They did a great job dealing with a major leak in our garage. It required cutting into the ceiling to remove water damage, as well as significant repiping.  They also installed a water filter for us. They were knowledgable, friendly, and efficient, and they were able to complete the job sooner than expected.

I have a water filtration system under the sink and had ordered the filters, but didn't know how to exchange it. Alex gave me an extremely reasonable quote, came over and changed the filters within 30 minutes.  He was informative, efficient and affordable!

We love put in Fallbrook and had a kitchen sink clog we tried to snake ourselves. We were able to remove some of the 44 year old gunk and move the snake down the drain through our clean out but we just ended up pushing the gunk down to where it became a solid clog that wouldn't allow any water to pass. We called Willis Brothers and they were out to help us very promptly.

Caleb was the plumber who helped us. He was friendly and professional. He broke out two large commercial grade snakes and had us cleared out in no time. He also snaked our laundry clean out and ran the snake from both locations out to our main to ensure everything was clear. I have full confidence we are running clean and the peace of mind we will be free from clogs for a long time.

I highly recommend Willis Brothers for all your plumbing and flood remediation needs. They're great! They've got the tools and they've got the talent!

This place charged me $600 for fix the entire toilet unit but failed to mention that didn't include the gasket? Wtf? The other plumbing place only charged me $400 to replace the entire toilet and the seat.... Not to mention the water started leaking within a year warranty and refused to honor that. I'll definitely advise my realtors and ob community to stay away from this place.

Ps. They quoted me $350 to replace the gasket and screws... I can get that at Home Depot for $30 ‍ I guess I'll just do it myself.

Another excellent job by these guys.  We had a leak in the house, dripping from upstairs to down. Called R&R and within a few hours Daniel was out, inspected the issue and found the damn leak with only having to cut a small hole in our ceiling.  The leak was in a very hard to get to spot but he fixed it quickly and professionally.

Jerry came on a Saturday without charging me an arm and a leg. He is polite, professional and gets the job done! Highly recommend his services.

James came very quickly. I called and he was available as soon as possible on a Saturday! I had a pipe leak while my husband was at work. He found the problem fast and was very transparent with cost before doing any work. He was respectful and quick. I'd recommend their services.

Update: just bought this house. home warranty will not cover the job that HomePro Plumbing did. Our loss. Super frustrating. It was on Saturday and I attempted to call while Homepro was working on our job, but was told to call during regular business hours what a joke.

Contacted Jay on a Thursday, sent him pics of my leaking faucet and the replacement kit I bought (on recommendation of my ex-regular plumber - we are now broken-up). Within a few minutes, he texted me back an estimate and said he could schedule me for Saturday!

He just left... Jay was super professional, respectful (HE insisted on taking off his shoes before coming into my home - nothing I require of anyone!!!), explained the situation and brought a creative solution (using some of his parts, the some of the parts I purchased). And... he did it in the most economical way! He was also super sweet to my elderly pug who just wanted to follow him around everywhere. :)  

He just finished up the job. Shower faucet works again - so excited!!! No parts left behind. No mess to clean up. And, all for less than what I anticipated it would cost!  Its almost like I was just visited by the plumber fairy - he is just THAT good!

Had Nathan over to fix a couple minor leaks - he provided an estimate for parts and labor before arriving, and walked my wife and I through what he'd do before starting. His work was great, would highly recommend!!!

I asked for a quote on yelp for a leaking pipe I had. Within ten minutes I had a response from Jeff stating he was unable to service today but he did tell me what he thought was causing it. And then proceeded to email me what I could do to fix it and where to find the parts(this was on a Sunday, early in the morning so I wasn't even expecting much responses).
Incredibly helpful. While he didn't even come out to my house, he helped me tremendously. Great customer service! He has a new loyal customer.

I called several landscapers and was pretty much blown off since I am not a millionaire. Watersedge did not.  Steve Harbour the designer came out we walked the property, told him what I was hoping to have; pond/waterfall, BBQ island, drought resistant plants in a desert like setting.  We walked the property and he made a full color blueprint of the design so I could see exactly what was happening. They hit it out of the park.  My back yard is spectacular-perfectly as designed, gorgeous functional etc.  This is not an inexpensive process, but if you want total transformation by professionals I would recommend Watersedge.  I had a few maintenance problems -not due to  Watersedge (gophers, rock fall, pump failure) they came in and fixed everything-long after warranty. When I can afford to, I will have them do the rest of my property!!!

I contacted several handyman service to take care of a number of repairs to my Home preparatory to placing it for sale in several weeks.  Most of these contacted had scheduling conflicts.  Sergio was able to fit me into his schedule in time.  I had about a half dozen jobs to do (electrical, finish carpentry, duct work, lock installation) some simple, some not, but all beyond my skill level.  Sergio and his assistant worked steadily throughout the day.  We walked through each of the jobs at the end of the day. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.  If other jobs come up before the home is sold, I'll be calling him again.

Bob the Plumber is incredibly nice and professional.  He was able to come to my house within 1 hour of my call.  I had a clogged toilet, and unfortunately, his 6-ft snake could not fix the problem.  He suggested I call a company which specializes in drains and did not charge me for the service call.

Drew and Tony came out an installed a faucet and garbage disposal and connected them after I had new countertops and sink installed. They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I can't recommend Tarpy enough.
As for pricing, they gave me several options that fit my budget. They are competitive with other plumbers that gave us quotes too. I will definitely reach out to them for my next plumbing job.

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

Pricey, but they do a great job.   Came out on Saturday to install a handicapped shower head / hose in my bathroom after I fractured my leg and couldn't do the work myself.

The toilet was running and we knew it needed a flapper. Anderson sent someone who first wanted to sell us a new toilet for$2000+,  one that was far inferior to our one piece Kohler toilet. Then, when we refused he new toilet, he told us that, in addition to the flapper we needed to replace another part. When we asked him to just replace the flapper, after 10 minutes, he called us into the bathroom and showed us that there was another piece of the toilet mechanism that was broken. He gave us an estimate of over $800 to replace the two pieces. Has said he would have to order the part and would return a few days later, at 10 am. We told him that we had an appointment at 12:30 so he could not be later than 10 AM. At 11:30 he had still not shown up. I called Anderson's. they called him, then called us back to say he was having truck problems, but could come now. We told Anderson's to forget it.
We then called ace plumbing. They sent a very courteous and knowledgeable plumber, who said he would replace the flapper and also pointed out that the second toilet part that the Anderson plumber wanted to replace had been ripped out. By whom? interesting question. I have kept that part. The bill from Ace, including replacing the part that had been ripped out, was $466. We will never use Anderson's again.
