I finally gave in, I couldn't find the keys to my explorer, so I started making calls to get a quote on replacement car keys.  After calling several people, Bill from pop-a-lock was the only one who could give me a real quote over the phone without all the added "possible fees."

Bill was great! He came on time and provided me with exceptional service.  Not only did he stay true to his quote, but it was also the best deal I could find after calling around.  I got 2 brand new keys to my car for around $100. Perfect!

Not only that, but my car had been sitting in my garage for a while, and Bill gave my car a jump start when my battery died after programming the keys. Life saver!

I'm a father of a daughter who had security issues on the other side of the valley.  Ex boyfriend stole her keys... great.  One call and Jeff was quick to respond, changed all of the lock in her house and made sure that she was safe and secure.  I wouldn't call anyone else for key issues.

Best locksmith experience I've had.  Todd was personable, easy to get a hold of, and knew what he was doing.  Pricing was more than fair and he'll likely be the only guy I go to for locksmithing from here on out.

I've used United Lock Service since 2008 and Nathan is the only locksmith I'd trust with any of my properties. His work is solid quality and fast. Service is always responsive and I have recommended ULS to other people.

We have used this company before to rekey some new bolts. The owner did the work and was reasonably priced. Today our other deadbolt was stuck. Called them this morning and not even an hour later, all is fixed. Ben, the tech, did a great job and looked for the best and most economical solution. Highly recommend!

Not sure if I can rightfully review Assist as I did not spend any money with them. That's because when I called Joe and told him that my lock had essentially exploded inside my door, and that I had done as much as I could, he asked me to send a picture. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me that he could be out the next day, but I had come so far with what I had done that he could probably talk me through the rest of it. He explained what I needed to do next and in about 15 minutes, I had resolved the problem. A lot of other service people would have known that I almost had it fixed but still come out and charge me for an hour service call. I can guarantee you that Joe will get my next paying job.

Hired a cleaning company to professionally clean my house and they locked a bedroom door I didn't have the key to. I called our property management company and since it was a Saturday, no one was available.

I found this company thinking it was going to be like $400+ since it was urgent and a Saturday. The man who answered was super friendly made me feel calm since I was in a panic and expressed he could send someone out asap! Lost my key to my 2007 Nissan Altima Push Start and have no spare. Called these guys to have them come out. Talked to a really nice Tech, Nathan, who said to come out at the time I called (1130pm) would be about $450 because of the time. He said daytime calls would be closer to dealership costs. He was amazing at explaining everything and honest in his pricing. I decided I could wait a day to save money and he referred me to another tech.

The other tech called me, from another locksmith company I had looked into. I asked if he was with West Valley and he said no, gave me attitude and then hung up. Then he called back 30 seconds later and said he got a contract from West Valley too (who he also subcontracts out with) and was wanting to schedule to come to my house. I asked about pricing and he was evasive. He asked what Nathan told me, then he hesitated and asked if Nathan gave me a quote for the next day. I said no, and then he decided to tell me his price point of 400 "give or take." When asked why it was so much, he said West Valley determines his price points and emails him. The whole thing was very shady and I could tell he wasn't being honest about his pricing.

I decided not to go with West Valley because they subcontract out and they don't have standardized pricing, which means you could get screwed once the tech comes out and decides to charge you more for no reason.

Old world service in a new location!  Got a duplicate key made for my BMW motorcycle.  It was done professionally, efficiently, and less than half of what the dealership charged.  It's so refreshing to get service, and feel that you've gotten a great deal.  In such a cut throat business as locksmithing, I truly hope these folks maintain their integrity.

Fast and Efficent
Requested a quote and a few days later, he came to change my locks on my front door and rekey my back.  I had bought these expensive locks and the deadbolt ended up being defective. He expressed that the locks I have are extremely great locks and I should just get my money back and not worry about changing them.  I agreed. He repackaged it nicely and I just rekeyed that lock.  He saved me $155 by returning that lock.  I was happy about that.  Very cool guy.  Highly recommend, Ricky

Needed locks re-keyed and called Josh. He arrived within a half hour and the job was done in 20 minutes with a fair price. How much better can you get than that?  I love efficient people working in my home!

I had an appointment with Tom to get our new office re-keyed and was pleasantly surprised that he didn't give me a two hour window in fact he was early. He was very fair priced and didn't try to up  his cost from the phone quote he gave me. Fast, affordable and very friendly. Thank you Tom we will see you again!

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!
