I got an urgent plumbing problem last night. The main pipe was clogged which caused the downstairs toilet overflowing when using upstairs toilets.  I called Drain Busters around 9pm last night and they came less than 40 minutes and cleared out the main pipe. Great service! I will definitely use Drain Busters again! Thank you!

REVISED***. The faucet installed leaks and I can't get them to come back fix. it.   This is a good the plumbing company I have ever used. Mike L. was my plumber today and He was amazing and nice. Goof. technician and determined to get the job done no matter what he came across.  He unclogged a toilet and he got a drain moving again in a bathroom sink , and he installed two new faucets in the master bathroom that I purchased  and replaced the old corroded ones . He was so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do to get old ones off etc.  And it was so reasonable all that work and labor you will never ever find a more reasonable plumbing company and for seniors too.  Gary is good boss and he approved all and they kept in touch throughout the job.  Clears outside main lines too!

Incredible service and very responsive. I made a call to get help in fixing a corroded pipe that's been leaking bath water into crawl space. They came next day and the job was more complex than originally estimated but they still stayed close to the original estimate. Not only did they replace the broken pipe, they replaced another section that was corroded and cleaned out drains to make sure the problem wouldn't come back. They stayed through late night to make sure the job was done! Thank you so much! I will be calling them again for the next plumbing job.

We were thrilled with the service we received. A blocked drain that was was backing up to the kitchen and the garage was failing to clear after several attempts with the snake from the roof!! Mike could see the blockage which turned out to be many, many years of oil buildup. Everytime he went through it, it would reseal itself.  He perservered and used a water jet to finely break through. We received a great rate and couldn't have asked for better customer service from Mike and the office. Thank you, thank you! Future customers...don't hesitate to call!

WOW! We are so impressed with the service from Mike and Rick! Called today (Sunday of course) because our toilet was clogged and water was backing up into the other toilet and both bathtubs meaning it was a main line problem. It was a tough job and took hours but they would NOT give up!! They tore the bathroom up and had to take out the toilet, but they left it cleaner than they found it as promised.
I will certainly be calling them again if needed and recommending them to friends and family because they were very reasonable, and turned my freak-out around and talked to us every step of the way, not to mention how they didn't charge us an arm and a leg even though they were here until 10 pm on a Sunday night!  Call them, you won't be sorry, great job guys, thank you so much!!!

Rick and Mike did a great job with fixing the shower! The hot water was just a trickle when we first moved in to our new home, but now it works great. I asked them to take a look at the kitchen drain/garbage disposal and later the bathroom faucet, and they fixed all of them very quickly! I would definitely recommend Drain Busters!

Everything went smoothly with Rick. Obviously won't know the extent of sink work till we use it a little bit but everything in the process was hassle free.

They were great! Excellent customer service.  Gary did a main-line clean-out installation and snaked the line for us.  He quoted me a fair price and then once he was finished he said things went better than expected and charged me $150.00 less than he quoted.  They were on time and finished quickly.  He no longer has to remove the toilet every time our drains get blocked he can use the new access point.

I called 3 different plumbing companies before I called Drainbusters. I am glad I did, the secretary Christina was professional and very knowledgeable. Gary, the owner came out very quickly. He was honest and told me what the problem was. I was shocked at the price since I was quoted by another plumber and thought this cant be right he is going to charge me more after. Nope he did not, he only charged what he said. It has been 2 weeks now and still no problems. I will definitely be keeping his card on the fridge.

Gary came highly recommended. Spoke with him over the phone, sent pictures via text, and he immediately sent someone out to check out the leak we had. Rick couldn't have been any easier to work with. He went through all the steps to find the leak be for absolutely having to cut holes. Once we did he meticulously looked around in the tight space and found the leak. It was a quick easy fix. I just found my new plummers.

These guys are great!  I live in Seattle; my Mom, who lives in Garden Grove, and I have been using them for approximately 4 years since my Dad passed four years ago.  They treat my Mom, who is 90, like she is part of their family.  They tackle any problem, they're readily available, and great prices.  If you have need of a plumber give Gary a call ypu won't disappointed.

Called these guys based on their yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. Mike came by and snaked our tub and he explained the whole process and was kind enough to tell me more about our plumbing if we would have any future issues. He was super professional and I would hire this company any anytime I have problems with my plumbing.

Outstanding. I really didn't want to have to take a day off work to be home for a plumber. Got an answer when I called instead of a machine. (HUGE plus) and scheduled with one of the team to come out within 2 hours. Mike came out and immediately diagnosed the horrible kitchen line complete grease-up and cleared it like new in no time. Price was exactly as quoted and the overall experience was fantastic. He even checked some other DIY plumbing for me and tweaked it to get rid of a little leak.

Bottom line, this was a, easy, pleasant and painless process and I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for any plumbing work.

Gary is a gem. He even answers the phone on Sunday morning, and offers to come out on the weekend. I've been through 4 plumbers in the past 5 years to help with my elderly father's house, and Gary is the keeper. No drama to upsell or justify an inflated bill, just honest competence in fixing the problem. Gary is responsive, available, reasonable and ethical.

We needed a plumber to clear the main for our elderly parents. We called several places but Drain Busters was the only one to promptly return our call. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, but their service was exceptional... on time, kind, and all work done in a timely manner! There's a reason this company is at or near the top of the Yelp list and we found out first hand... Highly recommended!

Gary and Mike are supreme. They are the definition of service. Am impressed. Had called other fast service drain clearing entity. Told me would have tech at my home between 7-8am. Guess what? No call or show. 8:30 inquired where tech. He busy. Wait til 10. Lost credibility. Stubbled upon Gary's company and picked due to the numerous positive reviews. They were all confirmed correct today. Made appointment with Gary for in-between 10- noon.. Shortly thereafter Mike called to confirm address..... Mike was done before 10am. WHAT GREAT HONEST SERVICE. You wondering about price. Quote was between $99-$150. Worth every penny and more. Gary and company is my go to plumber!

Woke up to toilet backing up and toilet waste backing into bathtub from drain. Plunging didn't help. Called Drain Busters and Gary said he said it was the main line and that he'd be over around noon. He came and snaked it with a heavy duty snake from outside the house and finished clearing the clog in under an hour. The price was more than reasonable. We will continue to use this company, and strongly recommend to anyone we know. Excellent workman ship and friendly efficient customer service!

Not very reliable ! I made an appointment and they never showed up. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know either. Poor customer service!

I have used drain busters several times. Rick is the plumber who I dealt with, and he is very knowledgeable and does good work. His rates seem to be okay as well, though I don't have a great reference point since I wouldn't normally get other opinions from other plumbers.

As of late, seems like these guys are too busy to take my business. That I think is extremely unprofessional for repeat customers and ends up being annoying for the homeowner as you now have to do more work to find another good plumber due to the lack of reliability of your go to company.

And thus I've found a different plumber for when things go wrong with plumbing. And that is the reason for 2 less stars for these guys.

This is the second time we have Drain Busters & had excellent service. Gary is honest, professional and a very nice man to work with. Highly recommend their services.

