Water Purification Systems

We called WPS because we just inherited one of their systems from the previous owners of our home and the machine was alarming. They were able to come out within 48 hours and were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer all our questions and switch out the filters and battery for us. We love the taste of the water and appreciate the great customer service!

After couple years I finally decided to get a water filtration system installed at my place. I looked up few companies online and contacted them to get some more information. I was pleasantly surprised by the Water Purification Systems representative. He kindly explained me the benefits of different drinking systems and suggested to go with a Reverse osmosis system. The price for the water drinking system was very reasonable and decided to proceed with an installation. Couple days later I have their technician right on time. He was very professional and did the whole installation in about 2 hours. After he kindly explained how the reverse osmosis worked and about the maintenance required. I have been enjoying the high quality water since. It does taste amazing.

We recently moved to a new house and inherited an old water softener that didn't work anymore. I contacted WPS to get a quote. They got back to me immediately, responded very patiently to all my questions, and were very quick in setting up an in-home consultation. David laid out all our options and provided useful information on the differences between them. They came to install the whole house filtration system + drinking water system a couple of weeks after the initial consultation. It's been almost two weeks and we are very happy so far. The water quality has significantly improved and we notice a huge difference now when we run the dishwasher or the washing machine. I've had David and his crew set up the water filtration system for reverse osmosis drinking water and soft shower water for my house when I became a proud San Diego home owner in 2017. But it wasn't until today I realized just how above and beyond this company goes. They have state of the art equipment and technology to monitor even the tiniest of leaks. Which is what I had last night, but a big leak under the kitchen sink.

David showed up today, within half day business time. And guess what? The leak had nothing to do with his water filtration. He helped me solve a problem that could've become a much much bigger problem.

I see them once a year for maintenance. They are reasonable in costs.

I just wanted to say I never get paid for my reviews. It's hard to impress me and I have high standards. David and his company are ethical, hard working, and consistent. And they impressed me.

We had purchased a drinking water filter system from Home Depot and had contacted a few general contractors/handymen to try to get it installed on our sink, but most of them were either reluctant to say that they could install it on our porcelain sink or straight up said that they couldn't. When I finally contacted WPS, David not only responded very promptly with a quote but also advised me that the system we'd purchased was NOT a reverse osmosis filter, in case I didn't know (which I incorrectly thought was). So I asked for his recommendations and decided to get a different, RO filter and also have it installed by them. On the day of the appointment the two technicians arrived pretty much right on time. They inspected our sink real quick and and informed me that we didn't actually have a porcelain sink but instead an iron one coated by porcelain - and that yes, they CAN drill a hole on the sink instead of the granite counter (yay!). The two of them worked on it for a little over an hour and we had an RO filter! They were courteous and explained everything to me including the leak detector and the filter maintenance. It's been over a week now and the system is working perfectly and the water tastes great! Thank you!

I had an outdoor water softener installed by these guys and I am very satisfied with the work. They are upfront and honest about what to expect and don't try to upsell you. I received several quotes and theirs was quite competitive and with quality products.
But most of all, I am quite impressed with their responsiveness. They will respond to emails and phone calls very promptly and jump on an issue immediately. I had an issue with the system and within an hour, they were ringing my doorbell and immediately fixed the issue. Everything has been running smoothly ever since.

They gave me a call and explained to me that they added in additional parts to our system that were better than the ones provided in the Costco kit. I went ahead and added on an additional star for the follow up. As a new homeowner, it's still important to know the cost before work begins. I would recommend them for other people considering them.

Eddie at WPS was on time, made installation easy & was very friendly and informative with no pressure. We wanted to rent a reverse osmosis water filter system for our kitchen sink. They had the best price, a great contract and since it included maintenance & installation: it was a no-brainer. It was all taken care of within a few hours... We'll never use Culligan again! We're understanding now why they get such great reviews and we're very happy now with our delicious, ultra-pure drinking water!

