Best Wasp Extermination in Phoenix AZ

I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control for a year and 1/2 and have been very happy. They provide excellent communication and easy scheduling. Tony recently treated my home and his service was exceptional. He is very personable and thoroughly explained the treatment provided. Highly recommend!

I had Shane out to my two properties recently and he was excellent!  Very professional, explained the process & was able to answer all of my questions.  Shane even worked around my crazy schedule that day, which was extremely gracious and professional of him.  We are new to Phoenix and the pest game. I found Insectek via Yelp, we couldn't be happier about our choice.

This is a wonderful company with fantastic customer service! Everyone I'd dealt with has been so friendly. Ben was very helpful when I called to inquire about their plans, and helped setup something up to accommodate our unusual situation. Brad, who showed up promptly at the beginning of our two-hour window, was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing and what we could expect to see after treatment. I appreciate his patience and understanding as I tried to herd my dogs in and out of the house. All in all, I highly recommend this company based on my experience thus far.

This is my 3rd time utilizing WC Pest Control services I like the fact they are straight forward with their pricing and provide no spin whatsoever. My last tech, Frank Was quite thorough. He pointed out my problem areas and took care of them. He also provided me with some useful information for future reference. Last week, we had our house serviced for the first time since we moved in several months ago. Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our barking/nosy pups. He even went above and beyond to take care of a bird nest problem for us! So far, I've seen a couple dead bugs (normal after first service) but that's it!

Wow, just wow. We had major weeds in our yard after the rains and quickly called Custom Weed. The yelp reviews have it right, these guys are amazing. The  pre-emergent spray controls weeds for so long you forget you had them in the first place.

I highly recommend this company, their professionalism and quality work can't beat.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

First of all I'm a tough critic and not easy to impress and many businesses these days don't rate writing a 5 Star review however Don's Bees more than deserves it.  I had a problem that they made sure was taken care of with quite a few follow up visits.  They are a family business with knowledgeable  friendly employees as well. They have fair prices for a wide variety of services. I will use and recommend them again.

Sonoran Pest Control is by far the best pest control service I've ever used in Arizona.  I've been with them for about 8 years now and I would recommend them to anyone that needs pest control service.  My neighborhood is known for scorpions and Bret's team has eliminated them from the inside and outside of my house.  Not an easy task in our area.  Great employees, professional and personal service.  If you need pest control look no further than Sonoran Pest Control!

So after a very rough patch, they have definitely stepped up their communication. The techs call, confirm what I have asked both to be done and not be done, and we still have no pest issues. Kudos to this company for making it right.

I don't know why anyone would ever use another company. Watts is truly the best. They're honest, courteous,effective. They respond immediately. Even if you are someone a lil high maintenance and low patience like myself. They've always worked around my schedule and i've been using them for over a year now. They do outside even if I'm not available and I don't have to worry about anything being broken (which did  happen to me with a different company I used before I found watts ) no worries about something not being completed. We've used Truly Nolen for several years and we appreciate that they try to get the job done with minimal impact on the environment. We give a special shout out to our technician, Josh, who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and polite. It was a pleasure having him work at our home.

Guaranteed Pest Control is great! We used another well-known company in the valley and they would send a different tech out every time and wouldn't set a schedule of when they came out. On a friend's recommendation, we switched to Guaranteed and haven't looked back. We get consistent and reliable service from techs who know what they're doing.

VERY pushy sales tactics. After several failed attempts over the phone to let them know we were satisfied with our current company I felt pressured and just set up a visit to appease them. Once out here I felt bombarded with not one but two of their employees who again were overly assertive. I reluctantly showed them around the property and once gone I felt a sense of relief. I received a call the following day again from Jamie who assured me they could beat our current pricing, I asked her to just email over their proposal with the services they're offering and cost. She stated it wasn't possible and they'd need to come back out in person and also need a copy of our bill from our current service provider. Just seems really weird, especially during these times. No thanks Blue Sky!!

Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
