Absolutely Fantastic.  Very pleased...appt. the same day.  When I called I was told we are pretty full, my heart sunk because I thought I'd have to wait a day or more.  Nope...I called around 10 am and was told they would have someone here between 1 and 3.

Titus got here at 1:10.  We have a Jacuzzi tub/shower/steam...  access to the leak was easy but I thought we had one leak...we actually had three.  He fixed two and found the third..there is a small crack in a filter (has been there for at least 5 years) and he found it.  Nobody else found it, Titus did.  When I hunt down this filter (tub is 17 years old )I will be calling and asking for Titus to come out and replace it.

It took much longer than he probably anticipated and still only charged what he quoted.  

Outstanding service, from my initial phone call till the minute Titus walked out the door.  I will be saving their # and calling them for any plumbing issues I have at home and any we might have at my bosses rental..this property is considered our shop/place of business/bosses home.

I signed up on Yelp just so I could write this review.

Travis was great.  He arrived on-time with everything needed to do the job, re-seated a toilet and installed a new kitchen faucet, and gave me a quick tutorial on the ins and outs of my garbage disposer.  His communication was spot-on before and during the visit and worked around another repairman while doing the job.  I have him coming next week for some other work and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

I anticipate him becoming very busy due to the great service he provides and the happy clients here on Yelp.

Update: he came the next week as planned,  on-time and ready to work.  Finished up the other toilet quicker than I thought.  Also found out that he does water and gas plumbing for BBQ islands and firepits.  Dangit...now I have that stuck in my head!

This is the second time I've used Cal's Plumbing, and he'll be my first call next time I need fast, friendly and fair service. Cal knows his stuff and does excellent quality work. (He also used safer Covid-19 practices in our home, which is much appreciated!)

One year later - another excellent result.

Sunday - 9am-ish. I was in the garage putting away some gear and suddenly heard this loud rumbling sound coming from my garage - totally never heard this sound before in my life.  I walk over to the water heater and it's vibrating and rumbling and angry. There is an inch of water in the pan.  I look up and notice the left side piping (the hot side) above the heater had a steady drip going.  Some water stains on the drywall as well (nothing horrendous just damp dry wall, no mold etc).  Hmmm - that ain't right.  The rumbling stops once the water stopped being drawn out - and of course I call Plumb365.

On hold for about 2 min- get the message saying we are busy please leave a message. So I do - describing the problem. Hop in the truck for a Starbucks run (hey - we all have our habits....) and on the drive there I get a call back.  Dispatcher let's me know he has a tech on the way who will be there in 20 minutes.  Tells me they have had an issue (manufacturer issue) with the galvanized pipes connecting to copper on the hot side and getting corroded and leaking.  When the pan fills with water and the heater kicks on, it tries to draw air from under the heater and guess what - water gets sucked up and causes major vibration issues.  Apparently it was a bad batch of pipe....on heaters installed around a year ago.

Gerald (the Gerald) shows up within 20 min.  Immediately goes to work removing water in the pan and replacing the bad pipe.  Wipes down and cleans everything. He's in and out in 30 min.  Problem solved.

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

Jared is a cut above the rest. I needed a quote for a new water heater and other places just wanted to do rough quotes over the phone. Jared took the time to come out and inspect our old equipment and provide an actual written quote. Not only that, but he came in the lowest. His work was excellent! I want to take a moment to thank Jonathan from Xtreme Drainworks today.  First of all, he got here less than an hour after I called to make the appointment even though this wasn't an emergency, just some slow drains.  He was fast, efficient and effective.  After he cleaned out the drains, I showed him a leaking outdoor drain pipe that the last plumber said was hopeless...and he fixed it!  And above all that...he told me how I can prevent the drains from backing up in the future.  Great service, Reasonable pricing.  I will definitely call again with any plumbing needs.  Thanks Jonathan!

I manage many properties and use Tim Just as my number 1 go to plumber.  He's provided me with friendly service, and reasonable pricing.  He's done tiny jobs all the way up to 20 unit apartment repairs for me at a moment's notice.  I recommend him, and will keep him as my primary source of plumbing contractor.

I informed him that I had 2 subterrain water leaks in my yard The plumer conversations started with we can do a new waterline for $3000+ and he had not seen the leak!! before he started with a UP SALE - WHAT I CONSIDER UNSCRUPULOUS...I am a Black Female, Senior Citizen...

He also said I needed the services of his friend who I would pay $250 directly to find the leak IF I wasn't interested in a New Pipes replacement.
All the conversation took place at the street curb in front of my property. I totally felt being taken!!!

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

On time. Very good work. Fair price.                          Cleaned up after themselves.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

My wife dropped a fairly large cap in the toilet which got stuck.
They came out and Removed the clog at a price I expected. I googled the average cost to unclog a toilet and they came in at that price! If we have any further issues we will be using them again!
