Avila Electric is amazing! I called over the weekend with a non-urgent job and Elder showed up at 8am on Monday and was in and out in an hour. He was able to trouble shoot the problem and correct my outlet quickly. He also took a look at my sub panel to make sure that it was in good working order before he left. I called multiple electricians and his prices were better than everyone!

Min was very efficient and knowledgeable on every job we needed to get done. Would definitely call him back whenever we need more electrical work to be done.

Have used John and his group on 3 occasions.  One was a simple project, but the others were emergencies where I had missed up a circuit that I could not fix the problem.  He was prompt and got the power back quickly.  He diagnosed the problems immediately and made me realize that I should be doing less electrical work in my house.  His work was great and left me with no cleanup.  Very much appreciated his wonderful work.

I have used Croff Electric several times now. Twice to install new ceiling fans when they suddenly stopped working. And when it turned out one of my other remotes was controlling my new fan, he came back out at no charge and changed the frequency so all is good now. Most recently I lost power to a good portion of my home which included my refrigerator and Wi Fi. Jeremy was able to come out that morning and figure out what caused the issue. It was a little difficult because I had lost power to part of my kitchen, part of my living room and part of the master bedroom upstairs.  A little sleuthing and he figured it out. A quick trip to Home Depot and all is well.  They also wear coverings over their shoes if you want them too.

I was very happy with the response and service provided to fix a dead circuit condition at the house. I tried my own troubleshooting (I am an engineer!) and got nowhere. Fernando showed up and spent the time to look for the problem and found it plus some out of code issues that really needed correction. He was both personable and knowledgeable which certainly gave me confidence in his work.
Thus will be my go-to electrician in the future.

I really appreciate Israel's professionalism courtesy and prompt us in responding to our last-minute request for electrical work/light fixture replacement. Looking forward to working with him in the future on upgrade projects

Could not be more pleased. Needed an EV charger installed and I was quite frankly skeptical since their quote was so reasonable but they were responsive, professional, super nice about all, and we passed inspection right away. Six stars if I could.

Adrian was prompt and on time for both the estimate and the work that was done.  

We upgraded wiring, adding three 220 volt circuits to my home, including one for a tankless water heater (3 40 amp double pole circuits).  He and his crew completed the work in about 5 hours, and did very good work.

His final price was less than the original quote.  I recommend Adrian for any electrical work you may have in your house, office or business.

We had a few electrical problems at my mom's house that needed to be resolved. She kept saying that we needed an electrician to come out to the house but we never got around to calling one. Finally, we began our search for an electrician via the Yelp app. I messaged and called a few but in the end, it was Live Conductor Electric that got the job!

I messaged Enrique over the weekend and he was quick to respond, after hours. We messaged back and forth about the issues that we needed taken care of. He provided me with a reasonable estimate but still had to come see it for himself. So we agreed to have him come by after I came home from work.

Enrique showed up early, which was greatly appreciated. He quickly got to work replacing the flood light outside. Then we had to get the two hallway lights repaired. The bulbs inside always seemed to burn out quickly. He did some trouble shooting and found that there was some faulty wiring and replacement parts were needed.

He didn't have the parts with him so he went to Lowe's to pick them up. He returned promptly and worked meticulously to repair the wiring. Considering that the home was built in 1944, I thought the issue would have been greater. However, he assured me that this was an easy fix and that we shouldn't have any more issues.

Once all of the work was completed, he made sure that it was done to our satisfaction. We were shown how to control the timer on the flood lights. Once that we all clarified for us, I asked for an estimate to do a couple of other repairs as well. He tested the wall socket and told me that it definitely was dead. So, it looks like we will be having Enrique back over to the house again to get other electrical issues resolved.

We really appreciate how hard Enrique worked on our property. He is definitely a skilled electrician. I was wondering if his reviews were legitimate and yes indeed, he lived up to all of those 5 star reviews. We look forward to having Enrique back at our home to finish up the electrical work that we still need to complete.

There was no power going to my Garage door yet all the outlets in garage were still working. After checking the breakers I called Ballard and Frank suggested I check the one GFI switch in the garage.

Sure enough that was the issue. Thanks for saving me the service call fee and for great customer service.

Our tech Avo gets 5 stars. He showed up near the start of the appointment window and fixed our heater quickly. He was friendly and courteous.

The 3 stars I took off are for the problems we had trying to redeem our Yelp deal (which they have since removed). This morning they had a $50 for $100 voucher. I could have picked anyone on Yelp, but I chose them because of the 5 star reviews AND the Yelp deal. There were other 5 star reviews in my area. My bill was $125. When it came time to pay, they told me the deal was only valid for purchases of $300 or more. What? It didn't say that anywhere on the deal (I read the fine print) AND we had previously mentioned it to Mike who booked our appointment. Avo had to call his supervisor and put me on the phone with her (too bad I didn't get her name). She kept insisting that it was company policy and that they would not honor the voucher under $300. She just kept saying it's company policy. Needless to say, things escalated into a yelling match - because that's just not acceptable. In the end I was fed up and I told her I bought the Yelp deal and if you want to get paid, you can work it out with Yelp. To which she replied what you are doing is not fair. Really? All I did was buy your deal that you wouldn't honor. Who is not being fair?

Avo came to the rescue and told me just to give him the voucher code and a check for the balance and he will work it out with them. Problem solved.

It's ridiculous that they would not honor their own deal, even if they made a mistake and meant to have a minimum purchase. Avo told me my heater is old and will need to get replaced soon. I doubt I will be calling them when that time comes. Too bad because he did a great job. Just poor business practices and lousy customer service from the office staff left me with a bad taste.

Grant was our installer, and HE DID AWESOME! Was super helpful in the initial walk through, talked through it and when it came to install, he did awesome! Minimal holes, the new can lights with dimmer switch are rad. Wife is happy, I'm happy. He even labeled the drywall cut outs for repair! I would definitely recommend Grant for any job and we will definitely be using him again!

Had a car Tesla wall charger installed by someone that was not certified and I've been having a lot of issues with stopped charging and reduced charging speed due to connection is too hot. After being on the phone with Tesla, they asked for me to have a certified Tesla installer review the install. After looking at the list of certified Tesla installers, I contacted Inception Electric after checking out their reviews. They set up an appointment within a reasonable time frame and arrived during the indicated time window. The office even gave me a call to advise when they were about to arrive. Abel and Rodrigo diagnosed the issues within minutes of arriving and explained it in simpler terms to understand. I opted to have them fix the installation to see if it would solve my charging issues. They finished in a few minutes which makes me feel foolish for putting this off for months. We plugged in the charger to the car for 5 minutes and it charged without error or interruption. Thanks Abel & Rodrigo!
