Every time I have a plumbing issue, I call Premier Plumbing. They never disappoint. The plumbing staff is knowledgeable and efficient.....very professional and polite. Wes Harris arrived early and walked through every issue I needed fixed. He was thorough and diligent. He reviewed his work with me  and explained the charges on the invoice. It was a great experience. I trust Premier Plumbing.

I was looking to re-pipe my entire house and Premier's quote was one of the more competitive quotes.  TJ, the plumber came and gave a thorough walk through of the property and explained to me each step of the way his assessments and what my options were which I greatly appreciated and so I chose to go with Premier for the job.  Unfortunately  2 stars is for the very poor communication that followed from the front staff of the company itself. For the initial job of assessing and fixing one pipe leak, the leak was assessed but no communication from the company of when someone would be back to actually fix it despite several calls to the company and multiple messages left.  I waited several hours at home and into the first night waiting for a person who did not show up.  ( I had been told at the assessment that 'someone would try to make it out that evening or at the latest the  next morning').
For the re-pipe job itself (a large cost and large project booked) - no communication other that booking the dates that the company would be out to do it; I was not told what time to expect the plumbers on day 1 ( I had to call to ask that myself) and no communication on what to expect onsite with the job  (I recommend actively being available to move things away from walls as needed.  I did this myself in anticipation of the job on my own which was fortunate because I had help to move furniture away from walls which I would not have had on the day of).  The plumbers on the actual job appeared competent and were courteous and answered all of my questions during the actual work which was great.  Unfortunately, while I was told there would be clean up after the job - the clean up is minimal and I found one of my personal bath towels used to clean up dirty water on the floor along with debris and drywall plaster!  I would recommend that the company have their own towels and clean up materials.  A house dustpan were also used and left broke and I am still missing a house broom which was not meant for plaster and drywall clean up.  Overall all - technical plumbing repair and service 4 stars - ; Customer service communication and clean up post job -2 stars.

Grant it there was a miscommunication between the mobile home park management and this company regarding who would be responsible for this charge, (The mobile home management determined I was responsible ) The manager of the mobile home park gave me the business phone number and I attempted to call multiple times to get a price quote.  (For repairing the shut off valve on the main water line going into the home).  3 attempts and no answer and no machine to leave a message.
Fast forward to the day of the service, I had to be at work so I asked a friend to stay over to oversee the project. When the plumber arrived my friend asked him for the quote and was told he had to go through the park management.  The plumber then attempted to freeze the line however the proper equipment was not on the truck and the technician could not get the equipment he had to work, so after a few attempts he stated he could not do the job.  Finally the park maintenance person decided to turn off the water to the park and the technician then took 8 minutes to change the part and check for leaking.  (I still had no idea how much this would cost).  When my friend asked for the broken part the technician would not give it to him.  When my friend asked why he could not give him the part if I was paying for it, he said he could not.
I notified the park manager that I still had no idea how much this job cost and I had the park manager call the business. She was told that the invoice was being prepared  and that it would be prepared the evening the job was completed.  The manager asked whoever she spoke to, to please call me because I was not provided with a quote prior to the job being done and still had no idea of the cost.
Two days later and I still did not have any idea how much this repair cost.  This created so much stress because a job had been done while I had no idea if it was costing me $100 or $1000.
Finally this morning I was able to speak to someone and received an invoice for $375 for this ten minute job.  When I balked at the price, I was assured this was a great deal because I had received a managers special  pricing  I was also told that this job was not paid by the hour but was by the job  so my other confusion is that if this is by the job why would it take over 2 days to write up an invoice?  More than this however my disappointment is in the lack of communication when I attempted to call several times before the job was started.  If I had this quote believe me I would not have used this company.
My two stars were actually for the plumber because he did a great job and quickly took care of and repaired the small issue  once the water was turned off by the park maintenance  person.

Wesley Harris, from Premier Plumbing, came out to fix a toilet and tub in a rental unit for me today. He couldn't have been nicer or more efficient! I cannot say enough about how professional and kind he is. If you're reading this review online.... look no further for an all star plumbing service! I would give Wesley ten stars if I could! Job is fixed and functioning perfectly! Way to go Wesley and Premier Plumbing!

