fact), friendly, and transparent with their pricing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber on short notice.

We contacted Troy to replace our faulty garbage disposal. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When he discovered that we were also having an electrical issue, he recommended an old friend who was also very happy to help, and even offered guidance over the phone! The whole thing was fixed in less than 2 hours. We are very grateful and will definitely use his services again in the future.

Our toilet ended up clogging and we were hoping not to spend hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. I can't recommend these two enough- Troy and Curtis fixed an issue with gravel in my hot water pipe that I had been working on for about 5 years with countless plumbers.  They come on time, are pleasant to work with, fair, honest, and work incredibly hard.

Tony rearranged his next day schedule in order to fit me in for a Leaky Faucet Repair.   Tony and Curtis arrived early and did an excellent job identifying and fixing my problem.   In addition, they recommended some other related actions that I should take.   I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service! I found their number thru yelp on a Sunday when my main line backed up and flooded my bathroom and shot poop into the tub.
I called the emergency number and talked to Curtis. He was able to come out right away and quoted a decent price. He not only fixed the problem, but cleaned/ deodorized our tub and shower. He was friendly and took the time to answer our questions.
We will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

I called All About Plumbing and the technician came and confirmed what I already knew that there was a leak under the kitchen sink. He looked under the mobile home and he pointed out the leak that I already saw. He charged me $75.00 dollars for what I already knew. He said to call a contractor to have the floor removed, so he could repair the pipe that was leaking.
I called the contractor to remove the damaged floor and the entire kitchen was removed too. The plumber replaced a 5 inch little piece that was very visible to him and charge me $685.0 not counting the $75.00 dollars for a total of $760.00 dollars.
Three days later another piece of pipe bursted connected to the 5 inch pipe that he replaced. I noticed that a pressure regulator was not installed in the plumbing so, I asked him to look at it, and he said yes, there is no pressure regulator and is going to cost you $500.00 dollars to install.
I feel that he ripped me off and didn't even noticed that there was no regulator, and all he did was replace the leaking pieces. In my opinion; the entire piping needs to be replaced because they are old. For the price that he gave me, I could have replaced all the pipes. I have to hire a different company replace all the pipes, including the little pieces that All About Plumbing employee replaced.
This is an act of theft and dishonesty about All About Plumbing. I will expose their act of theft to the public and make sure they don't do it to anyone else. A law suit is comming for sure!

I thought they were great, responsive, and very intelligent. They knew what they were doing and weren't trying to upsell me. What they did was give me exactly what I needed while not trying to gain any extra money from me. They were really reasonable, very knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. Will contact again in the future.

If you live in downtown SD and need any plumbing help call Troy and Curtis, these guys know their craft,and will give you an honest assessment and will get the job done. They have good amount of experience working in high-rise buildings and know how to deal with issues that come with a high-rise, e.g reserve the elevators, schedule a water shutdown, work with the HOA etc.

I had a last minute issue with my Lowe's dish washer installation, the install guy from Lowe's told me that the hot water valve was not functioning properly and would not be able to install the dishwasher, and I need to re-schedule. I called Troy and told him about the valve issue. One thing I didn't know was that Troy had just gotten out of a shoulder surgery, despite that he got in touch with his brother ( Curtis ), who promptly came to my place to inspect the valve, and get the whole thing squared out!!!

Picture this. It's Sunday afternoon and me and my buddies think it's easy to be a plumber. We grab some copper from home depot and the tools to sweat on some pipe. We needed to lay a water line outside so it can be covered in concrete the next day. We think we do a good job but sure enough... it starts leaking at 10pm. Crap, I have concrete coming in the morning!

I start calling plumbers first thing in the morning, hoping to find someone who can help me in the next two hours without any notice. I call these guys and Troy was able to set me up immediately. Curtis comes by and gets right to work. Plumbing work should just not be a DIY thing, there's too much at stake here guys.

Curtis does a phenomenal job correcting our mistakes and I can finally sleep easy knowing that this work will not fail in the next 30 years. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. A less than ethical company might have tried to take advantage of my position and up-charged the crap out of me, but Curtis gave me a super fair price and I was happy to pay it.

