I have remote start on my car...Walking out of Trader Joe's Sunday, Labor Day weekend, I throw my purse in the car, thought I hit the unlock button for the backseat, hit the LOCK button, shut the door and I was LOCKED out! It's 111 degrees. My groceries, the whole bit. Called J&J Locksmith, (Jeff) thank God my phone NEVER leaves my hand. He said, "Give me 15 and I'll be there" He was there in FIVE MINUTES!

We used this company and received very fair pricing and outstanding service for the replacement of a lost Toyota key fob. Clint is an incredibly knowledgeable locksmith.

I have used Eagle twice, and both times Eagle was outstanding in both work and customer service.  The first time- three years ago - my daughter and I had taken our coffees out to enjoy on the patio. When we pulled the sliding door closed behind us, a board used in the track at night - and which was leaning up in the frame, FELL INTO THE TRACK.  We were out there in my small walled in patio without even a cell phone!  No neighbors were out mid-day, I mean we were alone in the world locked out without key or phone.  After awhile a neighbor two doors down stepped out into his patio, and when we called out in our plight, he called a locksmith...turned out to be Eagle which came immediately, got in my front door, came through the house, got the board out of the sliding door track, and us into the house.  I believe the man's name was Roy; he had responded within mere minutes, and the charge was so small I can't ever remember how much.
The second time was last week.  I had opened my garage door to get a garbage can back in, and as I stepped out the garage door closed itself down right behind me.  I was all alone out on my driveway without a door key, and once again, without cell phone.  Another neighbor called Eagle for me, and once again Eagle was in my drive within the time they gave us...20 minutes.
The name of the young man from Eagle this times was Ken.  Ken had to drill out my old front door lock, but replaced it and provided me with keys. While Ken was inside he noticed a sock stuck in a clear tube in my vacuum cleaner in the hallway, and got it out for me!  Eagle is not only very fair-priced, but exceeds all expectations in attention to detail and customer service.  Our townhouse community knows Eagle well, and you should remember the name, too. Guy come to re-keys our home on time, professional, as promise over the phone, and provide great service with price lower than most other companies. I like the fact that he is the owner of his business, care about what he does, and have more than 20 years of experiences. He re-keys my the two locks on my door in less than one hour, smooth out the roughness of the door opening and closing without additional charge. I highly recommended him for anyone in need.

I called Azlockouts and they arrived with in 10 minutes. They were very professional. I felt safe and they helped ease the situation. I was a little frantic because I locked my keys in the trunk of my car, inside my purse and my car battery died. I was at work in between sites. The gentleman opened the car and was able to get the keys out of the trunk. I would highly recommend Azlockouts great service and great price.

So glad I found Locksmith Express on the internet! Christy was here super fast! She made an extra key for my SUV (it takes one of those special chip keys), created extra keys for our padlock and other truck. Price was so great and great service! Definately calling her again!

We locked ourselves out of the house. Called a few places was not getting anywhere. A competitor recommended Metro Lock. They showed up in 25 min and we were back in. Very nice and professional. Didn't leave us hanging in the heat that long. Will use again.

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
