Jeff is so easy to work with gets the job done when you need it most.  He saved me (and my neighbors )from non-compliance with the city twice now. Im truly grateful for his quality work and timeliness.  I'm also thankful that I don't need to ever search for a backflow professional ever again. Thank you Jeff!

PART 1:
Because I've seen other reviews on here, I know that by leaving a negative review I am going to get a response back from them on here that turns this whole situation into E-drains being the victim somehow... BUT I feel like I need to share my experience of how this company tried to scam me to warn any future potential customers and maybe save someone from giving them their business. I don't like to leave bad reviews but sometimes they are necessary to make sure companies get held accountable.

On Nov 10th 2022, I sent out a request through Yelp for estimates for plumbing services and got a response from E-drains. They quoted me $485 for hydrojetting services with a camera inspection and was able to send Edy out to me within the next hour. I was very happy with the price, speed of their response and availability so booked this appointment slot. They also seemed to have good reviews when I glanced at their Yelp page. (Now that I have dug a little deeper I have seen the bad ones and suggest you all read those ones too!)

Edy was at my house for a total of 26 minutes. In those short 26 minutes, he ran his camera down my drain and said he discovered a collapsed pipe. I'll be the first to admit, I know nothing about plumbing, so I took his word for it as he is a hired plumber working for a licensed plumbing company.  He showed me on his monitor and he explained what he was showing me.

He then marked two spots in my driveway with flags and said it was a 15 foot collapsed pipe that needed to be replaced so he would have to tear up my driveway to get to the damaged pipe, replace the pipe then fix the driveway. He quoted me $3200 for the job. Since he was unable to complete the hydro jetting job, he said my total for the day would be 10% of the quoted $3200 total. I explained I wasn't the homeowner and couldn't get ahold of her at the moment and he said it was fine and to just pay that $320 now and I could just call him later. At this point, I should have just asked to pay for the camera services he provided... but I was so overwhelmed by how quickly everything was being thrown at me considering I thought I just had a clogged drain. And my plumbing issue that was going to cost $485 instantly increased to $3200. I gave him a check for the $320 and took my quote to give to the homeowner and he was on his way.

I hired Darrell to work on three bathroom faucets. He was professional, nice, approachable and polite. He arrived 15 minutes early.
He did a very good job in removing the old faucets and installing the new ones. The installation of the three faucets was nice and clean
He checked everything to make sure no leaks. He cleaned (wiped and vacuumed)the work area.
Overall quality of work was very good.
I strongly recommend him.

Acculine has been and will always be my leak detection for water and gas, Chris has been done a great job when I needed him the most on many of my emergency calls when I been flooded with calls in my business, I will continue to work with ACCULINE LEAK DETECTION.

I'm updating my review due to the owner refunding the entire amount of the service charge.  He agreed that his employee should have been able to correctly identify the broken trap and having another plumber come wasn't needed.  I'm satisfied with this resolution, but I will not use Ideal plumbing in the future.

Due to several copper pipe leaks in our walls over the past few years, we opted to have our entire house re-piped. I got several bids, and 805 was well under the other local companies. Carlos arrived on time, he was knowledgeable, fast and efficient and the quality of work was excellent. He went above and beyond, and even fixed a leak in the water heater for no additional charge. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again

Our water heater went out and they installed a new tankless the next day!!!! Very professional and great work!!! Thank you guys so much. I can take a hot shower tonight, a long day

I don't like posting negative reviews but they left me no choice.  In oct of 2017 we called them to clean out our mainline.  They told us the clean out was too far so they had to hydrojet it.  $675 with a three year warranty.  (later, I read the reviews and almost every clean out needed to be Hydro jetted).  Jan 2018 we had the same problem and they came out and fixed it on warranty but said we had 2 problems and would cost us 7,200 to fix.  We asked for a written estimate, but never received one. We called a different plumber had it fixed for about half that amount. I fast-forward to Late April.   Our tenants called us again with the stuffed up toilet. We found them in the evening and they said they would be out between eight and 10 the following day, great. Well at 3 o'clock we had got a text from our tenant that they had not yet arrived or called. I called them, they said they were busy on an emergency but could be there in 90 minutes.  They did come. It was not the main line so it wasn't a warranty issue. It was just the bathroom drain. They wanted to charge me $280. I said no. He got very angry and said he drove all the way from near the border so not to ever call again on my warranty on the mainline.  He also said I fixed the other issue with a handyman.  I told him no he is a licensed plumber.
He was very rude.
By the way, we had the drain fixed and the garbage disposal fixed for under 100.00 total and it took approx. 10 minutes.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is for the prompt service the first 2 times.

PIC helped to install the Flo by Morn, a water leak monitoring system. They were quick to schedule, did the work nicely with reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Cody and Chris are just the BEST! Both of them were responsive, respectful, dependable, transparent, friendly, and honest! I had a clogged sink and within an hour, Chris was at my home and he repaired it! Cody set it all up and he was on top of it. True value Plumbing is my go to from now on! Thank you guys!

Alejandro has five-star ratings for a reason - he can fix it.  He did some electrical work for me that was pretty complex and did a great job.  Even came back to help me with the electrical software, which was a bit tricky.  Pricing was lower than I expected and he wore a pandemic mask, both of which I appreciated.  Good to know he's around because I will hire him again when the need arises.

Bid their price first!

They came to my home for a minor job and said that if the problem persisted they would need to try something else......left me with a bid for the extra work for $950.   Things went south again and it was time for something else but before calling them in , I decided to make a few calls first.  First guy was $450....less than 1/2 of Billl Howe's bid!  Second guy came in at $425.......last and final bid came back at $260.....for the same exact job!......over 3 and 1/2 times BHP's bid.    Good thing I checked!

I got a quote from this company. They were nice and very professional- but they quoted me $1,300 to replace 8 water valves. I appreciate things done by a professional but that rate is INSANE. I'll be getting other quotes.

Have been using Plumbing Plus exclusively for over ten years now and have been happy each time.  I really like how Plumbers give options for my plumbing problems.  Have referred them to at least a half a dozen people and all have been pleased.  Would not hesitate recommending to anyone and will continue to do so!

They are ok, expensive for test and quite expensive for repairs. They came a day before (knew it later) they were scheduled to be, I guess that may be ok but having clear information is useful.

I had a small leak in my kitchen underneath the sink. I contacted all city plumbing after reading several reviews. They responded promptly. The plumber who came to my house (Rudy) was extremely professional. He went over every detail with me and several different resolutions to my issues. He seemed very honest and genuine. He replaced my pipes which had been the wrong pipe and the issue was resolved in a couple of hours.

Great service and response.  Technical knew what to do plus more.  Very professional.  Reasonable pricing.
