Finding an electrician was tough.  But once I gave Elder a call he made it very simple. We agreed on a date and he was there the same week.  He made the process very easy and offered a very reasonable price.  I would highly recommend his services.

In a nutshell, Min was friendly, cordial, punctual, and gets the job done.

We were trying to install a Siemens level 2 EV charger, and so needed an outdoor NEMA 6-50 receptacle that can withstand up to 40 Amps. First I requested a quote through Yelp which he promptly replied, then called him and he said he can swing by that afternoon around 4-5 PM to take a look at the location of the receptacle. He came by around 5 PM and examined the charger and install location. He then took the time to explain things to me a bit, like if our current panel has enough room and capacity (it did), and where to best install the charger so that it both looks nice and is feasable (avoiding gaps). He then gave me a more concrete quote now that he has a better idea of what the job will be like, and we planned to do it some time on Saturday. He said he will call/text me later to confirm an exact time. On Saturday he called and said he is running behind schedule and asked if we could do Sunday morning at 8 AM to which we said yes. Come Sunday morning, Min showed up on time and got the receptical and EV charger installed in 2 hours. Plugged it into our EV and low and behold, it charged up much faster than the 120V charger that came with the car.

Overall, we are very happy with Min's service at a price point that we thought was reasonable, and have nothing but good things to say about him. Note that we were completely okay with the reschedule, since on first contact I told Min that we'd be around all weekend. It is just included in here for completeness' sake. As a parting thought, the fact that Min wanted to come by at 8 AM on a Sunday is kind of impressive, at least to me. I don't know, maybe Min is a morning person.

We needed to change some light fixtures out in our home and received several bids. Alfano Electric was not only extremely reasonable but when John came out to provide a bid we really liked him and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options. We accepted his bid and he sent two workers who were also amazing. They completely were respectful to our home, used blankets on the floors and cleaned up after their work. Since they finished in less time then expected Alfano Electric even extended a discount to their bid. Great customer service from Diana at their office, John as an Owner is great to work with and the crew they sent amazing at what they do. Highly, highly recommended. We will use them again. We would give them 10 stars if able.

I found Croff Electric based on reviews on Yelp. I needed help troubleshooting a ceiling light that was getting half the voltage it should. I called and spoke with Jeremy. I've never worked with him previously so I assumed we'd set a service appointment for him to come and work on the issue. Jeremy asked a lot of questions and suggested I check a few things I hadn't looked at. He said if those suggestions didn't work to call him back for an appointment. I tried things he suggested and ended up fixing the issue on my own. So, Jeremy didn't know me, spent time with me on the phone and helped me fix the problem myself for free. They don't make many people like Jeremy anymore.   I will certainly utilize his services if I need an electrician in the future.   Thank you Jeremy!

Fernando came out to look at what ended up being a loose neutral that I was having trouble locating.  He responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue.  He was very helpful and even answered a couple additional questions I had around the house.  He charged us a fair price and everything was resolved.  Glad I found a electrician that is local and I can depend on when needed.  Great work!!

Jeremy has fixed several wiring issues in my house over the last few months.  During the last one -- a short caused by wiring near my fireplace -- he discovered that a bad main breaker was causing my breaker panel to literally melt.  He recommended an upgrade to 200A service (this was confirmed by a separate electrician from my home warranty company).  My home inspector and another electrician that had done work earlier had missed this and we are glad Jeremy caught it -- it was a hazardous situation. They performed the upgrade in one day and took care of all the permitting at a very competitive cost.

Jeremy and his crew have also installed a number of lighting fixtures in my house.  Their work is thorough and clean and I can't recommend them enough!

Tim not only was prompt in helping me with an issue I had, but he showed a great deal of integrity. When I explained the problem I was experiencing with an electrical socket, he diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me a helpful suggestion. He could have easily come over and charged me a $100 for a simple fix, but instead displayed a level of character you'd want with any technician. Thank you, Tim! Wish you continued success. Robert, of Ryan Electric, did all the electrical work incidental to the installation of a new furnace, central air conditioner and new water heater in my very old house, and replaced 100 amp with 200 amp panel.  He was excellent!  He's an honest hard worker with high standards and his word is good!!!  (Santa Monica City inspector signed off on everything he did.) Very reasonably priced, too.

New to the Valley area and needed a trusted electrician for some house updates. I found Boris and Jason, owners of AES Electric. They were prompt to provide an estimate for the work, and available within a few days to tackle my project! They were very professional and did a great job. Martin is a licensed and insured electrician. We contacted him to upgrade our electric panel and was very happy and satisfied with his work. I asked him a lot of questions before the upgrade and he answered all my questions and provided great customer service. He showed up on time to change out the panel. I will call him again in the future when we need any electrical work to be done.

I called Branover and 4 other electricians for a quote on providing power to the front of my house for an electric vehicle.
Michael had a good quote, and followed up several times during the installation process.
The installation itself took two days, and in spite of a couple of bumps, Branover honored the quoted price.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'm very happy with the work these guys did.  I have an EV charger installed in my garage.  They had the best price -- and I did a lot of research -- scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time.  The installation was done in under two hours and looks great.  I'm going to be using them to upgrade my panel.

After leaving a few few messages for other companies (that didn't get back to me!) American Reliable had someone out to our place in just under 2 hours.  Nazaret arrived and was great ! Price was as quoted and we will definitely be calling them again if needed.

We had an outlet that was loose and would not hold anything plugged into it, so our property manager called out Ducros Electric to come fix it.  Grant was an absolute pleasure to work with.  He called to let us know when he would be there and then again when he was nearby to make sure we were home.  Grant was in and out in 15 minutes and now we can use the outlet for extra fans during the hot summer months.  I've already told a couple friends about the impeccable customer service and would gladly use Ducros Electric again.  Thank you!

I had an electrical issue tonight - the power in two of the rooms in our home went out. Turns out one of the circuit breakers had tripped, but it wouldn't switch back on. I contacted several electricians through Yelp. Even though it was already after 8:00pm, a couple got back to me immediately. Marco at Inception Electric was one of those. He informed me that unfortunately he doesn't service my area, but suggested I try unplugging everything connected to the circuit and trying the breaker again - and it worked! It was a simple thing, but SO helpful! One electrician that got back to me wanted to charge me $150 and I almost set the appointment with him, so Marco saved me quite a bit of cash, even though he had nothing to gain from helping me! I can't say enough about that, in this day and age. If I was in his service area, I would definitely call on him for all my future electrician needs!