I had a slow shower drainage problem and they told me it costs $89 for the service fee, and lo and behold it was $89! No hidden fees, and very transparent. It might also be that my issue was a minor problem but they were one of the cheapest plumbers I called. Some told me they would charge $150 for a simple unclog :0

They're incredibly friendly, helpful, fast, and honest. I'm a clean person so I asked if he could wear plastic bags over his shoes and he had no hesitation! Very considerate, great service, and would highly recommend to others.

Had an amazing experience Mike was a life saver after spending all weekend trying to unclog two bathroom sinks. I called on a Sunday and Mike got back to me very quickly . He reinsured me if they can't unclog it I wouldn't be charged. It was tricky but he unclogged both sinks and fixed a leak. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

I've used them twice and Mike always calls and shows up on time. He has been so cheerful, and so I really appreciate his services. He also answers questions without getting frustrated. I'm also the type that wants to learn, that way I can explain it better next time, and he was teaching me a few things about drainage and how to spot where the clog is coming from. 2nd time that I am using the service of Drain and Busters , this time a bigger job than a clogged sink , a new hook up and drain in a garage . Well don't bother going somewhere else for plumbing service ... I try ... Always respond to phone call ,same day estimate ,next day service , Rick and his guys did an excellent job ,price is cut in half compare to other companies , they stay until 10 pm to finish an clean up even when I told them that they can come back the next day . I own a few older rental properties, so I always have some plumbing issues.  I discovered Gary and his team a few months ago. They have come to my rescue a few times.  Of course every issue happens on the weekend.  The last issue was with a water heater at a fourplex.   They scrounged to get parts for it to get it working for my tenants on a Sunday.  Had myself prepared for some scarey $$$.  But Gary always charges more than fair prices.  I will definitely be calling him first for whatever plumbing issues arise!

The water line on the back of my fridge punctured somehow and we had water spraying everywhere. I called around 9pm on a Saturday night. Several other plumbing places advertised 24/7, but none of them answered except for one. And the one that answered couldn't come until the next day. Then I saw this company. I was almost scared to call a perfect 5 star review company for fear I'd pay dearly for the highly praised service. I called and they answered and Mike was at my house in less than an hour, just as promised. Problem was taken care of and I felt relieved being able to sleep with everything done. I feel like he charged a very reasonable fee for after hours service. Although I don't hope to need their services again soon, when I do have a problem I will call them.

Arrived ontime, clean and ready to go.. We had some issues getting the clog done and out, but he was not going to leave until it was totally cleared. I very much appreciate good hard, honest work.  Thank You very much.

Water was coming up from under our toilet, the other bathtub had what looked like sewage coming up it and of course I was just thinking I was glad we had insurance ;)

They were quick to answer their phones a little after midnight that fine Saturday night but the owner was unfortunately out of town. As the water wasn't coming out unless we were running it, it was not a big deal. They were able to get someone (Rick) out within an hour of calling in the morning and now our pipes are clear!

Had a leaking sink caused by poorly reassembled pipe fittings after having my pipes snaked by Roto-Rooter.  Mike from Drain Busters was very nice and explained what he was checking and was very thorough in his assessment of the issue. (The reverse-osmosis line was mis-aligned with the drip hole and was totally loose allowing water to drip down the outside of my piping.)

No more leaks and my pipes are now very solid after Mike readjusted all my fittings and positioning properly. Mike takes pride in his work and it shows in his results. I would definitely recommend Mike and Drain Busters to anyone with plumbing issues.

Last night (Saturday) I realized that my down stairs shower was not turning off.  I tried everything I could with no success.  I was absolutely in a panic because it if I didn't get it fixed I would have to turn off the water to the house.  

Called Drain Busters and they were out with in a half an hour.  Fixed my problem and rescued me.  I am so excited to find an honest plumber who I can trust and is available when I need them.

Plumber was punctual and efficient.   He replaced my angle stops and water supply lines in kitchen sink.  I also had him replace my old kitchen faucet.  Price quoted was the price I paid.   No hourly rate as other plumbers quoted.....I just wanted to know what my charge will be, given the job was as I described.

Our drain backed up the day before the Super Bowl and we we're expecting close to 40 guests! Considering it was now late in the evening and most places are closed, we were looking doomed.  Drain Buster was the only company that responded and not only fixed the issue, they charged us a very fair rate.  Thank you Drain Buster!

I'll leave a more thorough review in 1 week to see how the service stands up.

In the interim:

We had a clogged kitchen sink, which backed up the bathroom sink (possibly oil/grease in the drain.)

Not related but we also had a slow draining bathtub, and a bathtub faucet that wouldn't allow the diverter to go up or down.

Was quick to respond to my text message on Friday night for a next day plumbing job.

She also answered all of my calls and readily redirected me to Gary (the owner) when she felt that she wasn't the right person to make a decision on an issue.

5 stars for Isaiah:
Isaiah is currently working on our plumbing and is doing a stellar job.

He was committed and stayed until the job was done. He did everything in his power to complete the work he started. My husband and I greatly appreciated Isaiah's possibility thinking when Dan was sure the issue was something else entirely. Isaiah was willing to examine and experiment with alternate solutions when Dan gave up (and left mid-job) and followed through with a no-quit attitude.

He was highly communicative throughout the work he did  and walked us through what he was going to do. He also listened to our questions and answered us with patience.

Talk about a stand up young man with a serious commitment to quality service.

He'll make a great business owner one day.

He's a man who understands customer service and adding value to his customers. Instead of nickel-and-dime-ing over a few dollars, he ate an unexpected equipment cost because he gets what winning his customers means and creating a long term ambassador of them.

2 stars for Dan:
1 star for his sense of humor.
1 star for him physically showing up to the job, pulling the hair clog out of the bathtub drain, and greasing the bathtub faucet diverter.

-When my husband went to meet him in the parking garage, he immediately expressed how tired he was (understandable because service industry work has insane physical demands)
-He went in guns blazing without doing any kind of pre-consultation or communication about what he was going to diagnose and fix. Just wanted to get in and out.
-He dictated continuously to Isaiah (who is in an apprentice-type position) in a dictatorial almost bossy manner which is really unnerving in front of a client
-He insisted the issue was one thing and kept repeating/hammering it home over and over again (Isaiah ultimately resolved it by just not quitting on the job)
-He then complained that he had been here for HOURS
-He insisted we pay for a pipe part for a problem that was not pre-existing that he had created. Isaiah disagreed as did Garry so they absorbed that cost

Issues: His defensiveness, lack of ownership, lack of customer service orientation, and general lack of professionalism.

I'm sure on a day that he wasn't tired he would have provided great service. Knowing that, he should have turned down the job.

To sum it up:
I would easily use them again. For Isaiah, Rick (the technician that showed up as a second opinion,) Garry, and Christina but I would passionately request that Dan not be assigned to us.

Mike was awesome, got to our restaurant earlier than the initial time.  Very professional and friendly.  Very reasonable price, gone above and beyond after stoppage has been clear.  I am very glad to find them and will be our plumber going forward.

I still think you should call them on a Sunday when most other plumbers won't come out but my only caveat is that the guy who came out to clear my kitchen drain had absolutely no protective cloths. I've never had a plumber come out without some protection for the floor or cabinet. I had to provide towels and plastic and cardboard. He took about 2.5+ hours and left a mess around my kitchen cabinets and rug. When I suggested that he should bring a protective tarp to prevent messes, he got really defensive: Didn't I do a good job? What do you want me to do about it? Holy cow. I got ticked off at that point. Just be aware that you're going to have a mess but other than that, if it's a Sunday, call them.

