Last but not least, our locating techniques are non-invasive, we do not break into your floors, walls and landscaping in attempt to find your water leak.
HISTORY
Established in 2013.
We originally started in Sonoma County as a service for contractors only. After moving to the Greater Sacramento Area we found there was a major technological void in the leak detection industry in the area and decided to go public with our services.

Empire Leak Detection was great. We had a visit from the city water guy telling us we had a leak on our property, somewhere. We have over 300 feet between our house and the street. John was great. Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable. Checked our pipes three different ways with a bunch of different technology I haven't seen before. He was able to narrow down the location of the leak so we were able to address it without guessing. I highly recommend Empire Leak Detection especially John. He went above and beyond.
We had an interior leak in our two story house over the holidays. There had been a previous leak in the same area caused by a freezing a/c coil in the attic, which ran down the plumbing lines into the first floor. This time, it appeared be a leak somewhere in the water or drain lines. John's detection equipment was out for repair, but he gave us some advice on how to isolate the leak, as well as a referral to a responsible, responsive plumber in our area. We were able to track it down quickly and get the plumber out to repair our copper piping. Really appreciate John's friendly, free advice and the referral.

Prompt response and got me an appt right away! John found the problem/leak pretty fast. He didn't waste time upon arriving. I couldn't be happier with his service, and I highly recommend the company! I will definitely be calling again if I ever need their service. Thank you.
John was really quick to respond, he gave me a price quote upfront, detected the sources of our leaks and recommended a roofer to help repair. He was friendly, he explained each step as he went along, documented everything and sent me the documentation. Highly recommend!
