Over the years Zack Smith Plumbing has worked on several jobs for me (at three different homes) and they have always been fair.  For instance Zack told me there was no reason to purchase a part to fix my Moen shower control since Moen offers a life time free replacement of parts for some of their products.

Recently we were working on our rental property to upgrade it and put it up for sale.  I called late in the afternoon when we discover the toilet was missing a hold down bolt and we were in a bit of a crises.   Zack Smith was able to send a guy out 1st thing the next day and he replaced the toilet mounting flange (which was a real challenge in this case) and installed a new toilet.

My water heater burst and obviously needed to get it fixed asap. Was able to get an appointment scheduled the next day.

Guy came on time and went right to work. Was able to get everything taken care of in no time. I am by no means a plumbing expert but the quality looks excellent and my hot water is working great. On top of that they saved me money by recommending I go with a smaller tank.

From my experience I can say that these guys are great, honest and professional. They know what they are doing and the cost was fair.

Zack repaired a water link leak and installed a shutoff valve.  He was prompt, professional and thorough. Seemed like an honest guy and only charged me half of his original estimate once the work was completed.  Would hire again.

We hired Zack Smith Plumbing to replace our tanked gas water heater.  Guy was the technician who came out to give us a free estimate.  He was also the technician that replaced our water heater for us.  I received 3 estimates.  Of the 3 Zack's was the clear winner based both upon price as well as service.  Guy did a great job and was very contentious and professional.  I know this is going to sound like a strange thing to say about plumbing, but the finished product was so neatly done that it is almost a work of art.  It is actually pretty to look at, just like a properly tied knot.  He showed up on time and the final price matched the estimate I was given.   And best of all we have a water that does it's job without all of the scary, loud noises.

I would definitely hire Zack Smith Plumbing again!

You won't find a plumbing company out there as good as Zack Smith Plumbing!  I have been a loyal customer since Zack started this company many years ago.  There isn't anything that Zack and his team can't handle! I have had a water heater go south and a slab leak, that Zack handled with ease and the upmost professionalism- and I didn't need to vacate while repairs were made! Their immediate response and professional demeanor made me feel completely confident in the midst of a disaster.  I will continue to call on Zack Smith Plumbing for minor repairs on my residence without hesitation.   Zack Smith Plumbing is TOP NOTCH!!!!

Zack Smith Plumbing did the work on installing a vintage 1952 Chambers stove that others had refused to touch. Zack and his crew are easy to talk to, professional, and friendly.  He did the research, had to locate unusual parts, and seemed to be unfazed by the extra effort involved in getting our beautiful 450 pound appliance properly and safely installed.Later I discovered that he, too, owns a vintage stove and swears by it.  He also suggested a few minor electrical additions to our kitchen and stunned us with how fast he managed to have them all done. His pricing is reasonable and I breathe easier now knowing that I can call someone that I can trust when plumbing, gas lines or electrical issues come up that need addressing. I can't recommend him more highly.
