I called Roc Electric due to an emergency type electrical issue/power outage at my parents' house on a very hot evening. The AC was one of the things that went out, which was not good for my folks with health issues. I briefly explained the issue to Fernando on his voicemail message; he called me back right away, & I further explained the urgent nature of the call. Despite it being late/going home time, Fernando stated he'd be at the house within an hour. Guess who showed up promptly within the hour, as promised (when many other places/people weren't able to come out because it was too late)?...Fernando from Roc Electric showed up, clean & ready to investigate & fix the timely issue, helping us out in our time of need! Fernando got to business quickly, while still being patient with my folks, which I appreciate. He fixed the issue, offering additional helpful advice on how to prevent issues in the future. He even personally helped move their microwave to a better outlet to help ease the present electrical suck, which was super helpful. Fernando offered helpful advice. He could have upsold a bunch of things or inflated his price, but he didn't. He was aware and conscious of budget for my folks. Kudos to him for that for not being a predator upon older folks with health issues. He got their power working again, including the AC. Thank you, Fernando with Roc Electric!

Tim not only was prompt in helping me with an issue I had, but he showed a great deal of integrity. When I explained the problem I was experiencing with an electrical socket, he diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me a helpful suggestion. He could have easily come over and charged me a $100 for a simple fix, but instead displayed a level of character you'd want with any technician. Thank you, Tim! Wish you continued success. Boris and Jason showed up on time to install a 220 in my garage for my EV vehicle. They did quick research on what was needed for the charger and installed under 2 hours for a great price. Made sure it was working properly and gave me further recommendations if I wanted to upgrade and already installed the wiring so it would be easier. Super nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

Martin from MR Electric is one of our best and most reliable vendors. We currently use him for all our outsourced electrical work on our buildings in the San Gabriel Valley. He is very knowledgeable, quick to diagnose problems, and does the job to perfection. When he replaces sub panels in our units, the amount of patching that has to be done is very minimal.

He has also installed our 30 amp and 50 amp electric car charging outlets at our residence and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him for electric car charging outlet jobs.

Believe me, we use and have used a lot of vendors in our business and he is one of our best.

Michael and his team did an amazing job. I requested an estimate from 5 different top rated contractors and Michael was quick to give me an estimate over the phone, took the time to ask me the right questions, and was willing to verify his estimate by sending somebody out to scope out the job. They had the lowest estimate and promptly came out the following week and had the job done in less than a day. The work involved installing a new 100 amp breaker and meter location, and running installing two EV chargers. The work was rock solid and they cleaned up after. They guaranteed inspection, which passed no problem. Michael even stayed in touch for weeks and helped make sure my meter was installed and LADWP connected power.

Jack and his father are honest, reliable and reasonably priced.
We had issues with a breakers constantly getting tripped. This was happening after a home renovation where I had a different Electrian perform the work 6 month's before.  Jack and his dad cleaned up my breaker box, switching some breakers out and meticulously tested each breaker to rework the load on each. They were very transparent with what they were fixing and took the time to do a quality job (we didn't feel like they were rushing).

Guess if all you want is a wall plug changed or a service panel replaced he is ok with that but God forbid you ask him as an electrician to check out pool wiring  he does not do that?? I thought electrician's we're capable of doing any and all electrical work regardless of end source! Most Sparky's can tackle any electrical problem so needless to say he would not even give me a quote for my pool electrical repair work! I guess it takes a real electrician to tackle that one. Remind me not to call him if I really need some electrical work done!!!

What really differentiates the best businesses from the others is how they deal with problems when they occur on a job because, no matter how skilled you are, things don't always work out right.

I recently had Ballard do a repair at my home.  The first two fellows they sent did not complete the job properly.  Without any hesitation or complaint they sent another couple of electricians and purchased new parts to  
correct the issues at no additional charge.

I am very pleased with the final result and will use Ballard Electric again.

They were great!  Pleasant, efficient, timely.  When problems arose, as they inevitably do, they were prompt and nice and quick to make everything right.  It was very clear that these nice, patient people wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied.  I am.  Wish I could give them 27 stars.

Went through Home Depot Pro Services for a bath fan installation. Received quote from Vincent of $250.00 and set up install a week later. Alex and a helper show of as scheduled. Install went good no issues, except Alex needs parts and goes to store for 3 gang box for switches an again for switch cover. The price according to Alex is now $540.00 do to extra work. I was standing next to them, saw nothing that was extra. Be careful, get your quote in writing, my big mistake.

Called Marco this morning about some light and outlets switches that were not powering and flickering.    He came about an hour later and checked everything on my list and finally found the problem and fixed it.    Very professional and knowledgeable about his field.  

I am very thankful and i highly recommend his services to everyone.
