He took his time through each room in my house until he find two separate leaks, one he fixed on the spot and one he had to come the next day. I would highly recommend this company. I had a water leak I thought was in my backyard. I called them on a Sunday and David gave me a price and would come out. Unfortunately things happened and David needed to reschedule me for the next day and waived my fee. The next day David came out assessed the leak and determined there was no leak coming from the outside. The pipe leak was in my kitchen. David , Hansel and Tommy came the next day and fixed my problem. They were efficient, professional and honest. Thank you guys!

Needed a quick turn around with disconnecting our appliances for a kitchen remodel. Called late night, Hansel answered the phone and was able to help me first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and quickly took care of business. I really appreciated the speedy response!

Our toilet clogged up this morning so I called San Diego Emergency Plumbing since they had great reviews and closer to my area. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone got someone to help me out this afternoon. Hansel came in and saved the day! He snaked our toilet and less than 10 minutes later, I heard it flush from our other room. It was a relief. He explained to us what his findings were, and provided solid feedback on what we can do to mitigate it from happening again. Thanks, Hansel!

Above and beyond! First, started with me calling to San Diego Emergency plumbing and leak detecting on my condo's hot water leak. Lorena, the office manager answered the call and was so nice, polite and reassuring that made me feel that I found the right company for my problem. Then, in less than an hour the plumber named Carlos came, did the emergency repairs, estimated the job needed to be done and within couple of days did a great job of rerouting hot water pipeline in my condo. Carlos is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly person. The price of the work was reasonable too. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality plumbing job. Lorena was patient, kind, and helpful dealing with me in a panic and scheduling a plumber to come out. She sent Carlos, who I can't say enough good things about. Hansel with San Diego Emergency Plumbing is the BEST!!! I had a sudden leak from the upstairs bath that poured down into the downstairs kitchen and dining room. To say the least...the whole situation was overwhelming, but my GC referred me over to Hansel/SDEP who was very responsive and clearly on top of his game. He explained what was wrong and how it needed to be resolved. Explaining it to me in a way that I understood was a feat in and of itself haha, but he also FIXED the problem. Thank you, Hansel and SDEP!

Awesome job done by San Diego Emergency plumbing. I got the quote in less than an hour for installing the faucet and shower head, the price was less by 20% than most of the quotes I received. The assistant Lorena was very cordial and very helpful in setting up an appointment as quickly as possible. Carlos the plumber came on time, he did some additional work with the shower head at no additional cost and completed the job in two hours. Carlos was professional and the quality of work was exceptional. I would recommend this plumber any time.
Lorena was friendly and the service was fast especially during the holidays. Communication was a bit difficult with the plumber, but he did a great job.

I had a great experience with Lorena and plumber Carlos! I contacted the business on 07/3/21 in regards to my leak in my condo and Lorena was very thorough in what needs to be done. She got a plumber out in less than an hour. Plumber Carlos was able to detect it right away before any further damages can escalate. The whole process put me at ease because both Lorena and Carlos were informative and explaining to me step by step of what needs to be done. I highly recommend for your plumbing issues!
