Elder is INCREDIBLE. This was absolutely the smoothest process I've ever had regarding anything home maintenance related. He is so honest, fair, punctual, kind and FAST. So fast. He completed a huge project in a day and a half and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll never use anyone else. Thank you Elder!!!

Have used John and his group on 3 occasions.  One was a simple project, but the others were emergencies where I had missed up a circuit that I could not fix the problem.  He was prompt and got the power back quickly.  He diagnosed the problems immediately and made me realize that I should be doing less electrical work in my house.  His work was great and left me with no cleanup.  Very much appreciated his wonderful work.

Jeremy was a pleasure to work with! He helped with our pre HVAC installation, set up a 240 outlet for an electric stove, and fixed our can lights. He's fast & efficient, and was flexible with our schedule too. We were on a time crunch due to having an induced pregnancy & he's a very personable guy who gave us great advice as first time parents. Thanks to him we welcomed a beautiful baby girl, would give him a 10 star review.

By far this is the best electrical contractor I have hired. I got numerous quotes to fix something  that a  electrician / handyman  had done . Learning from that experience I now get different quotes from contractor's but these guys were the most professional, had the best prices and were super friendly. They came in did a  job for me and I love them so much that I kept adding things for them to do. I loved their prices in combination with their service and professionalism that I ended up getting my panel upgraded. They didn't pressure me not one bit or try to sell me anything I didn't need, I know a little bit about electricity and a little handy but I like to leave this to the professionals especially having going through that handyman that almost cause a fire not to mention I usually take  five times as long to do something that these guys would normally do in one day. Stay away from handymen and get these guys I was so confident that I now have a forever electrical contractor that I highly recommend them to my friends and family and coworkers, they have use them as well. 10 stars!

At first I thought it would be too small of a job. He responded rapidly and was able to come on the same day. They fixed our outdoor problem despite spouts of rain showers. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what needed to be done. Be friendly was a help too.

Great service. A light fixture needed to be replaced in a rental unit that I own on the West side, and since I could not be there in person (I currently live in Claremont, CA) Tim did not require immediate payment from the tenants after service, and billed me electronically instead. Remote communication was great, and he charged me exactly the amount that he had previously quoted me.

I called Ryan Electric for an estimate on a tankless water heater connection.  Robert Ryan gave me an estimate (comparable or less than other estimates) and then proceeded to complete all the work in a timely, efficient manner.  Being less than expert on electrical matters, I was pleased that Robert was patient and responsive to all of my questions.  He does excellent work and I will certainly contact him for future electrical jobs.  My highest recommendation.  Thanks!

I don't know how to properly word my review but Martin and David are the best!  Totally honest and skillful people here. They are trustworthy, funny and directly - will always be my top choice electrician in the SGV region. He always answers your questions promptly and provides cost efficient solutions to a project.  

My project involves setting up a sub-panel in my garage with multiple 240V outlets for my EVs chargers.  This was a day long project since my main panel resided pretty far away (other side of the house).  Martin and David did a wonderful job planning, explaining and executing the actual project.  I was totally sick of hearing several large-team electricians that tried to overcharge me for some weird reasons or make up excuses that the project can't be done unless I pay extra dollars for something unrelated.  In addition, Martin and David both showed strong professionalism and completed everything on-time.  If anyone needs an electrician to work in the region, I will strongly recommend Mr. Electric; If anyone needs ESVE or 240V outlets installed, I will strongly recommend Mr. Electric; If anyone needs to rewire garage or home circuitry or anything related to electricity, I will ALWAYS strongly recommend Mr. Eletric (Martin and David).

Btw, Martin is a candid person with very upfront and honest pricing - you will not regret you called him first to help out your project.  At least I won't bother calling others again ever and will always ask Martin to help me with my electricity related issues.

I was desperate and blessed that they came, problem solved, future recommendations, no pressure. Obviously know there stuff.

Excellent service and prices. Adrian and his team were prompt, responsive and came to work outside in the hottest of days in the summer. They replaced a pool light that had been a problem for a while. They diagnosed and came back when the parts were in. They even were o the deep side of the pool fixing that light until they were done. At least they cooled off. I highly recommend them!

We had electrical problems and were without electricity for 3 days. This was not good because I have some medical issues and needed electricity. Plus it was pouring rain and we were not able to use a heater or make hot water. My son called Enrique and I am so happy he did. Enrique was very professional. He had to work in the cold, pouring rain. He explained the problem to my son and what was needed to fix it. He got our electricity back on and I am so grateful. I will definitely use his services again and I highly recommend him to everyone. It's nice to know there is a company that prides itself on integrity and customer service.

Not very happy with the damage done during the replacement of my electrical box. The electrician used a hammer to break the stucco to make room for the electrical box, rather than use a saw, and did a lot of damage in the process. In all fairness their quote states that they do not do any repair stucco work, but it seems to give their employees a right of way to do as much damage as they like. The hammering also damaged the inside wall. They also drilled a 1 hole through my concrete slab that apparently was a mistake because they did not use it, rather they left it open for mice, insects, and water to damage my foundation. They also drilled two 1 holes for the ground stakes that they also left open. Then, knowing that it was going to rain the next day, they covered the giant hole and electrical box with a tarp using duct tape. The only problem is that duct tape does not stick to stucco and they forgot to close the electrical box, so my new electrical box was rain soaked. When I called them they told me that they were not responsible for rain damage. They did say they would come out and fix the other problems but that meant I would have to take a day off work to be there. I also asked three different employees to give me a quote to put in a 220v outlet which they never provided or acknowledged.
The only reason I gave them three stars is because they were all nice people.
However, I cannot recommend them for any electrical work.

Me and my husband just bought a new house in Los Angeles (moving from Sacramento, CA) and boy oh boy it's been a very loooong and rough process for us -- due to traveling back and forth  we needed to find people that can help us with the lights in our house. It was so hard going around and asking family for recommendations  a good friend of mine suggested American Reliable Services and of course I went straight to Yelp! I requested a quote and a man named David responded and literally had answers to ALL of my questions. I was a little nervous and anxious but of course I was proved not to be after we met up and went over prices. All I have to say is this company is very reliable, trustworthy & always on time! BTW David came in and installed some lights in our walk in closet. I'm going to contact next week for lights to be installed in our backyard

I met with Alex and Jeremy at my home I have some electrical issues here there are very prompt and on-time very nice people and dog friendly very informative about what's going on with the electrical issues I have and I would recommend these people to anybody thank you very much Alex and Jeremy I will use you anytime

We had an electrical issue, oven and a few more outlets stopped working so we called over Marco to troubleshoot and find out what was going on. He found a lot of potentially dangerous situations due to a really poor job done by another company about 1 year ago.
They did an amazing job, always showed up on time and fixed multiple issues quickly and professionally. I would give 10 stars if i could, Marco was a very honest and helpful person. I would definitely recommend Inception Electric!