***It's the day after and I'm still grossed out. I have to wash towels with the black sludge. The garden hose was slimed with black sludge because he brought it into the house to clear out the drain (the clean out is in the house because of a room addition) and my hands smell like the black drain sludge because I had to clean the garden hose. The guy touched a kitchen switch controlling the garbage disposal with his black sludge grimed hands and I couldn't believe he did that.

*** A suggestion to the owner of this business: get your guys to use protective cloths and be mindful of not making a mess. If you do this, I'll use your service again but otherwise, I'll use my regular plumber who never ever makes a mess that grosses me out. He's just slower to get here but boy howdy, I learned my lesson. Better to wait for someone who does a clean and efficient job.

Major drainage issues with all of the recent rain and needed a plumber asap. Great prices very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Mike was great at explaining everything about the issues we had and stayed professional with difficult circumstances. Will definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs.

I called and spoke to Gary....he was really nice he came out within 30 min of my call. I really appreciated that because i didn't miss to much work because he came right away early in the morning. After I bought the new parts I needed him and his team installed a new kitchen and bathroom faucet, and unclogged my drain in my bathtub a few days later. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I was not charged extra for a weekend appointment. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Same clog, in the main sewer drain like 6 and 3 years ago, was fixed on a Sunday night just before Thanksgiving.
Somehow I lost their phone numbers and called another 5 star company.  After a failed attempt with their hydro jet, their Master plumber up sold me to jackhammer my brand new remodeled flooring tiles to fix the clog.
Thank God that I found back Drain Busters' phone number and Mike answered the phone. He's really a Godsend Angel Savior.
He even remembers me from 3 years ago. They were extremely extremely busy but somehow found the time to send Rick to the rescue. Again, like 6 years ago, Rick was very efficient and explained every step of what their snake was supposed to do. He unclogged from the back of the house clean-out to the front. And to make sure that he did a good job, he snaked from the front clean-out to the back of the house.
That's it, I will be loyal to Drain Busters for life !

Called three different plumbers with great yelp reviews in my area. Out of the 3 only one got back to me and they didn't have an opening until next week. Got ahold of Drain busters and they were here in half and hour and my drain  was busted in no time and for a much better rate then I was seeing. Thanks!!!

We have hired Drain Busters two times; one time was to unclog our toilet and the second time to unclog our kitchen sink.  Mike from Drain Busters came out for both jobs...what a stand-up guy he is.   He gave us very helpful recommendations for maintenance, etc.  They are prompt.  
I asked Mike what other services Drain Buster provides.  He told me they do water heaters, valves, switching out faucets, etc.  We will definitely be using them for those issues in the future.

Wow these guys are awesome! I emailed them at 7 am and they came out and fixed my clogged main drain before noon that same day! They were very reasonably priced and even gave us a senior citizen discount! Thank you so much for your great work!

Wow! The 5 star reviews are earned - we texted Gary through Yelp around 7pm on a Friday evening for a clogged bathroom sink we'd tried to clear out. He responded right away, and told us he could come out the next morning between 9-10am.  He arrived early (awesome!) - asked a few question which I thought clearly demonstrated his knowledge in his field.  Needless to say, a snake out was all we needed - done in 20m and no mess! He was done before we expected him to arrive!

Pricing was about 1/2 of what another plumber quoted, which was great.

IMO, this is how you succeed in business - know your trade, be fair in your pricing and deliver great service.  Gary has nailed the formula - we'll definitely call again if we ever have any issues!

We needed a plumber & from the reviews I read on here decided to give them a call. Gary answered & was very helpful he got one of his guys to come out to check the leak we had in our driveway. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. I first spoke with Gary, who sent out Rick and his guys. They gave me a great deal for almost 14 hours of work. Rick is determined to get the work done RIGHT.. I never write reviews because it seems the work i get is never done right. I had to write a review for these guys. I can't say enough about them, just give them a try when you have your next plumbing issue. You won't regret it and don't bother calling for estimates any where else. This is the 2nd time I've used Drain Busters.  Early Thursday morning, I awakened to water dripping in the garage where the water heater exhaust is connected to the ceiling dry wall.  The dripping was significant, and the carpet in this area was really drenched - alarming to say the least.  Called Gary, who dispatched Rick and Mike to my house in the early afternoon.  They had to cut the ceiling dry wall in a couple of spots to diagnose the problem.  Since the area was right above the water heater in the garage, the location made it even more complicated.  The thought prior to the diagnosis was the leak was coming from the pipe connected directly upstairs from the bathtub.  My fear was they would ultimately need to cut the tile near the bathtub valve or from the stucco outside.  Rick's diagnosis changed the situation.

The leak was significant, and it was coming from the 'main' pipe connected to both the hot and cold water pipes running down to the water heater.  The good thing is the leak was lower than expected, meaning there would be no need to cut the tile.  The bad thing was the location - per Rick, 'about as bad a location as it could be in'.

Nonetheless, Rick's diagnosis was spot on, and after going to Lowe's to get the necessary parts (including upgrading the cheap piping that was currently there), Rick and Mike worked about 2.5 hours and fixed the problem.  They did a great job, and made it a point to clean up afterward.  I really appreciated their work, their friendliness, and the price was well below competitive estimates.

I highly recommend Gary and his crew at Drain Busters.  They are very professional, honest, do not upsell, and they know their stuff.  You really should include them when you are shopping around for a plumbing need.

Great company... Came over on short notice and got the job done within a hour... Great price where as other companies wanted at least double.

Mike provides exceptional service. I called with an emergency Saturday afternoon. I got a real person answering the phone!  He was on the case within an hour.  He was punctual and knowledgeable.  He gave me a time  when he will be there, not a range of hours. Fantastic. Very professional, friendly, and trustworthy! Mike from Drain Busters visited my newly refurbished house to look at our kitchen sink (the water was draining very slowly). Not only did he solve the problem, he went out of his way to explain the steps he was taking to do it. These guys are great!! At 9pm my grandparents called a different plumber. It was the whole answering service bs will see if anyone is available and will call you back 2hrs later. We called back for an update. Sorry we don't see you scheduled they never scheduled us! I found these guys on Yelp. Called got a personal response from what I assume was the owner he told me someone would be here with in the hr. Almost exactly with in 1hr one of there guys arrived. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and gave us a great price. I don't see why anyone would want to go through all the hassle with other places when you can get service like this. I will 100% recommend this place.

At 9AM, Saturday morning, I requested a quote. The owner, Gary, replied. I agreed and scheduled an appointment for 3PM same day. I agreed to the long delay after getting a firm commitment that someone would come even if there were delays in their day. GARY REPLIED THAT IT MIGHT BE A BIT LATER BUT SOMEONE WOULD DEFINITELY COME. He said he only had stopped drains on the schedule so it would not be a problem.

I made arrangements to leave work early to be home by 3 to meet the Workman. At 10 minutes before 3, Gary had a woman call to tell me no one was coming. Someone had a slab leak. My job, the small residential job, the new customer got dropped without notice and without time to make other arrangements. Maybe they just didn't feel like coming??

