I discovered Castillo Plumbing today and I'm really glad that I did! We were having issues with what we thought was a clogged pipe. I found rave reviews about them on my local Next-door app so I quickly called them. Castillo Plumbing was super fast at answering our phone call and gave us great advice on what the issues might be. The situation was remedied and I am super appreciate of their help and their excellent communication. We will be sure to contact Castillo Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Update:  We had a plumbing need and Ignacio came out quickly and did an amazing job this morning! He was super friendly and informative and very knowledgable. I highly recommend that you contact them for any and all of your plumbing needs! :)

Bob Hauer Plumbing came highly recommended on NextDoor, so I called for a quote.  He came out and, most importantly, made friends with my dogs.  :)  He provided a quote, and got me on the schedule as soon as I accepted.  He accommodated my request for early morning, which is a huge help.
I had him installing a whole home water purification system that I had purchased independently.  He told me it would take just about all day, which surprised me.  However, once you see the finished product, it is a beautiful sight to behold.  
He used copped piping as we discussed.  He placed the system where we discussed, and it is oddly nice looking.  
He took additional steps I noticed along the way - like tying back my plants to both hold them out of his way, and to protect them.  It looked like pigtails and ponytails!  

Once he got going, he worked steadily and was chipper, kind of singing along to some 90s jams as he worked, and he sounded like he was in a great mood!  I work from home, so it was a nice touch nice having a cheerful person to hear in the background, just going about his business happily.

Now - my 1968 house ALWAYS brings complications and surprises.  This time was no exception, unfortunately.  Twice it foiled him - temporarily.  

When this happened, he would work until he could not - always leavi g me with working, running water, and cleaned up pristinely.  

Now, I know we all EXPECT co tractors to clean up.  Its part of the gig.  I dont think I have ever ever seen a cleaner site.  Each time he left, it may have been cleaner than when he got there.  No exaggeration, we all have trees and yard debris.  It has been a rainy, windy winter in San Diego - I think he swept up some of my leaves in addition.  

Bob was always pleasant, calm, personable, and sweet.  Even when he ran in to surprises that necessitated extra time or supplies, he informed me with a smile.  When he told me about one of the complications, and I replied Can that be done??  He replied I can do anything  with a smile.  

I would wholeheartedly recommend his plumbing services.

Robert and his team came out immediately when a toilet wouldn't flush and seemed pretty clogged. They discovered they needed to get the camera and see what was happening, and came back first thing the next day. They had to take the toilet off and get in there... and they did it very cleanly and neatly. Robert was kind and comes across as a very honest guy just wanting to give his customers good value.

This is the best plumbing service I have found. I'm lucky that I live in Santee as well or I wouldn't have found Steve and his associates! He always comes asap when called, no matter how small the problem is. He and his friends redid our bathroom at such a reasonable price and with great results! I also appreciate his wife who takes his calls. No matter how long it's been she remembers me. What a pleasant person she is!

Ryan showed up on time to address a pin hole leak...  had to cut into the drywall to find the pipe and found it FIRST cut!  Quickly repaired the leak and assessed the damage.  We will be needing some restoration, but overall very satisfied with Ryan's work.  He was very professional, personable and left everything neat and clean when he was done!

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

I've never called someone for HVAC repair before but Jeff came to my home today to look at a problem with my system not turning on.  Turned out to be a minor issue, but I learned something today and the service was excellent.  COVID protocols are being followed which is also really appreciated.

I have used The Works Plumbing for numerous plumbing needs. The owner is always extremely efficient and professional. He goes over and beyond to get the job done for example coordinating replacement faucets with faulty equipment then coming back promptly once received. I appreciate the work he provides and will continue to refer the company to family and friends.

I woke up this morning without any hot water and called Pristine Plumbing and I spoke with April Lynn who was very friendly and helpful.  She called me right back with a time frame of an hour for Fernando to come out and help me with my heater issue.
Fernando was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a few options of what I can do to fix my issue.  He took his time explaining and was very friendly and professional! Now I'm just waiting on a few different quotes to solve our water heater issue.
