These guys were reliable and on time. They took the time to separate my stuff from trash to recycling. I felt better knowing so much of what I thought was trash could be recycled at various places in SD. Very reasonable

We had McGuire Plumbing come out and replace/install a new kitchen sink and move/install a new electric water heater. From the moment I first talked to him on the phone he was very professional, scheduled us right away, showed up on time and got right to work. He was professional and gave updates along the way on what he would recommend, the status of both installations and cleaned up when he finished both projects. We are so happy with both projects, and so happy to find Dane. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs, I know we will be using him again!

I called about my water heater not warming up the water and the flashing light telling me I needed to replace the burner.  Vladimir stopped by same day and was able to clean out bottom and restart the water heater and it worked no problem, no need for a new part.  Advised me if happened again to call the company as should be free under the warranty.  Did this for free since didn't need any really fixing. Even sent me a text link after he left with info on warranty.  And didn't charge me!  Would definitely call again for any plumbing issues.  Thanks so much!

Both of my kitchen sinks were clogged and not running and Ryan Guthrie showed up right on time, was extremely courteous and professional, climbed right up on my
roof and cleared the drain in no time at all.  He came back in, tested and it was done!  Such great service!

The booking process was super fast and easy with Monica, and Abe was friendly and really knew his stuff (albeit a bit messy...didn't really clean up after himself with puddles of dirty water on my bathroom floor and in my sink). My issue was with the bill -- for other people (see other reviews) the initial $69 service fee was removed, but not for me; a 10-minute drain snaking cost me a total of $230. I was told it cost extra for high rise service (my building is technically a mid-rise), but no real reason could be given why, and that wasn't highlighted when I booked the service. I would like to recommend them to others in the future because the service was good, but I think I got overcharged making me feel like they don't want me as a repeat customer, which is why they only get 3 stars.

The name Quality Plumbing is not exactly what services you will get. The service was beyond quality and absolutely perfect! Having no plumbing service is our home was difficult  enough and coming up on the weekend made things more critical. Learning that we may have a broken pipe and needed to have our fence removed and yard dug up made the situation more stressful. Leo reassured us that we would have our service back and stayed late into the night to get it up and running. You will not go wrong in choosing Quality as they truly make you feel like you are their priority! My yard looks like nothing happened.

I called Burtech Plumbing after getting a coupon for drain cleaning. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Jaime called me 30 minutes before coming. Jaime was very efficient, pleasant and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend Burtech Plumbing!

AMAZING customer service. I needed a sewer line scoped for a home inspection. Raul got back to me immediately and set me up with his man Albert. Both Raul and Albert were so communicative, so helpful, and just all around super easy to work with. Albert gave me updates all throughout the process, and uploaded photos and vids for me right after the site visit. I can't express how much I appreciate the service I got from him, and Raul. I'll be a customer for life.

We hired Plumworks to install a new sink in our home. Carlos and Estevan's interpersonal and professional skills were superb. Carlos did an excellent job explaining the process of what he would be doing and even provided aftercare instructions. Plumworks has our highest reccomendation and we look forward to working with them in the future.

From my initial call, I was treated very well, and given an appointment the very next morning.
I had a faulty faucet cartridge that Skylar painstakingly fished out the old rubber rings, and replaced with a new cartridge. He tested everything, and then researched a tub issue. He says he will get that estimate to me shortly. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier person. He even remembered doing some work for me two years ago, and thanked me for remembering Pacific Drain. How could I forget? When you find a company that truly cares, why go anywhere else? Very good prices too.

Mr. Larson is the best plumber we have ever had. Our church has three buildings and extensive grounds, and was built around 1960. There are so many different problems that it seemed every two weeks we were dealing with a leak somewhere. Mr. Larson patiently helped us to review our entire system and make necessary repairs. Any other plumber would've charged us a fortune, but he did it all at a reasonable price with impeccable attention to detail. We are so grateful to Mr. Larson for taking such good care of us. We would recommend him highly to any business or homeowner.

Wish they were open a bit later (they close at 4:30 so they cater to more of the professional population vs the regular guy who likes to fix things themselves), but they are a life save of a store. They have almost every single hard to get plumbing item known to man. Also the employees are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. You will not be sorry you went here for what you need. Also it might just be the New Yorker in me but I prefer to support small businesses. Especially when they are superior to a Home Depot or Lowe's.