I cannot recommend especially for residential needs. You might get bumped or dropped for larger more lucrative opportunities.

Shame on you Gary! You had a choice. You chose not to keep your word.

We've called Drain Busters 3 times over the last few years, twice for a clog way down the line, and another time to install a tankless water heater.
Each time we had a different plumber come out, but each one was fantastic - very professional nice guys, who did great work at a great price.

Wow! Quick and speedy service! I called Drain Busters on a Sunday afternoon at 5pm, and Mike was at my door in 30 minutes. I had a clog in my kitchen sink. He fixed it and was on his way.  I highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently, just after 5pm on a Thursday, I came home to a toilet that had overflowed and spilled into the hall and two bedrooms. I called one of the 24 Hour on call companies listed on the internet.  The person that answered said that the plumber was working but would call me back shortly.  After waiting an hour, I repeated the process with another company.  At that point, it was clear that 24 hour service means that you call an operator who takes the message and attempts to connect a plumber to you.

I then signed on to Yelp.com and found 24 Hour Drain Busters who had a local 714 number.  The owner, Gary, answered after 4 rings.  Mike arrived in about 30 minutes and resolved a very complex problem, probably caused by roots from a nearby tree.  The mantra of Drain Busters is that they do not leave until the problem is resolved.

I witnessed Mike taking phone calls on his headset while he was working rather than people being connected to an operator.  He has been with the company for 10 years.  All of this speaks volumes and I am thankful that I found Drain Busters.

I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a call. Gary is incredibly honest, genuine and extremely helpful!!! I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to have stumbled on him. I had a couple of leaks under my sink and the flapper on my upstairs toilet wasn't opening properly.  I called Mike early in the afternoon and he was there by 3 pm and fixed both issues within a half hour for a very reasonable price.  Bravo.  These guys are great!

Let me start with the fact that at 6:00 on Sunday July 3 our shower backed up. We started calling all Costa Mesa or local plumbers first. After calling several plumbers who were not available or rude or wanted to charge an arm and a leg my daughter found drain busters on Yelp. Thank God she did. At 8:15 I called them. Gary was so nice and helpful. He mentioned they were by Disneyland. I said I knew that would be a pain in the ass to get here tonight. Gary then said he would really like to help us out, and will get someone out to our home in Costa Mesa. From that moment I knew I  could immediately relax. At 9:00 mike showed up. He cleared our drain and actually snaked it 100 feet. No other plumber has ever done that. As mike said why half ass it when we can do more. He then told us about a cap to get so our clean out won't leak and taped it until we could get to Home Depot. Mike was extremely polite and professional. Thank you Gary and Mike for coming out on Sunday July third at 9:00 at night. Thank you for not gouging us and charging a very fair price. Way less then anyone else quoted. Thank you for clearing our drains so we could flush and shower for the Fourth of July. I would definately whole heartedly without reservation recommend Drain Busters. This company was a God sent! I called them at 640pm on a Sunday befire New Years Eve and they sent Mike. He was amazing n I am praying for an abundance of blessing for him. He was very patient and kind to my granddaughter  Thank you so much for helping us out. I will be telling everyone to use this company!!

Was having some work done by another vendor, when they noticed a problem. I called Mike and he was at my house within two hours.  Fixed the problem so we could replace some appliances.  Came back later that afternoon and complete reworked the piping under our sink. We have been using this company for several years, and they never disappoint. They are fantastic and recommend them highly.

Gary and his crew Mikey was awesome! I called at 8am and Gary gave me a time estimate that he would send someone to my house from 9-11am. Mikey arrived at 9am and unclogged my bathroom sink within 30mins. Being a girl I was a bit worried being home alone but these guys are professional. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Gary charged me $99 to get the job done including labor. This is reasonable in my opinion because I have bought things over the counter such as liquid and sticks and tried to unclog the sink myself, but it was a waste of time and extra money.

After several last minute cancellations from other plumbers and delays that caused us several days without the the use of our only shower. Mike came through he was very responsive arrived right on time, he is very patient and kind. I recommend him and his company.

This company is awesome! From my first contact with Gary regarding scheduling, my experience with Drain Busters was very positive.  After scheduling a time, I called and asked for an adjusted arrival time and Gary was very accommodating in making sure it happened.  Mike came yesterday morning to clear our upstairs shower drain.  He was SO courteous, professional (and kind!) and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it.  I would highly recommend this company. Last year when my sewer lines were backing up into the showers and my usual plumber was unavailable he recommended that I call Drain Busters. It speaks measures when a fellow plumber recommends someone else.

I called and they were out within an hours time and did a great job getting rid of the clog between the house and the main line. So today when the water was backing up again into the tub, I didn't hesitate to give them another call.

Once again they said they could be to the house in about an hour and they showed up right at the hours mark. I would give them more stars for punctuality if I could. The new clog, thanks to my son's adventure with toilet paper and my long hair, was quickly remedied.

Will absolutely call them again in the future once the next clog rears its ugly head!

Had a main line backup on a Sunday. Called Gary who arrived just before the promised time.  He was thorough and found the problem, which was complicated by a long run (over 140 ft) to the location of the clog. After the drain was cleared (roots) he did a camera check for a very reasonable additional cost. Gary notes on his web site he does not have surcharges for weekends and charges you only for time spent. He was true to his word.  His cost was more than reasonable and he was conscientious and professional!  The 5-star ratings are well deserved.

Michael arrived within the time window promised, and even called with a more accurate ETA as he was leaving his previous job. I was so thankful to find an honest, dependable, on time plumber.  Gary came out on a Sunday, waved his weekend fee and gave me a firm estimate.....I have heard that before so I was expecting a revised  I'm sorry but.........  When the sewer line was repaired and the hole in my front yard was filled in Gary came to me with an invoice several hundred dollars less than he quoted.  Who does that? I will call Gary for all of my future plumbing repairs and my friends and family already have his number.

Moved to Anaheim a year ago and over the weekend we have a clog in the shower, which also clogged up the toilet and the sink. It was a huge mess! I tried fixing it myself but the clog won't budge. We had a mainline clog yesterday and Drain Busters saved us!!! We had this same plumbing problem a few years ago and a large corporate company charged us close to $400 and cracked a pipe!!! I have yet to use Drain Busters services, but I feel the need to write a review for Gary!  I called Gary a few weeks ago to get a quote on replacing my valve on my gas line to the stove.  He explained how easy it was to install and that he would be happy to walk me thru the process.  So, I took a picture of the valve and texted it to him, he told me what size to get at Home Depot.  He told me step-by-step how to cap and replace the valve.  We were able to do this simple job and saved ourselves roughly $140.  This was the price that I was quoted from several other plumbers.  Gary was actually much less expensive, but didn't feel comfortable charging me for something that was so easy and took less than 5 minutes.  Just the other day, I had a leak in my closet and I gave Gary a call again.  He doesn't do leak detections, but once again walked me through what the process entails.  I can't say enough how wonderful it is to find someone as honest and helpful as Gary.