I was charged for a repair that never occurred. Premier was called because they are one of two authorized dealers for my Rinnai water heater. When the tech arrived I was told it would be a $59 service fee and a $45 fuel charge fee. I accepted and initialed both charges. The tech then asked what code I was seeing and I told him (code 11). He never checked for a code him self. He then opened the cover of the water heater. He told be he was going to check the igniter. He removed the igniter lead and held next to the igniter port and tried to start the water heater. It started up and ran fine. I asked what he did and he said nothing, it started fine. We went inside and ran the hot water and every thing was fine. When the tech was finishing the paperwork he added a charge for $149 for a repair of the igniter. I asked him why since what he did was diagnostic and should be covered by the $59 service charge. He said that if he touches a component he has to charge for it even though he did not repair it. I would not have agreed to any additional charge had I known before hand. Also there is a line on the invoice asks for my authorization for the $149 charge which was filled in by the tech after he was done, but not initialed by me. I have the called the business several times, most times they say the owner will call me back but does not. after several calls they offered me a $149 credit against future repairs, which I declined and asked for a refund. They last told me they would back to me but have not at this time. UPDATE 10/14/16. I complained to the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue. Mr. Trout's response was that he reached out to me personally and offered to refund my $149, but I declined. This is absolutely false!!! I never heard from Mr. Trout, although his staff had promised me he would contact me. I was never offered a refund only a credit which I declined. If Mr. Trout would have offered me a refund, I would not have rated him so low, nor would I have written the review that I did. It just goes to show his dishonesty as a businessman. UPDATE 11/12/16. Mr. Trout has honored my request and refunded my $149. I wish it had not taken so long to do what was right. Never the less I thank him for doing so.

It was a couple of days after my dad had passed and they came in quickly to resolve my plumbing issues and made recommendations.  The customer service who answered my call was polite and professional.  Would recommend them for future references to family and friends!

This is a rental home. Plumber, DaJon, called once he was done and said the sewer line was cleared. We questioned if he ran into tree roots and asked how far he ran the snake, but he didn't want to tell us how long his snake was, which we found odd. We have had problems with roots at this house in the past, and when he told is he didn't find any roots we were concerned. Less than 36 hours later the toilet was plugged again. We notified Premier and were told too bad. You have to pay again. The line was never cleared properly the first time, so we called another plumber and fired Premier. They were  unprofessional and rude on the phone.

From the moment they cheerily answer the phone to the moment the plumber bids us adieu,  there is an air of professionalism that is unmatched.  They have done a lot of work for us on our old house.  (The house is 102 years old.) And we have also had them  do work for my 101 year old God-Mother,  
They are reliable, professional, and personable.  They showed such kindness to my God-Mother that I was doubly impressed.
We have been customers for about 10 years and we went to them because what poor service and attitude we had gotten from the previous two firms we had hired. They have never put us off or been late or rude.
These are great people and this is a great business. They have been called out on weekends, early morns and late nights.  All expectations have been met and surpassed.

After having 2 plumbers come try to fix the broken hardware on my master bathtub, I finally called Premier. Brandon was the plumber that came to my home. He ordered some parts, made a few modifications and somehow fixed what the others could not! The price was also more affordable than what the others quoted. Needless to say, I will recommend them to my friends.

I called and scheduled to have my shower control valve checked out, and was told it probably needed a new cartridge.  Later the plumber replaced the cartridge and was friendly and knowledgeable.  Unfortunately he failed to check his work.  The next day I found while using the shower that the cold/hot water were now backward and the valve when closed was now crooked.   Although the problem was fixed, I feel that since it only took 15 minutes to complete the repair and they charged $303.00, the work should have been checked.

