Excellent service!  I used them to remodel my bathroom, installing a bathtub, toto toilet and washlet. All done with perfection. Darin and Shaun guaranteed the jobs were done to my satisfaction. They are very professional and Shaun came out on Saturday morning to fine tune the alignment of my toilet seat.
They are very reasonable price and service is top notch.  I plan to have them re-do the plumbing in my kitchen as well.  Darin is always by his phone answering my text within minutes.  You can definitely count on them.
They are much more knowledgeable than other plumbers I called, they know how to convert a shower to a bathtub and that's what they did for me.  If you need to remodel your bathroom, they can do it all.

I had a very old water heater outdoors that needed to be replaced and BDP was very responsive providing a competitive estimate.  I needed the work done as soon as possible and Shaun was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule. Communication throughout the process was excellent from scheduling the estimate to completion of the work.  They did great job installing a larger water heater and bringing it to code. Pleased with overall service.

Woke up to water on the floor and a leaking pipe. Darin was very quick to respond to my request for service with next day availability on a Sunday! Sean showed up to do the repair right on time, even calling before to let me know he was on the way. He replaced the pipe quickly and was very accommodating, explaining what he was doing and answering all of my questions. Overall Darin and Sean were great. Very friendly and professional. Had a great experience with BDP. They came later in the day around 5pm and finished in about 20 min. The problem was not as I described and turned out it was less than what was quoted. Overall helpful and nice!

I cannot tell you how happy I am with this company, first they are in time when they tell you 11am they will be there at 11am. They are honest and very reasonable. I will definitely recommend BDP to my friends and family. I guess I do not have to say I will definitely be using them in the future.

We had a leaking copper pipe on my attic. Called BDP in the morning and they sent the tech to my home in 1 hour. It was on July 3rd, most companies were not working, but BDP had really fast reaction with my request.

Changed the 90 turn in 1 hour with good quality. I would like to give them 5 stars for this service.

Shaun wore a mask 100% of the time, was honest and able to quickly diagnose and repair a nasty leak in my house. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future for plumbing issues, and would recommend them to anyone.

We woke up yesterday, on a Saturday, to realize there was water under our floorboards in the kitchen and realized there was some sort of leak happening in one of the pipes. We were scrambling to find a solution and started reaching out to many different plumbing companies. I must have reached out to over 20+ plumbing services and everyone was booked for a couple days.

Darin at BDP services ended up being the greatest help! He was fully booked for the day and was unable to come out, however, Darin sent me the 2 best referrals that ended up being the only lights of hope in a dire situation. One referral was unable to come out as he was on a big job but he took the time free of charge to FaceTime with me to address the initial problem. The other referral ended up being the biggest blessing and fixed our problem with great pricing and positive energy!

The fact that Darin was busy and still took the time to send me 2 referrals and both of those referrals had the most positive energy and ended up being so helpful and fair and genuine speaks volumes to Darin's character and how he runs his business. I can assume without a doubt that his services are as solid as his character and we are so grateful for him because without his referrals we would not be here less than 24 hours later with a fully functioning water supply!

BDP Services installed my SpringWell water filtration system, and they did a great job.  Everything is working great.  Darin was my contact person and did most of the work.  He is very knowledgeable and honest.  He even showed me how my system works and how to change the pre-filter and lube the rings in the valves.  I anticipate that I may need to replace my water heaters soon, and I will definitely be calling BDP Services.

So glad i went with them..Shaun at BDP is professional and efficient at his job. Communication isn't a problem and showed up when he said he would. Replaced an old kitchen line that had seen better days. Also replaced toilet and sink faucets. Had an emergency job on Christmas eve where my water heater hose leaked and Shaun was over my house with replacement hose within the hour! Will do all my plumbing needs thru them. Thanks guys!

Just had the BEST plumbing experience ever.  BDP only got my message at 7:30am this morning and their plumber was able to schedule a 10:30am appointment and just finished fixing my kitchen sink disposal.   What's more, he offered to fix anything else needing attention and I showed him an issue I've had with my shower handle and within five minutes he fixed that too.  Will definitely use them again.  They are my go to plumber.

We had such a positive experience with BDP! Our water heat spring a leak Monday evening and after cleaning up the mess I sent a price quote request on Yelp to several companies. Darin was the second company to respond and he was professional and helpful from the start. My husband and I had questions about replacing with another tank vs. tankless and Darin was great with his answers. We felt like the choice was truly ours and even though he mentioned tankless can be a bit easier to install, he didn't push us either way. BDP had a water heater delivered to our house later that morning and the plumbers arrived EARLIER THAN EXPECTED for install that afternoon! My husband wasn't even finished with building a new platform for the tank to sit on and their team was super understanding and professional. We had a great experience and had hot water back within 24 hours of it going out. Thank you so much!! Oh, and did I mention their quote was almost half the cost of a larger company that also responded?? No need to gauge the customer...thank you for that!