Again Drain Busters to the rescue.  I was fortunate to have Mike come out for my Call.  I called Sunday afternoon  when I discovered we didn't have any hot water.  We have had the pleasure of Mike coming out for another problem awhile ago.  Mike called me within a half hour and was willing to come out on Sunday, I said we would be okay and he said he would be here the next morning at 8am.  He was here right at eight.  He knows our family issues and worked diligently to fix our old water heater and was successful after about 90 minutes.  I am so grateful for his dedication.  I would highly recommend Drain Busters everyone I have dealt with has been honest and kind.  More salsa is on the way guys!  Thank you Mike.

We had a dripping faucet and the valve below the bathroom sink was stuck on.  I called and they quickly arranged to come over at time convenient with me.  They arrived early and resolved the issue and installed a new faucet I bought.  Thanks again.  Will be using their services again!

Called on Sunday because I absolutely could not remove a lock nut to replace a water fill valve for several hours.

A very nice and friendly fellow named Rick came to save the day and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Because the lock nut was impossible to unscrew with a wrench, he had to use an electrical saw (yikes) to remove it and replace the valve. He even went out of his way to check if every little part was in working order which I do appreciate (he also replaced the water filter pipe because it was cracked) and now the toilet is better than ever.

Not sure if the price was the best because there was nothing I could compare it to (no other plumbing company picked up the phone) but I believe it was reasonable.

First, I want to say how amazing their customer service is. I've been having a clogged tub and toilet for about a week now and after trying to unclog it myself, I was ready to give up and call a plumbing service. Found Drain Busters on Yelp and I don't regret it at all. I had contacted Mike and we discussed the estimate of how much it would cost, and to be honest, I thought it was pretty cheap compared to a few other plumbing services I had contacted.

Mike then came in about a couple hours, which was pretty flexible and convenient for me since I had errands that day. Great guy, I must say and he's pretty knowledgeable about what he's doing. This whole process took about 40 minutes, which was quicker than I expected, but the sooner  my drains are cleared out, the better. After the snaking, we found some 2 feet roots in our pipes, which was disgustingly cool, lol. Would definitely recommend these guys!  They did an excellent job, and didn't charge an arm and a leg!  Very professional but not snooty if you know what I mean. We were trying to clean our own line and we had a drain bladder break off about 10 feet into our line. They didn't make me feel like a fool because of the dumb thing I did LOL. I was referred to Gary at Drain Busters from Eddie at TP Rooter.  We had a mainline sewer back up at 7:30PM - 3 toilets flooding and bathtubs backing up.  I called Gary, who was on another job, and he said that he would be there in an hour.  He was here within an hour and took care of the back-up within 15 minutes.  He was very professional and honest.  He could have charged us several hundred dollars for the after hours call but he simply charged us $140.00.  Needless to say, Gary will be the first one we call when we have a future plumbing issue.

Apparently, everyone and their mother has a plumbing problem after Christmas! I was in the same boat when i heard the toilet bubbling during my shower and both were backed up. Standing water in the tub that wasn't draining at all. I found Drain Busters on Yelp after calling a few other plumbers, who were not able to come until the next day because of the hectic schedule. That was not an option for me because I was told it was likely a main line clog and I wouldn't be able to use my other toilet. I was desperate for a same-day plumber and was ready to pay a pretty penny. I called Drain Busters and immediately I was greeted with a can-do attitude. Within an hour, Mike was at our door and found our main line outside in our front yard (I had no idea it was even there). He barely even came inside to the bathroom, which I thought was odd but what do I know? I'm clearly not the plumber. First of all, I got a call from my mom about the first floor toilet water flowing backwards. I called a few places and all want to charge me $200 or more (plus additional charges) until I found this place. Mike came to our place quickly. Hands down reasonable price $150 - deal!!! He was super nice and polite; he nicely explained everything. Within 1.5 hours, he finished the clog in the main outside of my home. Fast and awesome service!

I tired replacing the toilet bowl myself with help of a friend for my Condo rental. Everything was going fine till we discovered the flange (bottom disk where screw nut sits) on one side chipped off where screw nut sits. Without this toilet would not be stable and there would be case of toilet moving and creating a spill. We looked up on internet for solutions, but this repair job was beyond my basic skill set. We temporarily put the toilet bowl on the top without caulking, but I knew I had to get this fixed ASAP. So I called Drain Busters looking at their reviews and Gary was able to dispatch his team - Rick and his assistant Paul. Friend people and nice attitude. This was late in the night and they worked well without wasting anytime. I explained the problem in my laymen terms and they were able to understand the issue right away. To me they seemed to be little pricey, but they did a nice and clean job. I would definitely recommend them for the future jobs. They did not bring with them their caulk and I had to provide them with mine, for which I expected some kind of a discount which they did not provided. Also the they did not had to use another wax ring to set in the toilet bowl as they were able to use the old one (which was 4 hours old). Considering all this they should have provided me some discount and that is the reason they did not get 5 star rating from me. Overall Rick and his assistant Paul good job and were very punctual.

Wow, very satisfying service from beginning to end.  Called around 3pm on sat afternoon after letting our handyman go because of his dissatisfying work.  Christine return the phone informing us that Rick was available within an hour.  Showed up on time and very informative with what we should do to fix what the previous handyman left undone.  Worked diligently for almost 3hours and complete all the works that was requested plus more.  Charged for buy one get half of price since both bathrooms were done.  Cant put their service in words, we will definitely keep their information for future services require.  In addition, 10% for being a veteran.  Very satisfied and thank you for all your work.

I recently moved into a new home. I noticed some debris in my landscape drain traps. I decided to test the system by pumping out my old spa water through one of the traps. I began to see the water was backing up. Fearing I was developing a problem, I decided to get the drains cleared before the anticipated El Niño rains come to SoCal. I thought I would need the hydro jet to clear the pipes.

Gary was here within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday. He cleaned a few roots and some mud out of the traps by hand, tested the drainage and it worked great.

What I really appreciate is that he told me the hydro jet wasn't necessary. He even explained to me how to maintain my system to prevent debris and mud from building up again.

My wife and daughter clogged the upstairs tub, and yes it was them because it was long hair plugging the drain (before you politically correct ppl get upset, I have short hair btw) I look on yelp and found this place. Rick came out with a little over 2 hours and in no time cleared the drain. I was quoted it would be between $89-99 dollars over the phone, and when Rick was done he said it was $99, I told him that I was quoted between $89-$99 so he said ok it's $95. I seen others were charged $89 for the same service but I was pleased to get the clogged unstopped so I didn't complain. Be sure you get a firm quote before getting any work done. Rick was very nice and I will use them again, but I will get a firm quote first. :)

They didn't service my city, but stepped me through how to fix the issue myself.  It was super nice of them to take the time to do that!

Finally after years of looking for an honest plumber I called Drain Busters.
My mains blocked late on Friday night I worked at it for a few hours with no luck, first thing in the morning I hunted for a plumber came across the usual suspects but knew better after than to call Mike Diamonds crew as my clean out is on the roof and the Smell good plumbers won't work up a sweat by going on the roof.
Gary showed up within 5 minutes of when promised. No 4 hour window.
He checked out both bathrooms and the roof then went to work with a full size snake it took about 30 minutes to clear out the blockage and all the household plumbing was working again.

The price was not cheap but a fair value.

