I will never use another sewer and drainage company again.  I now swear by North Coast with full confidence.  The company we used in June flooded our basement with sewage and took off with $400.  The one before that only routed one part of our sewer and left with $300.  The guys before that dug into our lawn and rebuilt some of the line unnecessarily.  North Coast came out yesterday to check our entire sewer and plumbing system, and to fix the messes left by all that came before.  They came on time and spent 2 hours.  They promised, then, to come back at 5 (after business hours) with additional workers, and showed up on time again.  Eric spent almost 3 hours on his second visit.  He routed every pipe, every branch of every line, and stayed until the entire house was proven to be clear.  All the while, he was friendly and respectful towards the home and the family, and then he disinfected any flooring that was affected by the work.  When all was said and done, all drains working better than they had in years, and Eric had been at our home for nearly 5 whole hours (!) and after hours, he STILL made sure that the final bill was reasonable and then spent a few moments explaining things to my mother.  Only after all was said and done did I realize that this is Eric's company!  I wish him all the success in the world and will contribute to that success however I can.  He's the most hard-working, honest contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with.  I can't say enough to express how grateful we are that a friend recommended North Coast after Eric had been respectful and honest with her own elderly parents when their lines backed up.  THANK YOU, ERIC!

We had a pipe burst early morning before leaving for a vacation. We were able to shut off the water. I called at 6am, dispatch said they would call us back as soon as they got into the office. They called just after 7. They were able to get to us first thing and they were super nice, polite and quick. Great guys, great service. Highly recommend! Ready for vacation!

We bought this 105 year old apartment and were told we needed new pipes by our inspector and then a plumber.  We had almost the same exact scenario someone else mentioned, third floor, trickle of hot water in bathroom sink, only a problem in our unit.  A neighbor recommended Jay from Pressure Pro, and we could not be more grateful!!!  My husband played phone tag with him for several days, but he always called back.  They just kept missing each other, but then he came right out and within an hour flushed our pipes and had the hot water running perfectly without having to coordinate a water shut off in the building!  We didn't even think this was possible as the previous plumber had turned it off and made it only slightly more bearable than a trickle for a couple weeks.  We'll see how long this lasts, but we couldn't ask for more!   Jay was also so nice and helpful in explaining what he did and we feel like we really understand our plumbing better.  Highly highly recommend!!!

If you're looking for and HONEST and AFFORDABLE plumber, call these guys! I called around and got quotes to unclog our bathroom tub drain. They were almost half the cost and did a fantastic job. They were prompt and friendly. I recommend them!

Juan and team did an amazing job hooking up our clawfoot tub. I thought I could remove the old drain and do it myself, hours later, sweaty and frustrated I threw in the towel and emailed Go Rooter. They responded in 10 mins. They were here within hours and the job was done in no time. I should have called them first.

The price was right, the work was perfect. Juan even called me back a few days later to make sure there were no leaks and I was happy. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

Roc's plumbing has been the most reliable and cost efficient plumber out there. He either answers or calls right away. Very knowledgeable and just a trustworthy company. I would never recommend anyone else. I will never use anyone else. I had a back up valve replaced two pumps put in and he walked me through every step of the way. Sending pictures via text to keep me updated on the work. Kept the front of my house clean while he was installing everything. Very very professional.

We had a leaking faucet in our tub, not even five years after we completely redid the bathroom.

We also had no plumber, we've never really needed one in Frankfort. I went on Yelp and found this establishment.

They were just what you wanted; they replied quickly, came exactly at the promised time, fixed everything, cleaned up, explained it all to me and left.

We are not only drip free but he blew out the line so the water is running like never before. That was a great gesture and shows that he understands the awful water we have.

Excellent service on Hyde Park, where it is often hard to get trades people to accept jobs. Fixed leaking sinks in bathroom and kitchen. I am out of town and have a tenant. He called them ASAP and showed up promptly. Texted me pictures of the work in progress with estimate. Quality work. Fair price. Courteous and polite. Will definitely use again if needed. A gem.

Showed up on time.  Knew the unit I purchased (from Lowe's) wouldn't fit before even opening the box.  While Don & his assistant remove my old water heater, I ran to a plumbing supply store to get a model that would work (I have a small utility closet in my garage, so space is very tight, but Lowe's didn't sell any models thinner than the one I bought.  Paid quoted price, which was about 25% below what Lowe's installation would have cost.

Joe answered the phone late at night when I got voicemails of five other plumbers. He came first thing in the morning and fixed our busted frozen pipe. Carlos did great work and both were very nice and helpful.

Took care of plumbing issues and did a furnace check for me. Great to knock out both projects at once!

Used them twice to take care the clogged main sewer lines in two different buildings. Kevin (tech) was very professional, explained in details every step of their work (how and why), clean, very reasonable price.  Highly recommend.

Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

I had the drain to my sink and garbage disposal back up on me over the weekend. I called All Plumbing & Sewer on Monday morning and they were at my door within an hour. These guys had the problem resolved within a half hour and now the drain runs great! Pricing was very reasonable and the service excellent. I highly recommend.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.