Well I had to use a plumber at my home for a pressure relief valve that was going bad. I called Premier last week and set up an appointment for them to come out here today. The young man that came out his name was Dazhun and he was a nice young man who was very professional and friendly took care of the business and represented the company quite well. The problem I had was after everything was done I found out that I was going to owe Premier Plumbing about $360 to take care of my problem today. When I explain to Premier Plumbing that I was going to pay with a credit card the young man explained to me that the company charges a convenience fee for using a credit card. This is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard as we are in the year 2018 and people use credit cards for everything. I haven't had other plumbers like Donald p dick and Van Gogh and a few others do work over the years and I have never been charged a fee to use a credit card. After paying them what I felt was a very good amount of money to them for 1 hours worth of work I was pissed off at they were going to charge me more money just to use my credit card. I spoke to the young woman who the plumber called at the office her name is Cindy and she proceeded to speak to me at the sound level of a jet airplane explaining to me that they had every right in the world to charge me a convenience fee. I explain to this young woman that I own the company for over 21 years and that you cannot charge people for using a credit card. You can give people a cash discount if they use cash but you cannot charge them by law more money to use a credit card. After I proceeded to yell at the woman louder than she was yelling at me and I must explain she wasn't yelling at me not she was yelling at me explain to me their policy not yelling at me calling me a jerk or anything but just explain to me that they were going to charge. After complaining a great deal about the situation and telling you a woman that it was not legal to do this and I didn't care who told her it was because it wasn't and that I would make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and make bad online reviews about them if I felt they were taking advantage of me she only then told me that they would not charge me the convenience fee. If you ever use this company make sure that you ask up front if they're going to charge you for using a credit card and now that I look at my receipt from the company it does not actually have any detailed markings of what they charge me for so she could have just charged me to see and not told me very upset

Martin came out to our rental today to take a look at a broken water heater. Could not have been a nicer guy. Wore a mask the entire time due to the pandemic, which we really appreciated. In and out in 30 min. Problem completely solved. Beyond impressed. Thank you!

We discovered a leak outside this past weekend and after trying to fix it ourselves, we decided to call for help. We went through our home warranty company that uses a Fresno plumbing service that has the worst reviews I've ever seen. So, we got smart and used Premier Plumbing for the second time and we were not disappointed.

It was a weekend evening call. The repairman arrived within an hour and completed the work in 90 minutes. The cost was only $75 more than it would have been through the warranty company and well worth it.

In this day and age when lousy customer survice seems to be the norm, it's so nice to come across a company that that has its priorities straight.

Very disappointed with this company. They were recommended by our builder, not sure why. As they have come to fix the problem 4 times... Or try since it's not fixed. I thought the plumber was nice but I'm not even sure he did any work or replace any parts. And when the problem happened again I called to have them come back out and no one mentioned another service fee. So I paid and not even a week later the same problem again. I also stood by as he called the manufacturer and lied to try and get me the part under warranty, which he did. But now that makes me question if he really did anything or not.

Found a gas leak on a riser in my backyard installed by another contractor. Turned to Yelp looking for highly rated plumbers. Found that the top rated plumbers couldn't be out until next week or later. In fact, received a text from Clovis Plumbing referring me to this company. Called them and was able to get service the next day. Robert arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time, discovered and repaired the leak within 10 minutes by tightening the hand tightened nut installed by others! Not sure about the pricing as I have never required the service of a plumber, but was charged $170. Robert was very professional and appreciate getting this issue resolved.

Showed up to one of our properties only to find out we had a sewage backup. Nothing would flush down the water main. Called Premier Plumbing and they sent over Wesley. Wesley new from the start what could be that main issue. He immediately deployed the snake and went to work. 15 minutes later he unclogged the main and we're back in business. The plumber only came out for a few minutes and charged me for a service fee of $69 for nothing being done! No other plumber I've used previously charged me for not fixing anything. Not very happy about paying for no service being done.

I was referred to Premier Plumbing by Clovis Plumbing for one of my water heaters that hasn't worked in months and is about 15 years old. Clovis Plumbing told me to request Martin who was a gem. He had an guess immediately about what was wrong and said the tank is a good one so it'd be wise to try to fix it rather than replace. The part was about $165 and the labor was somewhere around $235. Worth it. He even cleaned the closet that the water heater is in and explained everything. So thankful I finally called someone and they referred me here AND told me to request Martin.

I usually love leaving great reviews, however, I have nothing good to say about this company. They have such a lack of communication. When you call the office the receptionist, Ashley, has no idea what's going on and says she has to call the technicians to find out. When told we'd receive a call back, I never get one. If you were looking for a company that has great communication and provides great work please don't waste your time with this one. Call somebody else.

TJ came to my home today to service my tankless water heater. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.  When he took the cover off the water heater, he explained how the system worked and what to do if I had a leak. He also told me about the settings and showed me how to change them. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for my yearly maintenance.