I will definitely recommend Drain Busters to all my neighbors and intend to call them anually to snake my mains in order to avoid future plumbing emergencies

Hot water heater went out.  Called at 6:30 pm.  Spoke with the guy. Tech called and asked me for pics.  Sent pics.  Response time 2 hours, just as stated on Yelp.  Had the part in their truck.  Very knowledgable tech.  Fixed and running again by 9:30 pm.  Awesome!   I hate cold showers. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and messaged Drain busters through Yelp. Received a response within a few minutes from the owner Gary. He had Dave and Mike at my door within the hour and they fixed everything within 30 mins. That's what I call service!!!

I had a slow draining shower, Mike came out and got it opened. Mike knows his craft. He went on the roof and in no time the problem was gone

Honest company!!!  Very please to deal with this company and the peoples. Price very reasonable and they go right to the point.  Call them due to my garbage disposal is not working.  Gary quote me the price, I thought the price was to come out and check the issues but he told me over the phone that is the price to fix it.  Mike come by to take a look at it and told me I need a new one. He advise me to get it at Home Depot for the garbage disposal and he will install it.  30 minutes later..done and have a brand new garbage disposal.  I was so happy with how simple and none of the BS on the pricing.  Love when a company just being straight forward on the price.  I will tell all my family, friends, and coworkers about this company.  Keep up the good work and you will be reward it.

I have to said Drain Busters is the Best plumber I've came across  in my 15 years managing my dad's apartment.
My tenants got a stoppage in their kitchen sink so I called 4 different plumbers they all said I needed to replace my drainage pipe because possibly there was a leak. But my dad replaced the drainage pipe 10 years ago, so he kept insist me calling other plumbers. So I called TP plumbing and he referred me to call Gary from Drain Busters. So I did, and Gary sent in MIKE. He was super honest and reliable. Got the job done in no times and also does extra work too for the same price.

I was walking my dog this morning and I came across a vsn it was marked drain Buster's Plumbing. I've been having trouble with my garba
ge disposal so I asked this gentleman if they serviced garbage disposals. His name is Mike and I have to tell you he is outstanding. He went out of his way to give me some pointers and tips on how to fix my problem and issues and he gave me a wrench to make life easier for me. I'm almost hoping that their garbage disposal doesn't work just so I can have them good customer service in my home as we all know good customer service is lacking these days it was people like Mike and the company he represents there is hope out there thanks Mike and thanks drain busters I look forward to having you come and fix my garbage disposal if I cannot do it and future projects as well

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in OC that has plumbing needs.  They are very reasonably priced and they mean business when they come out.  Sending out 2 trucks to make sure they have are prepared for as many surprises as necessary.  

I had a main line blockage that I went through the home warranty to get fixed.  The plumber they recommended wouldn't get it done properly so I had to go outside of them to get it fixed.  My wife contacted Gary and had him come out at 11 am on May 19th.  Gary and Mike was there 15 minutes early and got right to work.  I spoke to Gary and he said that they will be able to clear the main block that the previous plumber said would need a commercial plumber with much larger equipment.  Gary and Mike were able to clear it out with a 100 ft snake.  Since we had a 2 inch clean out, Gary informed me that this may be a temporary clearing and that if it does get blocked again soon, that he can give me a reasonable price on jetting it out which he would warranty for half a year or so.  

He also said the alternative would be to put in a 4 inch clean out.  I told him the other plumber quoted me a very high price.  Gary quoted me a fraction of that price.  

Then on Sunday, I heard gurgling sounds from the toilet that cleared itself out.  I called and left Gary a message, which he got back to me on Monday.  Right after the call, we noticed the drain was backing up again.  So I called Gary and he said he would be out first thing in the morning.  The backing up caused the small clean out to overflow and we placed a bucket to catch any overflow.  Tuesday, they came out to clear the blockage again.  My wife and Gary discussed getting the new clean out installed as quickly as we can so they would have a larger access to completely root out the main line.  

They were able to get the clean out installed Wednesday 5/25 and did a full clean out.  Mike, Rick and Gary were there and got the clean out installed very quickly  They were able to find multiple points of blockage and cleared out everything at not even half the cost of what the other plumbers around the area were quoting just for a rooting job that involved removing a toilet to get to the main drain.  

On a side note, they had to remove a good portion of the plants in our planter to install the clean out.  And they were able to rearrange the planter that made it look very awesome!!

Drain Busters will be my go to guys for all my plumbing needs.  I would recommend them to anyone.

We called DrainBusters last Labor Day 2015 because of a backed up sink. Gary was there within the hour and cleared the blockage.  Then last week we called again because of a small leak under our house. Turns out it was a large leak in two places. They worked on it until it was completely fixed.  I recommend them because of their response time, and competency and work ethics.

I was referred to Mike from a friend Called him today (Sunday) cause my bathroom sink was clogged and everything I tried didn't work , Mike said he'd be out by 6 pm and was here at 5:30 , My whole drain  was filled with sludge it shot everywhere , Mike was fantastic unclogged the drain and made sure my bathroom was spotless before he left, and his price was definitely honest and fair for a Sunday at 6 pm call Thanks again Mike .

Had a clogged toilet overflowing into the shower this morning (Sunday...naturally!) called around to the top rated Yelp guys, only a few were open on a Sunday.  

After a few quotes I settled on Drain Busters.   Mike arrived right on time and got right to work.  Mike is obviously very experienced and skilled, and in a short time pulled out a root ball from the main drain going out to the street and City sewer connection.

Mike never tried to upsell or charge more than the original quote.  I am very happy with the work they did, the fee (one of the lower quotes) and the professionalism.   You would do well to use this service.

I have a very good experience working with Gary, the business owner. He gave a very good price for installing a main line clean out' and came with Mike on the day of work. They both came right on time and Mike started working right away. He was very good in doing digging trench, installing the clean out and testing well. No leaks. Mike is professional plumber. For the second job Rick came in. Rick is very friendly and professional guy and he knows his stuff. He has installed the control unit for motion sense kitchen faucet and done with ease. What started off as a slow drain in my shower turned this Thanksgiving weekend into a nightmare. By Thursday, water was backing out in my shower. By Saturday morning, 2 plumbers were unsuccessful in snaking the line. I called Gary who answered the phone and said they could come out that afternoon. Rick showed up and diagnosed the problem as faulty plumbing install on my newly remodeled bath which was preventing them from snaking but they would keep trying to help me. I was devastated. He and his partner spent hours at my house and tried snaking every which way possible, including from the roof (which the last plumber didn't want to get on due to it being too steep). They too were unsuccessful that day and not for lack of trying.

Later that night, my kitchen sink backed up. I texted Gary and he called back to say they'd come out the next morning. Rick shows up and took cared of the sink in less than 30min. The amazing part is when he showed up, he said they wanted to come back anyway because they brainstormed my problem and came up with one more creative method he'd like to try if I was open to it. No charge if unsuccessful.

Long story short, Rick and his partner spent practically their entire Thanksgiving weekend at my house. I am convinced that they not only love their job but are truly passionate about helping their customers. Gary personally responded to my calls on the weekend and after hours and followed up to ensure everything was going well. Rick went above and beyond to help me even after he left. The team is very experienced, knowledgable, and customer oriented. They also honored their original quote even though it took them 2 visits and a lot of man hours to remedy my situation.

