Had two ceiling fans, an outdoor plug and switch installed today by Avila Electric.  They did an absolutely amazing job! Showed up on time, covered up walls and floor to protect from dust and cleaned up after work was done as if they were never here. Super happy with all the work, top quality, professional, will be using them again and would highly recommend to anybody.

MK Electric is where quality meets honesty and a high work standard. Min, the owner, demonstrates integrity at every phase of the job from his fair estimate to the arsenal of tools and electrical code knowledge he uses to tackle any task. When challenged with job complications on the job, he involves the homeowner in the process and then measures twice and cuts once to not waste time or money to resolve the issue. His work is pristine.

For myself, and a sloppily done 70 amp electrical panel that I had MK Electric move and upgrade to a 200 amp; I not only received an electrical code worthy panel of high quality but I encountered an electrical contractor that is a master of his craft.

Have used John and his group on 3 occasions.  One was a simple project, but the others were emergencies where I had missed up a circuit that I could not fix the problem.  He was prompt and got the power back quickly.  He diagnosed the problems immediately and made me realize that I should be doing less electrical work in my house.  His work was great and left me with no cleanup.  Very much appreciated his wonderful work.

Jeremy arrived on time and fixed the problems plus a pair of minor things we requested in under 2 hrs. Would definitely use him again.

I had an electrical issue with my hvac breaker today and called American chase electric.   2 hours latter a gentleman by the name of Fernando shows up and goes straight to trouble shooting my AC.  Within minutes of his arrival the problem was solved , happy wife and back to a happy life!  All in all I recommend AMERICAN CHASE ELECTRIC for any electrical issue or upgrades!

Israel has been working on my properties for many years. He has proven to be a excellent and reliable eletrician. I highly recommend him.

Jeremy and Luis were awesome! They replied to my texts and showed up within the time frame they gave. We had them over to diagnose and fix some dead lights. The wiring in our house is chaos, but they worked quickly and got them working in a reasonable time.
We were so happy with their work we asked them to come back a couple days later and give us estimates for some other repairs and new fixtures. That morning, Jeremy texted well in advance to let us know he would be a bit late, and texted his ETA when he was certain of the time; he arrived at the given ETA. (This seems like a basic thing but most other contractors we've worked with showed up late with no notice.)
Part of the estimate was to fix a closet light. To give the estimate he needed to take down the fixture. Because it was a simple fix, he ended up making the repair at no charge!
He told us how he figures the pricing on the other things, so I have a good sense of what other similar tasks might cost.  This transparency and openness increased my level of trust.
They were always friendly, and showed up wearing masks due to COVID and kept them on at all times.
We'll definitely be using them for any and all future electrical needs at our house.

Tim is quite simply awesome. He showed up on a bike, bag of tools in hand, and got to work on an issue that's bedeviled two other electricians and solved the issue. I now have my backyard lights back and my summer restored!

Best yet, his rates are super reasonable and he's just a delight to speak with. He's clearly got decades of experience and was able to work solutions to my old funky electrical system.

Great job by these guys.  We had our bathroom rewired, added a new heater/ventilator and can lights.  They were prompt, clean and very helpful in making some design decisions.  I will definitely have them back for more projects.

I had Jason come down to install my panel. He was very helpful in regards to helping me communicate with Edison, permits, and also explaining to me what's going on with the electrical and my home. He also noticed an issue from the service coming from the powerline to my home where he had contacted Edison to come down to fix that problem since that is more of Edison's work at no cost.

Not until after we purchased our home and 2 weeks from move-in day, did we realize that the recent rewire was a mishmash of some new wiring, some spliced into old knob and tube which was exposed to loose insulation in the attic. Being that our home could catch fire at any moment we had several electricians come out for estimates immediately.

We went with Branover not only because their quote was competitive and they could get the job done in our tight schedule but also because Lenny knew his stuff. These guys have been in the business for quite awhile and it shows.

They showed up early, every morning and got right to work. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating. We switched a few things up during the rewire, added some switches, moved some outlets, and they had no problem obliging. Would definitely use them again.

Ballard Electric is a wonderfully knowledgeable, honest, skilled and efficient electrical contractor. We have a house in Thousand Oaks that we are in the process of selling, are currently in escrow on. The escrow hit a snag when the buyers inspector insisted that the original 2 pronged outlets, non grounded plugs were not safe. Some local electrical contractors we got bids from saw the desperation of our situation and tried to take advantage of us, proposed ridiculously expensive, cumbersome solutions. One wanted to tear out the drywall and re-wire the entire house for 10-15k over 7-10 days! There was no way we were doing this and the sale appeared to be in jeopardy. Others were similarly predatory with inflated prices.
Don Ballard to the rescue! He came over within a couple of days of calling him and had a much better, safer, cost effective solution for our original 1960's wiring and 2 pronged plugs.
He proposed replacing the 2 pronged plugs with new 3 pronged GFI receptacles. His men are very knowledgeable, skilled and efficient as well. They advised us to have them put the GFI's at the level of each plug and not at the circuit breaker, which is against code. They did not leave any messes and were polite and communicated well. It took 2 men about half of a day for time and materials.
When they were done the electric was updated and up to code, inspection issues were resolved and escrow is now moving forward. An elegant  solution that is.simple, affordable and highly effective. Refreshingly old school honest, skilled craftsmen for a fair price.

Talk about great customer service. I called got a price quote and made an appointment for next day service. Arthur showed up right on time, before I knew it my new electrical outlet was installed and I was up and charging! Just purchased a new BMW i3 and didn't realize I wasn't going to be getting to far with out power! Thank you Arthur

3 words - Quick, Honest and Reliable... As a property manager you must get the job done and no one better than these guys to count on.. For business or personal property. From a GFI, blown fuse box or a complete upgraded electrical panel, they will give you an estimate, work with your contractor and even deal with Edison. Time is valuable no need to babysit these guys and on big projects they will keep you in the loop of things... Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication.

Punctual and got right to the job and did it quickly and very nicely.  Nice guy, very pleased with the work that was done.  Will hire again when an electrician is needed.