Water heater failed and flooded my garage. Got a quote that was a couple hundred less than everyone else and in about two hours had a plumber at my house. Shaun was the plumber. He was very polite and friendly, explained my options and went to work. He did an excellent job and left the work area very clean. I have no reason to give anything but a 5 star rating.

Great Service, Quick and Professional Response, and Reasonable pricing. BDP Service fixed main line leak and Water Pressure Valve, and they were available and fixed it very quickly and with reasonable price.

I must say......you CANT go wrong with BDP services! This company is everything and more. I have a gas water heater and was give a price quote for both gas and tankless and I just had to go with a tankless water heater thanks to the knowledge and expertise of this company.

Replaced my kitchen sink and faucets. Excellent service. Did a trip to appliance store within visit, and took care of everything. Very prompt and reasonable priced. Even entertained my kid (who is obsessed with cars) with pictures of his custom built car photos...

We had a leak and Darin came out immediately himself to check it out. Darin has excellent customer service and is just one of this guys you can trust. I highly recommend him.

I contracted BDP to install a new 130 or so foot gas line from the meter to our house. Darin offered a fair price and told me they were able to start almost immediately as SDGE shut off our gas due to a leak. Shaun came out to work on the gas line and I could tell they were busy with other jobs but they still showed up each day sometimes working past working hours. They finished in about 2-3 days and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them and will use this company again for any similar issues in the future.

Shaun was on-time, professional and reasonably priced not to mention very personably and polite. - Response time to inquiry was under 5 minutes.

Prompt response to my inquiry; showed up same day and completed warranty water heater replacement! Warranty paid for new water heater; not labor to install which was another $1500.  Meant emptying & removing the old one & driving 60 miles one way to pick up the new one; returned and installed new one after dark; however, failed to mention the exhaust pipe needed to be extended to meet code & while I was there, I picked up 8' of double exhaust pipe which would be added to my prior quote; charged an add'l $250 to buy & install extended exhaust!?! Seems pretty steep...but I guess I had to pay the OT fee??? It is hard to find competent trades people who service this area, so I'm just grateful a knowledgeable person showed up & got the job done...

Wow!  Great service AND great price!  Quick response with quick action.  Replaced our toilet exactly as they promised without a hitch. Friendly while professional.  Will definitely use again.  Pleasantly surprised - thank you!

Darin and Sean are great. We were looking for a new plumbing service because our toilet broke and our former plumber refused to wear a mask in our house. Got a quote from BDP through Yelp in under 15 minutes. Gave Darin a call and he confirmed they follow all social distancing guidelines as well as wearing masks and gloves. Sean came out the very next day and not only was he on time but their communication is great. When he opened up the box for the new Kohler toilet we had ordered (separately through Home Depot) it was completely broken. Sean drove back to his plumbing supply store and got us a much higher quality Toto toilet and brought it back and completed the install in no time. Would recommend these guys to anyone and will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Responded to my request immediately and showed up right on time. Shaun was friendly and professional and did a thorough job in a short time. He left the place clean and the price was very agreeable. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Working with Shaun was a great experience. He was friendly, honest, and trustworthy. He showed up in a mask and explained everything that he was going to do. He quickly got to work to fix some ghetto plumbing issues that were outside the drywall. Cleaned and re-routed everything so that I can drywall without any issues. I will definitely be calling again when I need help running a gas line to the BBQ.

Grateful to these guys. Had them do a couple of small jobs for me, install faucets and garbage disposal. Great Communications, knowledgeable & Informative. They come HIGHLY recommended by myself, price, trust & professional. In fact going to have them do some sewer line work for me here in the near future.

We were in somewhat of a pinch to get 2 toilets replaced so reached out to a few companies. BDP Services replied within the hour with a very competitive rate and maintained timely communication throughout the day.

They actually had availability later that afternoon (same day as quote was requested) and came out and knocked it out! And Shaun was VERY informative and considerate as we have an infant and a dog.

Getting estimate and scheduling for our shower valve & fixtures install was a breeze and both Darin & Sean were very pleasant to deal with.  They provided quick accurate quote and followed through.  Sean went above and beyond to proactively address other concerns (water hoses connected to two valves we had them replace at the same time).  Recieved an estimate while he was here for another home project we plan on scheduling soon!

I am a senior citizen and this is one of the top companies I have ever dealt with!!  Shaun came out and gave me a free estimate.  After 5 more estimates, it turned out that Shaun's was the best.  Also, his approach was far more logical and cost effective than all the others.  They had to dig a trench through roots and then lay and connect a gas line.  Avery tough and exacting task.  He and his assistant Geo worked extremely hard and even through a rainfall the first day.  They finished on time and their work was outstanding!!  They thoroughly cleaned up afterward as well.  They finished on time and everything works well.  Trusting them with gas line work is a great idea.  I giver them my highest recommendation possible.