I hope to never have any plumbing problems ever. But if/when I do, I'm calling these guys!

Mike is a great guy, he came out on a Sunday and cleaned my kitchen sink drain and rerouted a drain line so my disposal and sink drain are on the same line , explained everything and was very patient, great price,great service ........I would recommend this company without a doubt and will be calling them for other work.

I called and spoke to Gary, the owner on a Saturday morning. After I told him the problems we'd had with 3 different shower heads and a sink drainage stopper. He asked if I needed someone to come over right away which was really nice of him. I told him since it was not urgent, he can send someone whenever he has an opening; so we set an appointment for later in the day.
Rick, the technician came on time and started working right away, while he was working he explained to us what caused these problems and he got all the problems fixed.
We're very happy with how things work out:

1) Gary was going to send someone out immediately make me feel comfortable that if you have an emergency case, you know they would be able to come out to help you.

2) They work on weekend without charging a weekend rate.

3) The technician was on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant.

We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends

I am giving 5 stars and have no connections with this company.

So I was away on a business trip this passed Monday & Tuesday and came home Tuesday evening. On my way home I found out that an issue we encountered last month occurred again Monday evening. Where our shower stall backed up and the toilet in that bathroom overflowed. In our other bathroom the tub backed up and did so when using the sink or toilet in that bathroom. Thus we knew it was our main waterline or mainline. Also this time around it unfortunately smelled. :(

But as previously stated we had it snaked for $$$ with another company who encountered issues when trying to snake it. Also encouraged us if it happened again to contact them to have them come out to do a camera for $$$. Overall pleasant experience with that company.

So finding out from my husband almost 24 hours later that they had been dealing with this issue and didn't let me know is a whole other story.

I contacted the same company who had come out before and they advised they would come out with the camera in the next day or two. To which, I initially thought ok, but I hesitated and thought to contact a few other places including Drain Busters. Shortly I received a message from Gary around 8:45pm saying he could send someone out shortly that evening. I then realized they're 24/7. He asked for me to call him to speak further.

I called Gary, he was polite, professional and said he would have his guy Mike come out. He apologized that Mike may be a little dirty from all the work he performed that day. He advised that Mike would contact me shortly to give me his ETA.

Which Mike contacted me in less than 10 minutes was courteous and professional and provided me with an ETA.

Again Mike was the same when he arrived. Explained our issue and he walked through what he was doing and said he have us all fixed up.

Once the mainline started to clear I explained about the previous visit we had last month and that previous company only was able to pull up a small piece of a rag and issues they experienced. Mike asked if there where other actions they did or described. So he advised well let's see if we can really get what it's in there out, but will not really know until I pull up, but he said could definitely feel something in there. So he was able to get a piece of it to come up and it was flushable wipes! I had instructed my family to no longer use flushable wipes two years ago after reading about its affects on the environment and potential plumbing issues.

Unfortunately not all of it came up, but he felt that it finally broke apart and went its way to the sewer. But he advised if we had that issue occur again within the next 6 months. He said to definitely contact them and he have the owner himself come out with a camera at a really good rate because of all the trouble we've experienced in the last several weeks.

But he felt he was able to get the snake out twice to the sewer which the previous company did not say they could. He also snaked our tub since when it backed up last month and this month there was thick material that came up. Plus after clearing the mainline line and running the tub with hot water I noticed the tub was draining slow or hardly at all. He took his time to snake our tub. Which now that I think of it last month backed up stuff could've still been in the trap and drain.

Once he got the tub all cleared out. He showed me what the mainline drain flow should look like when you have the tub running with a lot of water... which is a nice consistent clear flow.

The experience Mike displayed in showing and explaining to me as a homeowner what was going on, why, and what to do as possible preventative measures.

I'm a no BS type person and also a proud homeowner. I am big on customer service and learned a lot when working as a server/in restaurant throughout college.
When people work hard and display great customer service they not only deserve the pay but they also deserve the praise.

When a company strives to provide not only honest and great work, but expects the same with customer service of themselves as owners and their team they'll usually will never fail.

I definitely will use Drain Busters again and will happily refer them to my colleagues, family, friends, and neighbors.

I have a small offset in my sewer line. Every 18 months or so it clogs. I call Drain Busters every time and it's fixed within the day.  Have used them three times over the past 4 years.

I had some shower valve issues and water kept dripping, so I called Drain Busters and Rick and Mikey showed up.  They came within 15 minutes and mind you this was Christmas Eve.  They were so knowledgeable and made you feel confident knowing they will get the job done.  Sure enough they fixed the problem and I was able to join the rest of the day with my family without worrying about a plumbing issue.  I believe I found my new plumber! Great service at a great price. Our kitchen sink backed up three days before Christmas just when my wife was to start making cookies. Drain Buster responded quickly and were right on time. Got right to work and had the drain cleared in no time. Richard was very neat and cleaned everything up even cleaned up the sink.  Hey they even smelled good!! Great job!!

Best service I've had with a plumber.  He's come to my home twice, once to put in new toilets and bidet, and then to unplug the wall outlet drain and reroute the plumbing.  They are friendly, very clean, didn't leave a mess.  They explain everything, ask you questions on how you want things done and give you suggestions based on their experience.  We didn't ask for quotes, and while the re-pluming was a tad expensive, I am very happy with the results and would pay it again, there was no gouging.  I consider it their tip for their fine work.  I also liked that they were not rushed!  They took their time to do the work, in fact they were there all day, and even hung around for a load of laundry to finish to make sure there were no leaks inside or outside.  I also didn't have to wait on them.  I was able to make an appointment both times within that same week.

Called today with an issue with the toilet a few hours later it was fixed. Amazing. I had called many plumbers to find someone to come at a affordable price. The gentleman to come was nice, helpful, and professional. Thank you so much. We will definitely contact if another issue arises.

Gary is a rare breed of plumber. He gets it done right, the first time and has the customers best interests at heart. I am the kind of person to get several estimates and Gary was the low price on our water heater replacement and our garbage disposal issue. He has not tried to up sell us on anything. As a matter of fact, he talked me out of buying a 50 gallon water heater stating in his experience, based on our needs, it was unnecessary. Then, when he bought the 40 gal. unit, he got it on sale and passed the savings on to us. He works with another gentleman named Rick when he is busy. These guys are legit. You won't be disappointed.