I did a lot of research to install water softener for my house and water filter for our drinking use, I called many places and WPS was very quick to respond and also very patient explaining about different equipments and all the pros and cons, David came for the initial estimate, he was very professional as well as kind and understanding. We had a GREAT experience!!!! Eugene called me back really fast and came out the same day to check out our house to possibly install a reverse osmosis system. The pricing he gave us was WELL below every other quote we got!! He even agreed to help with the drilling of the Granite (which I've seen people charge a lot of money for). He was SO fast and efficient. He agreed to come on a Saturday morning at 7:30am to install a system (only because it was convenient for us!). He was quick, cordial,and very considerate. Everybody knows that one of the best things you can do for your body is keep it hydrated. I noticed that I wasn't drinking as much water as I should and I know if my water tastes better, I'm likely to drink more of it. Moreover, the drink of choice in our home is WATER.  It's been on my radar to buy a drinking water filtration system for some time. I finally bit the bullet and am so glad I found this company! I cannot say enough good things. They are the REAL DEAL. Eugene arrived on time, did a clean job, was respectful of my home, had all the supplies he needed, and was honest and caring. I will shout their name from the rooftop of my house for anyone to use them that has water filtration needs. P.S. They even drilled a hole in my granite for the water dispenser! Having moved many times over the past several years I have had many RO filters installed in my home. This time I chose WPS and they exceeded my expectations! David emailed me promptly, took my call the following day and provided excellent, thorough information. The installation was scheduled quickly and Eugene installed the system professionally and efficiently. He answered all of my questions with patience and left no mess. I was pleased when he removed his shoes, but impressed when he even lifted his rolling bags over my carpeting. The fees were reasonable and what I expected based on the quote from David. As I try to have an active/healthy life style I realized at some point how much water I am going through every week. It was not only inconvenient to carry those water bottles but was not cost efficient. I start looking for alternative solutions online for in house water filtration systems. I had no idea of the existence of such a huge a variety of options, and I was not sure which one worked ( as they all they say online they work). I found Water Purification Systems online and decided to give them a try. The person on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the different types of water filtration systems and explained the benefits of each of them. He recommended me a Reverse Osmosis System to be able to get high quality drinking water free of any impurities and chemicals. Also he suggested to add an alkaline filter to the system so I can get all the good minerals in the water. The price he quoted me including granite drilling and installation was way more reasonable than other Companies I contacted. So I decided to set up an appointment for installation and 2 days later right on time their technician was at my place.
I waited 6 months to write this review just to make sure everything works fine. I can tell you now the water taste great. I use the water for drinking, making coffee and cooking and never run out. I am really happy with the decision I made.

Great service from David and the team. They installed a whole house filtration system, water softener, and reverse osmosis. Pricing was reasonable and they were very easy to work with. I have never had any issues with the hard water before I moved to San Diego. After a while living here I noticed the huge amount of scale building on my dishwasher, laundry did not feel the same, and my skin felt dry every time I showered. I did some research and found out that the hardness in southern California was extremely high. I did reach out to couple Water Filtration Companies to get some more information on solutions to fix my problem. Do not get into easy solutions such as, whole house systems with no waste or no salt required as they dont work at all. As my friend installed one of those units from a major company he is not getting any benefits, and usually they are friendly only when making a sale. I found Water Purification Systems on Yelp, and we arranged an appointment for an estimate for the next day.Their representative showed up on time and seemed very knowledgeable and professional . He tested my water for the hardness level and came out to be 17 Grains per Gallon, which was extremely high. He told me about the water softener system they install, it was a salt based(meaning salt has to be added to clean the system and has a small amount of waste) but it was the most effective in dealing with hard water. He wasn't pushy or aggressive like any other representatives and gave me time to think and do my research. After some more research I concluded that the only way to get soft water is the salt based softener. I have scheduled an appointment for the unit installation in a week. Their technician showed up right on time and got straight to work. It took about 7 hours for the installation. After he explained me how the system works and the only I thing i needed to do was to add salt once in a while. I was really amazed by the the technician efficiency and the job cleanliness. He tested the water right after the installation and came to 2 Grains per Gallon.(From 17 to 2 thats impressive). I waited couple weeks to write this review as I wanted to be assured that water got better. I can feel the soft water on my skin every time I take shower! My clothes smell so much better after I do my laundry! there is no my white stains on my glasses and cups in the kitchen! I love my water now!!!!!