The company was able to squeeze us into their schedule last minute and the job was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. Yesterday was the first time I've used Premier Plumbing.  I had a problem with a toilet and hoped they could come out the same day.  I call first thing in the morning (7:45a). They took my information (name and address) and said they were making up the day's schedule right then and would call me back.  To my surprise, a technician was at my door no more than 30 minutes later.  Seriously!  His name was Sean and I was impressed immediately.  Sean was courteous, neat, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and friendly.  He even went a step further than expected to ensure the problem was fixed.  Because of the prompt service, quality, along with the a great repair technician (Sean), I will definitely use them again should I have any plumbing need.  I highly recommend this company if you are searching for a plumber.  :)

We had our tankless water heater serviced for the first time. I was nervous as it had been a few years and the tankless should be serviced yearly. Everything done to it was explained in detail; additional information given about how the system should be working; and temperature settings for most effective use of the system. Very very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all questions and the process of how the servicing should go. I would recommend this company and will use them for my yearly service from now on!

I had a leak at my sidewalk, so I called Premier Plumbing.  I received a quote of approx $750, which seemed a little high, but there was digging involved and etc,  so I went with it.  The work preformed was good, it fixed the leak and the plumber did a real nice job of cleaning up.  Now here's where the problem came in.  The plumber was having connection problems on his phone when he scanned my card, and accidentally scanned my card twice.  The next day I received a call from their office telling me they caught the mistake and we would issue a credit right away.  After about 5 days, the credit still did not show up in my account.  I called them back and was told that they could not issue a credit, because they needed my credit card number.  My issue is not with the work they did.  My problem is that they didn't call me back when they were not able to issue the credit.  When I called them, I was told that they were going to call, but were too busy.  It made me feel like I wasn't a priority, because they were too busy to fix their mistake.

I can't say enough good things about this company!  I had an appointment for one issue, and by the time the appointment came, I had another, more urgent issue.  No problem, they said.  Sean Hickey came out and since the issue was complicated, they allowed him to reassign his next job to someone else so he could finish our job today.  The owner Terry stopped by to check on things too.  Sean was prompt, polite, and made me feel very confident the job would be done correctly.  The price was very reasonable.  Premier Plumbing is our new  plumber from now on!!  Highly Recommended.

Said they would come between 2pm and 4pm. Never got a call, no one ever showed. When I called back nobody picked up. Try one of the other million plumbers in Fresno over this garbage.

We have water!  No water for 24 hours.  Premier sent out a man named Robert first thing this morning.  He got the cartridge shell out.  Put in the new one. Turned water back on. Paid and out the door! In an hour.  Very reasonable $.  We are happy !

1st they came onto the property w/ booties and protected our brand new installed wood floors.  Big brownie points!  TJ came out and estimated the project and gave me a quote in a TIMELY fashion.  Other contractors took weeks and some didn't even end up quoting such a small job but TJ had stellar follow through. Brandon knocked out the job, and even put in extra work to make sure the job was 100% thank you Primer Plumbing.

My hot water heater went out yesterday morning.  Steve from Premier Plumbing came out this afternoon - ended up having to replace the water heater!  He was so polite, knowledgeable and quick.  I Highly recommend Premier!

Would not recommend this company!!!

I had them out to fix small leak under the sink. After over a $600 bill the sink still leaked, it actually became a larger leak after it was worked on.  The owner refused to refund the cost of the equipment that was replaced even though it never actually needed to be replaced in the first place, since that was not the cause of the leak. The owner claimed that it still may have had a leak and now somehow I actually have two separate problems??? Hum, clearly still the same problem. They replaced the equipment and there still is a leak. Another plumber came out and said that should not have been replaced and they should have refunded the cost of replacing it since it was an unnecessary repair.

In addition, when the service technician came out to install the part he had forgotten to shut of the water valve and flooded under the sink causing damage to my cabinetry. The owner never even apologized for this or the fact that the repair had not be properly repaired, or that I had paid $600 for an unnecessary repair that the technician said needed to be done. Very poor customer service. They should have realized any customer would be upset that they had spent $600 to repair a leak that was never fixed and tried to resolve the issue properly by apologizing for the errors and refunding the cost, instead of being rude and unprofessional.