Troy arrived on time wearing a mask (unlike the previous company I had to constantly remind to cover his nose), he was extremely courteous, prices were very reasonable. Issue I had was a constant water pipe rumble, rattle. At night the noise would present itself in almost perfect timing of 35 second intervals and for some reason it got EXTREMELY loud at night, like a Harley was in the next room revving up. A previous company couldn't identify the problem of the rattling and tested my pressure from a spigot outside which read 100 psi. The tech told me I needed a new regulator since it shouldn't read over 80'ish. When Troy arrived he asked for a water hook up as well and when I took him to the same spigot he immediately said no, no, I need one coming off the house, that's a irrigation spigot, those won't give you accurate reading (I immediately realized I may have bought a new regulator from the other company for no reason).

Troy then went to work on finding the solution to my problem. He checked all the sink connections and even replaced the cartridge the previous company installed in my shower to rule out a last issue scenario, that wasn't the issue and I felt hope suddenly drain (pun not intended).

So I then showed him the pipe which was causing the most noise, it was located in my small pool pump room which also has a toilet. He flushed the toilet to get the pipes going and immediately noticed something odd-the toilet just didn't sound right. He lifted the toilet lid and noticed the water line was a bit off. When toilet would try and reset itself -the water level would go down and the toilet would refill itself..and the pipe would rattle...this repeated itself..EVERY 35 SECONDS! I said OMG I think he f'ing nailed it.. Long story short-he replaced the floater and flapper and all the other crap (pun not intended) inside as well as the hose at the bottom. As far as it being louder at night, Troy explained that during the day most homes are using water (ie flushing toilets, washing clothes, cooking, etc .,) and the water pressure locally 'decreases'...at night most people are winding down and relaxing or in bed and the water pressure returns to normal or 'rises' resulting in more pressure/energy in the pipes to create a louder rattle. That solved both mysteries (increase in sound and the time intervals). I like problem solving lol..Anyway it's day two and I haven't heard a peep out of the pipes since.

If they ever gave out Nobel prizes for plumbing Troy definitely deserves one!

The price in all this was extremely reasonable, whereas the other company wanted me to exchange my water heater circulation pump at a cost of over $700 (Troys solution didn't even involve the circ pump and his fee was a fraction of that).

Needless to say I'm happy, and Troy comes HIGHLY reccomended!

Troy was extremely responsive - was able to come next day (Sunday) to replace a broken sink disposal. Cleaned everything up better than he found it and was extremely professional :)

Troy service was fast and great experience. I called him on Sunday for a gas leak and he squeezed me in his schedule and was at my house within the hour. No charge if hhe cant fix it, just turned out I had no leak and someone left the stove top on. Really nice person you can rely on for any future plumbing/gas leaks

Troy was another amazing recommendation by my realtor, Noah Grassi. I was having some major issues with water hammering that I was greatly concerned about. I had home warranty send over two plumbers: one that said nothing was wrong and offered very expensive options and another that noticed that the water pressure regulator was broken and replaced it. After the second warranty plumber fixed the issue, I felt concerned that the noise got increasingly worse with time from the hammering getting worse to the pipes whistling. Being told this is normal by the warranty repair guy at the end, was very concerning.

I am so grateful that I asked Noah who in turn asked Troy for help. I told Troy of my issue as well as the warranty fix and him and his team went to work on my pipes. They had to replace a lot of old valves to get started on the isolation (this was already noted on my home inspection report but I thought I had more time on it), they added a exhaust system() , tied down as many pipes as they could, helped me with the shower valve issues I had, fixed the issues with my water heater, provided some long term fixes and suggestions, and noted some issues that would need to be addressed in the next few years. They even helped me when I was attempting to open the blinds and windows and the blinds broke and fell on my head. They rushed over to ask if I was okay and to help me as they helped me put the blinds back up even though I told them that I can put them back later after my head stopped hurting. I had no tools at the time to do it and they knew that so I greatly appreciated their kindness as I tended to my wounds. In the end, Troy and his team discovered that the issue was the water pressure regulator again! They helped me with a detailed report quickly and I did the leg work to get the amount covered by home warranty. Ever since they did the work, I have had no issues with leakage or water hammering or whistling.

