Ive recommended him to all my friends and neighbors and no one has been disappointed. highly recommend if you want an honest nice great electrician

Min is a very proficient and reliable electrician.  He fixed a bunch of sockets for our recessed lights, and he added a wireless switch for some outdoor lighting that was difficult to access.  He works quickly, and he communicates everything that he plans to do in advance and keeps you updated (so that you're not surprised by anything).  I trust what he says and I trust his expertise.  I will continue to rely on Min for all electrical needs.

Have used John and his group on 3 occasions.  One was a simple project, but the others were emergencies where I had missed up a circuit that I could not fix the problem.  He was prompt and got the power back quickly.  He diagnosed the problems immediately and made me realize that I should be doing less electrical work in my house.  His work was great and left me with no cleanup.  Very much appreciated his wonderful work.

Like almost everyone right now, due to this COVID-19 I have been forced to work from home. The room I call my office needed some electrical work for it to become more functional. I sent out a Yelp request, Croff Electric responded within the hour and asked me to call them back for more information. When I did, they answered immediately. The next day Jeremy was out in-person to give me a quote and 3 days later he and his helper did the job! They were on-time, hard-working, efficient and respectful. The work they did was (1) replace an existing electrical socket and changed it from being controlled by the light switch to fixed (always hot) and (2) ran new electrical cable up the wall through the attic to the center of my ceiling where they cut an hole into the drywall and installed a new ceiling fan/light. They were very reasonable priced and in and out in 2.5 hours. Before leaving, they cleaned up the room and left the room spotless. I'm very satisfied with the work Croff Electric did and I would use them again.

I needed a panel upgrade and a  new 220v  run and box for a spa.
I got estimates from three additional electricians and received an education
on the different criteria used to estimate a job.
Fernando at ROC came out, walked the job, explained what needed to be done and how he would do it. I liked the fact that he explained the job in terms that were easily understandable and, while giving me options, did not push to upsell
the job.
In addition to the above, Fernando, explained how he would make the new panel look better than the previous one
by removing or re-routing  all the previous add-ones and  making the space around the new panel blend in with the existing structure.
Fernando was responsive to e-mails texts and phone calls as well.
I have attached a picture of the new panel. The stucco work will be done next week.

Isreal really helped me out with electrical issues in the house we just bought. He explained things thoroughly to me and provided a very reasonable price for the work. Some other guy I hired screwed up some simple electrical stuff and after Isreal showed me how easy of a fix it was and repaired it I realized even more to be careful who you hire to fix things like this in your home. I got an estimate today to add additional lights outside and we will be using Isreal for all of our electrical needs. He was on time, polite and patient with all of my questions. Thank you Isreal!

I am a first time home buyer and know virtually nothing about electrical work and Bryant and Terrance have helped make my house safe as well as have been very kind and explanatory about what they are working on so that I know exactly what I am paying for and what service I am receiving. Hands down an amazing electrician. When I called him regarding an issue I had with power to my garage, he listened to my concerns and was able to see me very quickly. Ryan Electric replaced our 60 year old electrical panel last week and did a beautiful job. This project was not without its challenges! They pushed through the issues and made it work. Ryan Electric handled all the correspondence with the city inspectors, SCE and all work was passed with flying colors. The office communicates well, making the whole process simple as can be. And to top it all off, they solved a decades-old wiring mystery inside our house... that three previous electricians gave up on! You cannot go wrong with Ryan Electric!

This company is professional from the first phone call to the time they come to your home.i was not asked to pay a scheduling fee as another company asked for. I will call them any time I have a problem with electrical issues I will only call this company.

Branover did an amazing job with a complete rewiring of my 1928 house. They did the job efficiently, on time, and at a very reasonable price. Lenny was great to work with and he made sure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. I recommend them highly.

I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Enrique. He was able to troubleshoot and find the outlet that was creating a problem with the other outlets in my home. It was impressive to see how thorough and patient he was while working. I will definitely call Enrique back for the next electrical work I require.

I've never needed an electrician before. Today, there was a brown out situation in the area that included me. I thought the symptoms were strange and sought an electrician. Don picked up late in the evening on a holiday weekend and advised that he'd be able to help - he quickly arranged an appointment later that evening. Apparently, just as he was jumping in his rig to come out, he received a call from his mother-in-law, who also lived in the area and was experiencing the same brown-out condition. Don quickly called me back, advised me to confirm with SCE (which I did), and saved me the expense of a service call. Don's confident professionalism and friendly, courteous manner on the phone convinced me of who I'll be calling should I ever require the services of an electrician again. Nice that he's local, too.

Revising my review of this company. I recently moved outside of Los Angeles and needed an electrician to fix a busted exterior outlet by our pool. I used American Reliable in the past and had a decent experience. This time was the complete opposite. They sent an incompetent technician to try and fix this problem only to make things worse. Where to begin?! 1) The technician showed up without any protective covid gear. No mask, gloves, nothing. And this guy would rub his nose and mouth and then ring our doorbell (see pics attached). Beyond disgusting. When I called American Reliable about this days later they told me they actively discourage their technicians from wearing masks when visiting homes. Can you believe this?! During a global pandemic!?!?! It's not only against the law but deplorable behavior toward other people's health. 2) We have a pool fence around our pool because we have children and we care about their safety. This technician took down part of the pool fence to try and service the outlet but never put the fence back up when he left. We have security video of this behavior. He completely could care less about the children's well being in this home. 3) When he tried to service the outlet and junction box he left wires exposed before he left again not caring about the well being of the children who clearly lived here.

After all that, 4) the kicker was this technician came to fix an exterior outlet by our pool but because of his incompetence he ended up breaking the pool lights. These lights worked prior to him coming to the house. Now they don't. The technician kept asking me if the lights really did turn on before as if I was lying about it. I sent him photos proving they worked. He kept saying There is no neutral. There is no neutral like a broken record. He couldn't figure out why the outlet didn't work and why the pool lights now didn't work. After two visits with no luck, American Reliable called me asking to pay $600 for them to trouble shoot the issue. Can you believe this?!?! They break the lights and now they are asking for me to pay to fix them. No way that was happening. I called a truly reliable electrician recommended to me by a friend. This different electrician was able to figure out what happened, find the neutral immediately, fixed the pool lights and got the outlet working within an hour. Unreal! Either American Reliable had the most incompetent technician who has no business being an electrician or American Reliable was trying to scam me out of some money. Either way not good! I will never use their services again and I highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid them at all costs. For your health and safety during this pandemic and for your sanity to not have to deal with idiots.

The exhaust fan in my laundry area was in serious need of repair or replacing, so I called a number of electricians and home repair service companies over the past two weeks to either: not get an initial call back or to get a quote, but no follow through to schedule an appointment.  That is, until I called Ducros Electrical Services.  I was greeted by a pleasant customer service assistant who took my information and asked what service I was in need of.  She said she'd pass my info to a technician and they'd be in touch.  A few short minutes later, I received a call from one of their electricians, Alex, who was able to be at my condo in 15 minutes to assess and give me a quote; AND he ordered a new fan on the spot.  He and another tech, Jeremy, came back on the day we scheduled installation, and they got the job done with expertise and efficiency.  Absolute professionals!  These guys will be in my address book anytime I'm in need of electrical services.  A+
