These guys are the best at what they do. They show up on time, are very friendly and knowledgeable and if you are lucky you will get Elbert as your tech.
He was amazing, I have never met someone who work so hard to do the job right. I have a 22 year old home that is starting to have its problems.
Do to the hard water, everything has so much corrosion on it's almost impossible to get it off. With a lot of sweat Elbert got it done and fixed everything even with a smile. These guys are now my go to plumbers

We had an old delta hardware part in are shower/bath tub
go bad, the part that switches from the water going into the tub
to coming out of shower head .John,the plumber, came out and
figured out quickly what the problem was but being the hardware
is 40 years old there was only one place in town that carries the part
and it looked like it was not going to be in until the following day which
I did not think was so bad considering the age.However,John decided
to make a stop at a Home Depot where he lives and look for that part  and by
chance home depot had the part(that doesn't happen very often)So
instead of waiting until tomorrow to come over and fix it he gave us a call
and came right over within a 1/2 hour and got it fixed the same day.
When does that ever happen ?John you deserve the 5 stars, great job

Finding a contractor that is willing to show up is hard.   I called these guys on a Friday evening and they came out on Monday morning.   The guy was a little late but nothing to get crazy over.  

I grew up on job sites, my dad and uncle have been plumbers for over 30 years (each).  I would have fixed it myself but I don't have the tools to do it, as such on my dad's next vacation down here, I will have him fix the issue correctly.  

We had a pipe leak in our wall.  the guy opened it up and fixed it, however, I don't think he did that good of a job.   The pipe was not strapped or blocked at all.  I pointed that out to him and he put one strap on the pipe but it was still floating in the sink.  

We have a weird old sink.   I told him he didn't do a good enough job strapping the pipe and he told me that he squirted a bunch of caulking in between the pipe and the sink so it would be fine.  Their fee was $550 or $470 cash.  I elected for the $470 cash option.   He worked for about two hours and was in a hurry to leave (so it seemed).   Our faucet/pipe that comes out of the sink is flopping around because it was not properly secured to a block/strap.  

In the end they fixed the leak, but they didn't do everything they should have done to ensure the faucet/pipe was secured in the sink.   Have you every heard a pipe rattle in a wall?  If so, that is from a lumber failing to properly block/strap the pipe.  

I feel like they over charged me for what they did and didn't do a quality job.  I wouldn't have minded the price if they did a good job.

I need my house re-piped, I was going to consider these guys until I saw this quality (or lack there of) of work.  

I would not suggest these guys to others and I would not use them again.

This group really knows their stuff.  Always dependable and on time, which I really appreciate.  They are also very professional.  They are neat and tidy and they do a fantastic job!

We had a gas leak and due to emergency circumstances a few days before Christmas, regrettably went with friend's recommendation instead using YELP.  Quickly realized we needed another plumber and called CML based on their good yelp reviews. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for gas leak related issues based on his work at our house.

We had an emergency sink clog/leak issue in our condo unit in Downtown San Diego and called Paws last minute. Will with Paws was quick to get back to us after we reached out via Yelp and was able to give us a precise 2-hour window when the technician could be there for a free inspection. I later got a call saying that the plumber would actually be able to arrive two hours ahead of schedule which was perfect given the issue needed to be fixed ASAP. Upon arrival, Eric quickly assessed and quoted our issue at a far more competitive price than the competition. After fixing the clog/leak, Eric cleaned up the sink and cabinet area with cleaner--something I haven't seen with many other plumbing companies around town.

He came out on a Sunday evening in an emergency. He was very helpful & didn't try & over charge us or scare us into something we didn't need.

We bought a dishwasher from Home Depot a few months ago. Long story short, the guy installing it (from Home Depot) said he couldn't do it. We called David, he answered right away, arrived within an hour and we had our dishwasher ready and running that same night. Definitely recommend.

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. Needed to find a plumber to replace a leaking water heater. Called around to several different places, and it sounded like we could get the best price by using Christian. After talking with him in the morning we had 2 plumbers on our doorstop (Kevin and Shane) before noon. Really liked them - the are very friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Will definitely keep his number in my contacts list for any future plumbing needs.

Joe did an amazing job, we had an old cast iron pump and he pipe-lined it, everything runs smoothly! He is diligent, very clean and man of his word. He is our plumber for good.
