Best Vehicle Lockouts in Phoenix AZ

Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks.  I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135.  The service tech refused to return.

Victor came by our house and replaced three locks to match our new front door lock. He was punctual, super friendly and brainstormed options with us. When we redo our fence in the winter I'll definitely be reaching back out to this company!

My husband and I locked ourselves out of the house and had no other way to get in and had to do a quick search for a 24hr locksmith. Pop-A-Lock was the closes to our home and the customer satisfaction ratings were high, so my husband called them.

Eric is very responsive and was professional and kind. I had an issue with my steering wheel lock that needed to be replaced. Within an hour of texting him, Eric was in my driveway working on my car. Alon is AMAzING and comes HIGHLY recommended. I needed the front door deadbolt opened (last minute at 7pm) which is every locksmiths nightmare...oopsies. Having faith and a couple tools and a drill later we were able to open it!

Not only that but I decided to change the lock to a keyless digital deadbolt, which I told him before we met so he recommended which brand to buy at Home Depot (Defiant) and saved me a pretty penny. The deadbolt I bought apparently was faulty so he brought the same one from his car and told me to return mine. Life saver!

Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

This is a great place for all your lock and key cutting needs. We had only one key fobit for our VW van and they were able to program a new one we had bought on Amazon for the best price in the valley and way cheaper than the VW dealer wanted to do it for. Very friendly gal did the work.

My husband went there today to get a replacement key and the rest of his broken key retrieved from the ignition. He was quoted elsewhere for a price of $80 and then went to key west because of the location. Not only was the service amazing,  the price was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for 2 keys and retrieval! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and they will get our business again!

We got locked out of our house on a Sunday morning, and we were worried we would be charged extra. Rick answered right away and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a quote and was there within 30 minutes.  We just had one lock to pick and he picked it quickly, and the price never changed. If I ever need a locksmith again, I'll definitely call Rick. Accidentally locked keys in my truck, so I searched the Yelp! reviews and Sitton Locksmith looked to be an easy choice with the great reviews.  I called and within the hour he was over and quickly got the truck unlocked.  He used a mini air-bag that opened up a big enough gap from the door frame to slide a flexible fiberglass pole in to push the unlock button.

The best part was after he was done.  He was very upfront about costs on the phone and was very professional and personable on site.  When making payment, he asked if my auto insurance covered roadside assistance, which I had completely forgot about.  No worries, he wrote up the invoice properly and I submitted the roadside claim online and will be reimbursed.

If I ever have a lock or similar issue again, I won't hesitate to use Sitton.  Great experience!
