Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. Absolutely fantastic in every way! Extremely friendly and responsive in getting us a quote, setting up a consultation, and keeping us apprised of the progress. Our new gate is absolutely gorgeous! The wait time was extremely reasonable, and it was installed immediately when it was ready. I didn't even have to be home for the install, and I was updated every step of the way. Everything about this service was above and beyond: incredible craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices. I cannot recommend this company enough, and we will certainly be repeat customers (although not for this particular gate, as the quality is such that I expect it will last forever!).

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

No disappointment with First Impression Security Doors! This company was recommended by other owners in our condominium development. They were prompt, efficient and appropriately priced. It's always a pleasant surprise (though it shouldn't be) when a business does what it says it will do, when it says it will do it. We recently used a subcontractor from Home Depot to do some work and it was a totally different experience. Lesson learned. Sometimes you have to remember--you get what you pay for. In this case, we definitely got our money's worth!

I Have two security doors at my home manufactured by this company and they are great. I decided to have a gate made for my front porch that matched the doors and had it made. Everything went great and the gate was installed on time. About a month later the gate started to sag. After calling customer service the repairs were made and everything was back to normal. A couple of months later the sag returned. Upon calling customer service I was told that this can happen due to the construction of the decorative posts that the gate is attached to and they would not make any additional repairs unless I hire a mason to reinforce the post at an expense above the cost of the gate.  Had they informed me of this problem at the time of the sale I would not have ordered the gate. Now I have this great gate that sags and will not close.

We have used First Impressions at our previous home and had a great experience.  So, when we moved we had them fabricate a gate for us.  We have had quite a few issues and at first they were very good about coming out to repair the problems.  Last summer (July 2020) our gate started to show signs of rust.  They sent someone out to take a look and determined we needed to add a powder coat to it to prevent the rust. Of course this was at our cost of $2400. We decided to go ahead and spend the money as we were told the powder coat would last a very long time and I was anxious to have the rust removed. They also told me that the gate must not get wet and that when it rains I need to wipe it down immediately. I found this odd as we did not have to do this to the gate we had at our previous home. We made sure our sprinklers do not hit the gate.  We also made sure our landscaper knew the gate should not get wet, as well.  Fast forward to April 2021, our gate is again rusting and looks worse than ever.  Once again I called the office and they sent someone out to take a look.  The tech said it looks like the powder coat was applied incorrectly and it needed to be done again, but with a stronger product.  That same day the  office called and said they would send someone out to remove our gate and it would take 3-4 weeks to fix.  I was fine with that, just happy to have the rust gone.  Well, the same lady called today and said the manager has decided this is not a warranty issue and that he would still fix it but at my cost of $1100.  I was flabbergasted!  The amount of money we have spent with this company and I had also recommended it to many friends.  NEVER , EVER AGAIN.  I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.  I have found that I am not the only one this has happened to recently. This is so unfortunate.  I am not one to bash a business, but their products are pricey and I hope my review will save someone the money we have lost and headache we have experienced.

Arizona Ironworks has been a nightmare to deal with. They replaced the gates at my house. Not happy but the real issue is the lack of communication and poor workmanship. When they installed the gate to the park at my home they secured the bottom of the gate to the left by adding in a metal plate to secure the fence where the gate was. I asked them if they can secure the rest 10 posts of the fence. They sent me an invoice number 202412 for 608.06 on 8/7/22 he send email asking to fix posts on back fence. At end of job I paid it as they said they could secure 6 of the 10 posts and 4 were good. They did not do an adequate job and I called the next day asking them if they actually did the work? They said they did and I paid that invoice when I paid all the rest of the invoices. Then after multiple calls and an email on 9/6/22 to Tyler Arnouldsen and finally an email back from him. He told me they could NOT secure the fence the 6 posts so I requested my money back for that additional work in amount of 608.06 with no response. I've reached out 3 times. No response. He said the owner BRENT came out but he didn't call me either. I asked them via email on 9/6 to please refund it since they can't fix it. NO answer No response. They kept my money and won't refund it for work they didn't do adequately.
