Hands down the best electrician that I have used. He installed my 220 charger and was super informative and transparent, fair pricing, and even helped me find the appropriate accessories to reuse my existing charging equipment. He gave me several options on the best product positioning based on how I intended to use the charger. I have referred him to all our neighbors for installing car charging.

I was in a panic.  I came home from work around 5 PM and one of my dogs couldn't get in to the garage fast enough.  He is undergoing chemotherapy so my first thought was he's really sick.  But, when I figured out he was scared, not sick, I entered the house and I finally heard what was bothering him - a high pitched chirp.  I removed every battery in my smoke detectors - I have 8 but still heard a high pitched chirp.  I finally decided either the sound was coming from a ceiling fan or a bathroom fan in the attic.  I immediately went on to yelp and called - I saw they have 24 hour service.  The man in the phone was very calm and helped me trouble shoot.  He said the sound normally means low battery.  I told him about yanking out all the smoke detector batteries.  He asked a few more questions about what it could be and I kept telling him no - it was the ceiling fan. So he told me someone would call me back in 15 minutes and arrive within a half hour.  After hanging up the phone I went back in to the room and saw the carbon monoxide  detector - I had totally forgotten about it.  I called right back with apologies for my stupidity - he was so nice and said no problem.  I will definitely call these guys again when I need electrical work - so nice, courteous and prompt. And most importantly, he tried to figure out my problem without having to come out.  Thank you!!

Legit.  Scheduling was pain free.  They offered to have Pat (plumber) call me with estimate of cost before-hand, which he did.  On day of service Pat called ahead with exact arrival time, which was within service window provided.  Disposal replaced and two toilets rebuilt in about one hour's time.

I'd recommend to anyone in the area.  It's that simple.

I dealt with Javier Gutierrez for an issue at my house that was multi-faceted. Javier is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Having plumbing work done is never inexpensive and if you are looking solely at cost, they might not be for you. If you are interested in getting the work done professionally and properly I am always of the opinion that, especially where plumbing is concerned, it is money well spent for the peace of mind a job done right brings.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I contacted Rocket Plumbing due to a leak which was coming between the first and second floors in my apartment building. Anthony and Angel came by and was able to see where the leak was coming from. Basically they made my problem with this leak their problem as well. They were able to give me a range of the estimate depending on how far the source of the leak was. After finding the source of the leak they were able to fix a pipe thar was rodded out. Both Anthony and Angel were very professional and they were upfront with everything and there was no surprises. Their work also comes with a warranty so if there are any leaks in the future I can call on them again. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

I had a typical problem -- a leaky tub faucet. Jose did a great job, but on top of that, I feel like I actually learned something about how faucets work. He's friendly and easygoing, and took my dog's barking and snarling (then his helpfulness) totally in stride.

All these five star ratings are for good reason. Seriously, if you need a plumber, don't even bother trying anyone else, just call Jose. I'd give six stars if I could.

They were able to fix my burst pipe within 1 day of asking early Monday morning so the building's tenants could have water again. It was super slammed after the polar vortex but they were on top of everything at a fair price. If i have any more emergencies in the future they will be my first call.

Jesus is great! He communicates in a timely fashion, does a neat, thoughtful and thorough job, and is super polite and kind which is a nice plus having other experiences in the past. My unit he serviced is in a very old building (almost 100 years old) and the bathroom sink was clogged in the pipes beyond my control (I had already tried to do an amateur job cleaning my p trap myself). He was able to quickly rod my pipes, finding the blockage several feet down and also adjusted / used sealant to ensure my pipes were tight afterwards as I had leak issues. Given how old and worn the threads were he took his time to ensure each joint was not leaking and and made adjustments as needed. He also helped to adjust the sink stopper to actually move nicely which was beyond the ask of the original plumbing issue. Overall my sink which drained slow and never had a working stopper now works better than it did for the last 4 years. I also got extra quotes for other issues in the building and really appreciate that he took the time to look into extra things and provided me with free quotes. Thanks Jesus!

Came the day of, very quick, and below the estimated price. Can't ask for anything more than that. On top of that they were friendly and amiable. I will be calling them again.

The team from Midwest Hydro Jetting showed up to my house fast to help clear the line to my basement. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and literally saved my basement from flooding. After the line was clear the team took the time to clean up standing water in my basement. The pricing was fair and the extra time the team took to show me what was happening and how to prevent it in the future was outstanding. It took me years to find a company I can trust in my home and I'll never call another.

We bought a 112 year old three flat a year ago and of course have a lot of work to do on the building. Sims and Sons are my go-tos for anything electrical or plumbing related. Very responsive and the work is great and the price is right. Darrel is great to talk to and his electrician Christian and team (Cody, Graham, Dylan)  knocked my complicated project out of the park. His lead Plumber, Zeno is  is also fantastic  and helped me out with a burst pipe on a Friday evening in the dead of winter. His drywall guy Mario is a great person to work with.

5 stars! I had a toilet giving the phantom flush and it was loud and annoying! I found ABV and decided to give them a call, based on stellar google reviews. Amazingly, Chris was able to come over in less than an hour. He needed a new part, and was back in a flash. From calling to finish, it was less than 2 hours!

I really appreciate the attentive service and ability to address my problem right away. Not only am I keeping his card for all future plumbing needs but will be recommending his fine service to everyone.