I installed a water filtration system with reverse osmosis from Water Purification Systems under my sink in my Condo, and let me tell you, Eugene was amazing! Scheduling an appointment was fast and simple. Eugene came at the appointed time and was very professional. He gave great advice when asked on the best location to put the water faucet, tank and filters. He was able to drill through my granite countertop in no time. He cleaned up after himself so afterwards it was like he was never there, except for the fact that we had excellent tasting water. I already feel a huge difference in my body from drinking the filtered reverse osmosis water. I don't know how I survived drinking horrid tasting tap water. I'm so thankful I hired Water Purification Services and Eugene instead of installing it myself, it looked way harder than I was expecting it to be. Plus who really wants to squezze in under the sink? I will definitely go through these guys again at my next place.

It's been 4 months since we got the water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Best decision ever through this company. Constantin was responsive through Yelp, paid a visit to explain the difference between their options, and answered any questions we had. I'm glad I didn't get a water conditioner because the benefits aren't the same compared to a water softener. I wanted my installation to be clean with minimal wires/pipes and they did a great job. The water line to my fridge ran from under the kitchen sink they connected the RO system to a small faucet that was installed on my kitchen countertop and the fridge. No more calcium buildup on the faucets!

Installation was done on time and very professionally. I found a minor issue shortly after the install team had left and called, leaving a voice-mail. Since I was their last job of the day I expected them to come back the next day, but I got a call back with in 15 minutes and the guys were back shortly thereafter and resolved the issue. Really customer oriented, conscientious team, that got the job done.

Clean water is essential for health and buying battled water for the whole family gets not only expensive but also inconvenient. I was really tired of carrying bottled water from grocery stores. Then I was looking for a water filtration system for my house, and start looking into local companies doing it. I called a couple companies but I was really impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of how they are treating their customers. So I decided to get a reverse osmosis system from them, at the best price you can find on the market. Couple days later a technician came and installed the system within less than an hour. I have had the for system for a couple months now and I am 100% satisfied with the great water quality I get from my tap. I have been calling multiple companies that provide water filtration services and this company not just have great feedback on yelp it also has an excellent phone customer service. They will take time to explain all the details of the right water filtration system for you. Their technician called before arriving and showed up 20 min before the scheduled time. Great and quick installation of my under the sink RO system. Eugene was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. So glad I found them (a previous handyman gave me a quote and came to my house, but did not have the ability to drill a hole through my stainless steel sink for the faucet... Eugene had no issues!).

I just moved to San Diego and the water here is unbearable without treatment. We were living on bottle water before I finally installed the system from WPS. Great company. Came out same day and cleaned out my sulfur smelling system.  Also, revisited to install new tank free of charge once part was delivered.

I already had a RO purchased from Amazon, and I called WPS up to install the unit for me.  Very reasonable price!  The installation even included drill my kitchen granite counter top.  Other places I checked they charged $175 alone just to drill the granite.  The person arrived on time and did his job in a very professional manner.  I high recommend this company.

I had a RO system installed in my kitchen sink and they did a great job drilling into my quartz countertop to install the faucet for the system. The system itself is great and water tastes really good. Appreciate the low waste system and the good water pressure as well.

Constantin answered all my questions I had prior to installation and came up with an optimal solution of whole house water purification for us. I had a quote elsewhere, but their quote was far more expensive than WPS, and the system suggested by them (this business is a top-rated one on Yelp) was an older model than the one installed by WPS. The overall experience: easy quote and scheduling, showed up on time, professional installation, and a great water purification as the result.