We were having an issue with a clogged drain.
Of course, it was on a weekend! I wasn't able to do laundry because the washing machine drain was overflowing on the garage floor and also backing up in my kitchen sinks. I checked the Yelp reviews and came across Drain Busters. (I had actually tried calling another plumber on Saturday, leaving a message and getting no response).  When I called Drain Busters, I didn't get a machine,  I spoke with a real person!  I was very pleased. after explaining my problem, that  Rick told me someone would contact me within the hour to setup an appointment.   Sure enough, I quickly had an appointment with Mike. He arrived a little early, always a big plus in my book, and got right to work on my clog. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also extremely efficient and had the problem fixed in no time!  I had thought that with a name like Drain Busters, they only deal with clogged drains.  Not the case, they do all aspects of plumbing.   Good to know!!!  I found a new plumber. I thank Rick and Mike for their hard work. I needed a faucet replaced and they worked really hard to get the old one out. After some gruelling energy Mike got it out. These guys are awesome. They have worked at my place maybe 3 times and each time they are kind, professional and helpful! My only complaint is that they can't come immediately-  :)

I am absolutely so happy I found this business. My boyfriend and I have been having a nightmarish few months with our plumbing at our new apartment and had become fed up with the management company and their plumbers. After having issues again today I decided to take action and find new plumbers to help us. Of course most of the time our issues happen to happen at night at the most inconvenient times and we have a hard time getting ahold of anyone to help us. Tonight was one of those nights. After relentless efforts to unclog our toilet I decided to find a plumber at 10:30 PM. I looked all over yelp and ended up calling this company. Gary answered immediately and I explained to him what was going on. He got off the phone with me and within minutes found someone to come to our home. It was less than an hour and we had someone here. He finished at 12:30 AM. His hard work was much appreciated and didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenience to his night. My wife and I just bought a house in Lake Forest, and we needed some plumbing work done prior to us moving in.  I was recommended to use them, so I gave them a call.

Gary and his team came out to the house and did a free on-site estimate of what it would cost to make the repairs we needed: new water main, clogged bathroom sink, two non-functional shower spouts, and janky laundry plumbing in the garage).  Their pricing was extremely fair, and they were able to start the work the same day as the estimate.  We were very happy with the work Rick and Paul were able to do.  After the work was done, we noticed our guest bathroom shower head leaked when you turned the faucet on full.  We called Gary, explained what had happened, and he offered to come back out and fix the issue (note: some of the original work they did was in the guest bath shower).  Gary and Rick came all the way back out, promptly fixed the issue, and we again were happy customers.

We needed our main line from our office cleared out. We had another company come out, that was not able to complete the job. So, with only 2 hours left in the working day I was calling around to many different locations, and no one was able to come out. I came across Drain Buster on Yelp, and gave them a call. I spoke to Gary who was willing to try and find a technician for me. In less then 5 minutes he had a technician on his way out. The tech showed up and was able to complete the job. He was friendly and thorough. We will definitely be using this company in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

GARY @ DRAIN BUSTERS ROOTER & PLUMBING SERVICE, is the only call you will EVER need to dial for these services;  (you can store it in your phone as I have, [ #1 on my list]).  What a great team!  I found Gary's company on Home Advisors, Friday night, and of the 3 listed,  he is the only person to call.    I am a disabled senior with  severe anxiety when alone, especially when expecting strangers at my house.  Gary made me feel confident about having his staff to my home,  and after meeting Rick and Paul, I felt even more  comfortable and would welcome them to stop by anytime.

During our phone call, I did my best to described in laymen's terms my non-emergent slow/glugging drain issues.  Gary,  without being told,  knew access locations,  what services were potentially needed, and provided a guesstimate over the phone.  To be certain, he would send a service person the next day,  AT NO CHARGE and no upsell .  Be careful to check other companies re: service charges, $75 OR MORE, just to make the visit/estimate, or more like in person guesstimate, before upsell.

GARY called Saturday to tell me Rick and Paul were on their way.  Within 5 minutes the DRAIN BUSTERS van was in front of my house and these plumbing angels were already assessing their plan of action.  What great gentleman. The most professional, polite and kind experts anyone could happily invite to their home, (and my dogs loved having them here). In no time at all,  I once again had fully operational drains, without exception!

DRAIN BUSTERS are,  in my opinion, top of the line in every way.  Don't bother shopping around, they are without competition!  Without fail,  you will be very pleased with all aspects of this great team/company.

Had another great experience with this company I called on Mother's Day owner Gary gave me a time someone would arive at my home. Mike showed up early met my boxer dog so he was comfortable came in unclogged my kitchen sink in no time. I highly recommend this professional company. Did I mention very reasonable price did not charge me extra for coming out on a Sunday. These guys are great. Thank you Gary and Mike. Nice to know when I have future  plumbing issues I can call these guys.

Great service! Arrived on time, on a moments notice. Able to fix a simple problem for $50 that another 5 star company quoted $1,400 on the phone for

We used drain buster twice - once when our main water line was clogged and most recently when our shower wasnt draining. Even though there was a bit of wait since they were booked they came out and fixed it under 30 min - 129 dollars which is super cheap compared to other plumbing companies. I will always call Mike if I need a plumber hes legit!

This plumber is a good man running an honest business.  The plumbers that came to my house were friendly, personable, and professional.  These men know what they are doing, and like I said, they are honest.

Our kitchen sink was completely backed up on the garbage disposal side only.  There was no drainage at all, the garbage disposal blades would spin but the water was standing still.  It was late in the afternoon and we called drainbusters and they showed up an hour later and worked into the night to fix our problem.  

Not only was the drain clogged, but there was problems with the pipes connecting the garbage disposal to the pipe coming out of the wall.  First, the two guys had to disconnect all the pipes from the garbage disposal to the wall, which was no small job because of all the connections and joints needed due to the way the kitchen was poorly designed.  Next, they went through the process of trying to clean out all the disconnected pipes to save as much of the materials as they could in order to save me money, but alas, the pipes and connector pieces were in such bad shape, they all had to be replaced.  These guys showed me all the damage and it was obvious that the pieces needed to be replaced and they were NOT trying to scam me.  

Since they had already removed the pieces of pipe that had the clog, they could have just replaced those parts and the job would have been done.  However, these guys went the extra mile and snaked out the pipe going into the wall and pulled out massive amounts of dirt and rust just to make sure I did not have anymore problems in the near future.  After this, these guys had to custom make a new fitting on the pipe coming out of the wall because the original pipe threading was stripped to the point that it was not usable again and they did a beautiful job.  Then they replaced all the pipes and joints connecting the wall pipe (nipple) to the garbage disposal with new parts.  They may not do this for everyone, but the price they gave me was so reasonable that I gave them extra money out of my own pocket because what they charged me I felt was not enough compared to the amount of work they did.  I have used numerous plumbers in the past because the place I live in is old and has awful pipes.  Never in my experience with plumbers have I EVER paid a plumber extra.  I will use this plumber every time in the future even if they charge me more because I know they are honest and operate on integrity.

One Sunday morning we realized water was overflowing from our guest toilet. We knew it was the main sewage line because it had happened before already.

I immediately messaged several companies via Yelp and this was one of the fastest responding companies.  Good communication. They sent someone within 30 mins and  took about 1 hour to fix the main sewage line which was clogged with roots. He made sure it worked before he left and charged us $129 which is reasonable compared to other quotes I received.

Awesome service was so happy. The technician fixed the pluming problem from a washer leak and came out immediately. Great company and very professional. Would recommend to everyone! Rick and Gary are both so helpful and get the job done.

I just want to give a shout out to Rick for helping me reinstall my shower valve stems properly to stop a leak I had. While he was thoroughly installing everything, he explained to me step by step on how each part goes in and the differences in the parts to better understand what was needed to make everything work. He also went ahead and sealed a leak on my main water valve for no extra cost when all I wanted to ask was advice on how to to fix it myself. That kind gesture Rick extended to me goes a long way and that's why I'll be calling on these guys again for any future plumbing issue that arises. Thank You Rick and Drain Busters for hearing me out and fixing my problem and making the experience in itself comforting and insightful.
