Elder is INCREDIBLE. This was absolutely the smoothest process I've ever had regarding anything home maintenance related. He is so honest, fair, punctual, kind and FAST. So fast. He completed a huge project in a day and a half and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll never use anyone else. Thank you Elder!!!

My original request was to fix two doorbells so I can wire my new Ring doorbells rather than wirelessly. I bought an old house that has minimal lighting installation. Min came and fixed the doorbells properly with a new transformer too. In addition, Min installed my recessed lights in every room and ceiling fan installed in every bedroom. Min advised me on lighting placement which was extremely helpful and if you need it moved too. That way you don't have too much or too little. This was a dark house and now every section is bright. Moreover, he replaced all my lights and put in new electrical outlets in the garage. I feel like I'm in a brand new home. Thank you so much Min.

We needed to change some light fixtures out in our home and received several bids. Alfano Electric was not only extremely reasonable but when John came out to provide a bid we really liked him and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options. We accepted his bid and he sent two workers who were also amazing. They completely were respectful to our home, used blankets on the floors and cleaned up after their work. Since they finished in less time then expected Alfano Electric even extended a discount to their bid. Great customer service from Diana at their office, John as an Owner is great to work with and the crew they sent amazing at what they do. Highly, highly recommended. We will use them again. We would give them 10 stars if able.

They responded to a last minute call to fix an electric problem in my HVAC cabinet.  While they were there I had them replace two outdated plugs.  Good value and they also gave me some suggestions for future work that needs to be done.  Highly recommend.

Fernando and his team took care of our panel upgrade and hot tub specific electrical work. They were very professional and respectful of our home. Fernando made sure all work was done to code.  The work was done clean and no clutter was left around at the end of each day. They did an excellent job and we highly recommend them!

We recently upgraded our panel and WOW I am so impressed with Ryan Electric! I will def be using them for all my future electrical needs and recommending to all my friends and fam! First of all the communication with Kris in his front office was impeccable - she was extremely helpful over the phone when making my initial inquiry and she even answered on a SATURDAY! That is true professionalism right there. She had Robert the owner come out the very next morning and within 48 hours we had an estimate that we were happy to move forward with. We scheduled for the following week and he was right on time. He was very thorough in his work, including all city permits and inspections, PLUS repairing of the stucco after the work was done which many electricians in the area do not do. The upgrade took almost the whole day, and he was patient answering all of our questions throughout. Additionally he and his assistant took care to show me how everything worked after completion and included lot of little extras along the way that were not included in my original estimate. I had shopped around a lot before finding Ryan Electric and I can honestly say they offer much more affordable and competitive pricing than most in the area. Jason and Boris were really fast. I needed to instal my EV charger asap and they did exactly what I needed. I definitely recommend them if you ever need any electrical service.

I needed to run a new 220 line from my panel to my garage.  This involved removing bricks and cutting into the driveway.  Martin and his crew did a fantastic job of running the new line installation the sub panel, outlets, ect....  as well as repairing the driveway and replacing the bricks as if the excavation never happened, very clean job..
His prices are a very fair, would highly recommend
them.

Not until after we purchased our home and 2 weeks from move-in day, did we realize that the recent rewire was a mishmash of some new wiring, some spliced into old knob and tube which was exposed to loose insulation in the attic. Being that our home could catch fire at any moment we had several electricians come out for estimates immediately.

We went with Branover not only because their quote was competitive and they could get the job done in our tight schedule but also because Lenny knew his stuff. These guys have been in the business for quite awhile and it shows.

They showed up early, every morning and got right to work. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating. We switched a few things up during the rewire, added some switches, moved some outlets, and they had no problem obliging. Would definitely use them again.

As unprofessional as it gets. Rude, nasty, and make specific efforts to insult you. Why would you insult me like that? Are you the only electrician in town?

Adrian provided a reasonable rate for the services provided, answered my MANY questions regarding the job in a clear and concise manner, and the quality of work that he and his technician did was superb. They even threw in a quick light install at no extra cost. And, all of this on a Sunday evening.

Called them on Saturday morning and they were at my house within 30 min.

Although I just need a electrical outlet replaced they were very professional and looked into the root cause of the problem. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the outlet itself, it was a loose wire in the upstairs GFI outlet. They checked all my GFI outlets to make up everything was working before they left.

I need to have some lights installed in my house I will be coming them back for sure.

Ballard redid the electrical for the whole downstairs and loft addition for our house, no complaints.  We ran into an electrical issue 6 months out, called Ballard and they showed up within two hours and tested everything and found the problem, which was Southern California Edison's.  Talk about customer service after the sale!  Thanks!!  Will definitely want to use them for the upstairs remodel in July!

If you want to hire someone that will respect your time, is knowledgeable on installs, and is efficient this is not the place. If we had not been watching they would have installed our unit incorrectly. Out of the 4 people that came only 1 had the decency to wear a mask when we asked.

The guy that scheduled us on the phone was so sweet and I thought that would be a reflection of how they do business but oh boy that was not the case at all. I did think it was odd that they didn't want to come out to give an estimate first and see what they needed to do the job and probably should've taken that as a warning sign...

Scheduled an appointment for 9am... over 45mins past 9am and I had to reach out to see if they were still going to show up. They said they were still coming... They ended up showing up almost 3 HOURS later then our appointment . They get here, we come out to greet them and thank them for coming and we get where's the unit. No intro, no sorry about that no hi there No apology nothing, nada. Like we were inconveniencing him by hiring them to do the install... This one guy showed up with a massive attitude problem and we could not trust him in our house at all. We were going to ask them to leave because he was so rude but we thought this is an easy job they'll be gone in a couple hours and we really needed to get it done. Not the case, We regretted not turning them away.

I expressed that I would like them to wear masks because I have an auto immune issue and my partner is asthmatic, no mask. I asked them repeatedly throughout the day to please wear a mask at least 6 or 7 times and only the 1 nice guy put on a friggin mask.

The entire time the grumpy condescending guy just kept bickering with the other worker who was actually quiet nice and it seemed like the grumpy guy never had installed a mini split before and just didn't want to hear what this guy had to say. We had purchased a great unit with intention of doing it with a friend who works in AC, he just didn't have time and frankly we should've just done it ourselves because we had to sit and watch this guy be a condescending and dismissive to us and his co workers the whole time trying to put this unit in.

The condescending guy had installed the hole in the wall with the direction of the angle going opposite of what it needed to be. It would have caused drainage problems and the lines would be kinked if he were to actually thread the piping through and push it flush against the wall. I was scoffed at when I inquired about this and told it's fine. Which is certainly was not and anyone that knows anything about how to install a mini split would say the same thing, and when he was getting ready to install the lines it was still not fixed so I had to ask them to again if they are going to fix it so we don't have any issues with the lines. The other guy was on the same page and reiterated the same thing a few times prior. I had to ask them like 4 times and that they not continue attaching the lines until the angle is fixed.

Next, The the electrical guys... They come to install the power line and it was another round of omg why did we hire these ppl? Immediately the condescending guy starts in with them. Again, no one wearing masks, we asked them to put masks on they look me dead in the eyes and say nothing and don't put on a mask. Now we have 2 electrical guys and the grumpy condescending guy that originally came bickering for a couple more hours.

Our day was shot and they still had to come back the next day to finish the job and even when they put the covering on the outside I had asked what they would be using to seal it off, the condescending dude goes we don't need to seal it and the electrical guy immediately responds with the water proofing sealant name they will be using.

Alex came out to take a look at some electrical work done by a previous electrician that wasn't quite right. He was able to troubleshoot and fixed any problems right away. Very professional. Would recommend and hire again!