I had a dishwasher leak and couldn't figure out how to fix it. BDP was very quick to respond and Shaun came out within 2-3 hours of me asking for help. He fixed the problem in 20 minutes! Shaun was super helpful, answered all of my questions, and saved me from buying a new dishwasher. Definitely will use them again.

I had my hot water heater go out on Thanksgiving. Gave This company a call, and told them the issue I was having. They knew right away what was the issue. Gave me a quote over the phone, by the way, lowest quote out of the other companies I called. Then came out within 30 minutes, and problem fixed in less than 30. I have never seen such a professional and honest company. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need plumbing or water heater done.

These guys are excellent. From my initial contact to performing services, everything was really easy. I originally called about extending a dryer gas line, Shaun came out for an estimate and to see what parts he would need. He ordered them and we scheduled the service for another day.

The day of service came Shaun arrived and did the requested work in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by advising to replace some other older components as preventative maintenance, he had the parts on hand and did that as well which saved me a headache and another visit in the future. I really appreciated that. Then he helped install and test the dryer. I was super impressed with him and his work ethic. The quote was true to the final work cost as well which is always a good thing.

I had BDP Services install a new Gas Water Heater. I spoke to Darin, the owner, after he responded to my request, with the pictures I attached on Yelp. He was ready with a quote, and the next day he sent out Shawn to my place ready to roll.

Shawn was very courteous when he arrived and respectful. He quickly assessed what he needed to complete the job, all within the confines of the originally stated quote.

While the job was being completed, the whole time Shawn was mindful of the job, safety, and my personal property. Although, the water heater was location is outside on my balcony, he still needed to traverse through my home. In a nut shell, he did a fantastic job and now I have some really hot water when I need it.

So... I chose BDP based on their reviews here on Yelp. I also like to support small businesses. Unfortunately, this is not a business I can support again and I am writing this review to inform any future customers.

The good news: they were responsive at first. When I needed a technician to come by and look at the prospective work, Shaun arrived the very day I called. I thought I was in good hands.

However, since then, I have had nothing but neglect from the company. I have a mainline issue. I cannot even use my kitchen sink. They are fully aware of this. I explained that I need a quote with the scope of work (i.e. cost for each aspect of the job) so my insurance will begin the process and I can have my sink back.

Here's where things get bad. I've spoken with Shaun and Darin on multiple occasions. Both promised me this quote for weeks. Having now spent a month without a kitchen sink and still no quote, I'm going with a different company.

I cannot even speak to their work on repairs, as they never allowed it to get this far. However, if their delay on a simple quote is any indication of their repair work, I do NOT recommend them. Promise after promise, and I'm still cleaning dishes out of a bucket.

I'll be finding a new plumber. If you need a good and reliable plumber, I suggest you look elsewhere as well.

Also, Shaun tried using Darin's family emergency as an excuse for not getting me the quote. Yet, I spoke with Darin over the phone many times prior to any family emergency. Each time he gave me a specific day to provide the quote, stating, I'll have it to you by Thursday, and the quote would never arrive. I'm sorry for any emergency he may have had, but this issue was unresolved for weeks prior to any emergency. I'm not buying the excuse.

We knew we had a leak outside of our house but didn't know how extensive it was.  Our gardener dug the hole and discovered the leak was coming from our water main.  By then, it was almost 4pm.  We called countless companies, but none of them could send someone out to us that day (some said maybe a week later?!)!  We already had our water turned off inside the house and desperately needed someone to come fix it today!  Thankfully, one company was busy but referred us to BDP Services.  We called Darin at BDP Services, and he said he will check with his crew in the field and get back to me right away.  Within minutes, he said the plumber Shaun could stop by.  We were so elated and thankful.  Shaun arrived within 30 mins, wearing a mask, and was able to assess the situation and quoted us a reasonable price. By the time he returned from buying the replacement parts, the sun had set, and he did all of the repair work illuminated by his truck headlights.  Within 2 hours or so, he fixed the leak!  We really appreciated that Darin and Shaun really cared enough to help us that day, even if it meant staying late and fixing the pipe at night.  The other plumbing companies wanted to defer us a few days or even a week!  Shaun was very professional and did a stellar job.  We will definitely consider BDP Services for future plumbing work and will not hesitate to recommend their services to our family and friends!  A+++

Called Darin to do some water heater work for me and he was reasonably priced, extremely responsive (something very important to me) and did excellent work. I've already asked him back to do some more.

My water heater blew up, and of course with a wife and 2 kids, that wasn't gonna be good to just wait around for.  So I called and Darin was super quick to respond.  Sean came out to take a look the next day.  Won't go into pricing, but with the combination of honestly and competitiveness, it was an easy choice to go with them after getting multiple quotes.

They switched from a gas water heater to an hybrid heat pump I had on hand.  They worked late and did an excellent job.

Always appreciate honesty and quality work, given how many expensive, bad apples there are out there.  Definitely would recommend them.