Troy and his team were friendly, very communicative, efficient, effective, helpful, great workers, provided quality work, very thorough, and are team players. I am very lucky to have them on my team as they helped me resolve my issue, provide very detailed help and invoices, and fit me into their very tight schedule to prevent my pipes/house from being damaged long term. I hope to work with them again as they were wonderful to work with and provided an amazing service.

I called Troy on a Sunday after getting stuck midway through an attempt at repairing a leaky shower faucet on my own . He not only showed up for an estimate within the hour but he got the cartridge unstuck for me and walked me through the rest of the repair . I can't thank him enough . Sometimes when everything is falling apart, someone shows you kindness and gives you enough help to make all the difference ! I won't hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs.. just hope they don't happen for a while !:)

Could not be happier with this company! We had some terrible plumbing issues going on at my home and these guys fixed it for us, no problem! Great communication, arrived within the time appointment time frame, honest and fair pricing.  I had issues with the kitchen facuet not working. They were able to come in and figure out what was wrong within 15 minutes and even made suggestions for any future issues, if any come up.  Highly recommend!

Called Troy on Thursday and asked if they could do work on Monday or Tuesday.  He called me back in 30 and said Tuesday morning, 9AM.  I needed them to replace a kitchen faucet and supply valves.  Troy advised against buying the super cheap, Glacier Bay brand, warning that it would fail in a few years and he charges the same to install a better quality brad.  Later at Home Depot I text him, Moen or Delta.  He quickly responds, Moen.  

8:55 on Tuesday Troy and Curtis arrive.  Curtis gets to work under my kitchen sink.  I asked Troy about another issue which involves pipes in a crawl space that has a ton of cobwebs.  Troy crawls into the space and emerges with an answer that doesn't involve more work for him.  

They finished the sink job and when I asked if they would unblock a toilet, Troy tells me that he's happy to charge me $150, but that I could also get an auger from HD and save the money.  When a craftsman advises me to not pay him, that impresses the heck out of me.  I did get the auger, and unblocked it myself.  

I don't mind paying good money for good work.  Troy and Curtis deliver excellent work, on time, and clean up after them selves.  I highly recommend them.

Troy was very responsive and answered a lot of questions (excellent communication). He was very professional and friendly and showed up to the property with a facial mask (kept all safety precautions during this pandemic). Very reasonably pricing and was very efficient when completing the task (I had draining issues with my bathtub and Troy fixed the issues quickly, free of any mess or issues).

If I could rename this company it would be All About Customer Service While We Fix Your Plumbing and Make You Laugh. My husband and I are big fans of supporting local/family owned business, and are pleased with the service we received from these two brothers. Their quote was fair, the actual price was better than I expected (even after I added on a couple of things), they didn't leave my kitchen a disaster area, and I even got a science lesson at no additional charge! So, the next time I decide to rinse an entire box of mashed potatoes down the drain, I will definitely call these guys.

All About Plumbing fixed the problem Tarpy Plumbing didn't.

I originally called Tarpy Plumbing to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They charged me $200 and said it probably would clog again unless I spent $1200 for a flash power  flush of the drain. I said no thanks (since it sounded like a racket), but less than a week later the drain clogged again.

I decided to try a different plumber and called All About Plumbing. Troy came out and cleaned out the entire drain and pipes and said I shouldn't have any problems any time soon. Charged me $205.

I pretty much wasted my money with Tarpy Plumbing and had to call someone to fix what they couldn't.

I highly recommend Troy and All About Plumbing. He's a straight shooter doing honest work. So refreshing to find honest people doing honest work. I'm saving their contact in my phone for any future plumbing needs.

Called to inquire about what scope of work All About Plumbing covered.  My wife and I are working on a home expansion and need to have new plumbing installed.  When asked if they worked on new projects or had any availability to check out our project, the plumber who answered just chuckled, said Yeah, no, and then hung up on me.  No clarifying questions about the project, no guidance on where else I might look, no customer service.  Frankly, it was just plain rude.

