Look folks. I was desperate. Half of my outlets were dead, including the one to the fridge. Desperately looking for someone who could come on short notice, I found Jason and Boris right here on Yelp. I have trust issues with people. I sent a request via Yelp and Jason and Boris got back to me straight away. I was fielding quotes and some people who just couldn't come on a weekend. I asked if I could speak to someone at AES. Jason called me in two minutes. Not impressed? I was asking to speak to him at 23:16 (11:16PM) on a Saturday night. Who would call a potential client back that late? I'll tell you. People who care. Jason talked to me on the phone with me quite anxious. He calmed me down and explained what he thought the problem was. He said, Don't worry. We got you. That's all I needed to hear. Jason and Boris show up on time today and were as friendly as family. They explained everything, left no outlet unturned and fixed the problem. What really amazed me is that when Jason was pulling out wire and re-wiring and hook this wire to that wire, it was like watching a phenom solve a Rubik's cube in 6 seconds flat. And as he saw the relief on my face as my outlets came back to life, he smiled with pride. These exceptional gentlemen and wonderful electricians are in my phone favorites next to my best friend. They will treat you with kindness, respect, and re-assurance. They are graceful gentlemen who know their business backwards and forwards. Love these guys.
