Great company to work with! Provided exceptional and punctual service. Made two trips to the house when we realized a piece of our hardware set was machined improperly ( manufacturer's fault ). Even though it wasn't their fault that the install couldn't happen on the first visit, they didn't charge for the second visit and handled the new install quickly and professionally. Rick did an incredible job rekeying my new house. 5 doors with 5 deadbolts... at a very good price. He's wonderfully  skilled, and very personable.  Definitely the person you want for your locksmith needs. Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

I called Scottsdale locksmiththing this morning at around 9:10 AM because my staff were unable to open the safe. Therefore, they were unable to open any doors in our office.  All of our keys and money is kept in a safe.

Joe arrived by 9:40 AM and was able to open or safe with our emergency key and make additional copies of all our keys. I can't believe how fast and quick they were able to solve our issue prior to our patients and arriving in our office.

This is my second time using ARCO for a rekey service. The technician, Kevin F, was timely, efficient, and SO sweet. There is a reason I continue to reuse this company for all of my lock and security needs. The service is second to none!

Not sure if I can rightfully review Assist as I did not spend any money with them. That's because when I called Joe and told him that my lock had essentially exploded inside my door, and that I had done as much as I could, he asked me to send a picture. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me that he could be out the next day, but I had come so far with what I had done that he could probably talk me through the rest of it. He explained what I needed to do next and in about 15 minutes, I had resolved the problem. A lot of other service people would have known that I almost had it fixed but still come out and charge me for an hour service call. I can guarantee you that Joe will get my next paying job.

Had a bit of an emergency today. I locked my dog in the car, luckily the A/C was on in this hot Arizona heat. I called Old Glory (Cory) and he was here in 10 minutes. Got the door unlocked very quickly and my dog was finally safe again. I can't thank you enough Cory, that dog is my best friend! And, the price was definitely doable. Thanks again, Cory! If I need a locksmith, you'll be the one I call!

I locked myself out of my garage on the weekend. I called and scheduled a time with Dave that worked for me. He arrived promptly, completed the job swiftly and charged a very reasonable rate. Dave was very pleasant, professional an helpful.