Anderson Plumbing also said they don't do new projects, but at least they had decent service reps who talked with me.  For those looking, check out Tarpy if you need a new bathroom or kitchen plumbed out.

Recommended by a friend, I called Troy and and discussed by problem faucet for a few minutes and he gave me instructions on what faucet to pick up for the install. Curtis arrived on time the next morning and replaced the faucet no issues. After dealing with various plumbers through the years, it's refreshing to find someone that is able to do the job correctly the first time, reliable and with a great attitude. I called early this morning because our kitchen sink was backing up, on the first ring the phone was answered by Troy, he was very professional & said Curtis would be out between 9-10am to diagnose what was going on. Curtis showed on time, was professional & courteous, had a mask on & went to work right away. Fixed the problem & after an hour & a half he was on his way. We will definitely be calling them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Above and beyond- WAY beyond! I called because Lowe's wouldn't install the new fridge with the water line we had. Curtis came within a few hours and by HIMSELF removed the old fridge, fixed the line and installed the new one! He let me know what was happening every step of the way and even burned a type of incense to immediately negate the smell from the old fridge. Will have these brothers on speed dial for every plumbing need from now on!

Curtis replied on Thanksgiving morning at 6:30 AM, showed up here with in the hour. Had us all sorted for a flat fee on a holiday! I would highly recommend Curtis and All about plumbing. Morning! Such a relief to have a reliable and Straightforward service fee. I have peace of mind, to call this company in the future.

Troy and Curtis are great! They were prompt, reliable, knowledgeable and experienced. They explained the leak issue to me and got it fixed quickly. They went above and beyond and removed a restrictor in my shower head that was reducing water pressure. That had been bothering me for years. They also treated the stain from the leak. Just excellent nice and down to earth guys. I'm going to hire them again as soon as I am ready to replace some old fixtures in my bathrooms.

Troy is a very interesting man as well as a highly experienced and knowledgeable plumber. His price was fair and he worked quickly and efficiently. I will certainly call him next time I have any kind of plumbing problem.

My contractor damaged (broke) my main line with an excavator. My water was leaking, but I could not find leak. I reached out to all about plumbing and not only were they available on short notice, but they completed the job in less than 3 hours.

My property is over 1/2 an acre and they were able to find the leak, dig up the pipe under ivy roots and make the repairs. They gave me good tips regarding maintenance and signs of other common household issues.

I am grateful for all their hard work and education. I just bought this house and will be using them for future renovations.

Good, fast service, they came fixed the issue, called at 2:45 they got here 3:15ish, unclogged toilet and hooked up my sink hair issue lol and left by 4:05!!! Price fair!

I called All About Plumbing for a sewer blockage problem & they were at my door in 20 minutes.
 I told Troy that 14 years ago I dug up my yard to replace the sewer line & 6' of it was plugged solid with roots. Troy & Curtis worked on it for a couple hrs with a 3 cutting blade, it was getting late so they came back the next morning & sent a  high pressure water cutter jetter through the lines 7 times & finally broke through, they sent the camera down again & it showed more roots, used the 3 cutter on a snake for another hour before sending the camera down 1 last time, look like new.
    I've worked in the construction business for over 40 years worked with thousands of contractor's and never have I meet a more honest contractor & hard working team than Troy & Curtis. If you ever hire a contractor protect yourself & property by making sure they are licensed by the state of California, when hiring a scab contractor and you then become their employer & are responsible for all his damages & injuries on your property.

All around excellent customer service. It's not very often you find someone who is really driven by principle and I believe these guys are. They were honest, prompt, fair, and knowledgeable. I would use them in the future without any hesitation. Thank you, Troy, for being awesome!

Friendly & knowledgeable plumbers!!! Installed a new garbage disposal and also educated us on how to maintain it for longer lifetime use, have never had plumbers do that before. Directed us to a bathroom remodel company and the remodel went beautifully! Happy we have All About Plumbing as our plumbing service! No regrets!!!
