I was unhappy with the service of my last pest control company, so when I moved a few miles away, I decided to search for a new one. When I saw a 5 star rating with nearly 300 reviews, I decided to contact Urban Desert Pest Control. Just like the reviews stated, I was contacted by the owner in less than 30 minutes. I talked to the owner and immediately felt comfortable with him and his company. I scheduled service for the end of that same week. The technician called to see if he could come early which worked out great.

No contracts, no hassle, no kidding.

I called this company based on the reviews here and was very satisfied with my service. I was able to get a $30 off coupon on Yelp for $15 which was a really nice perk.  I had used another pest control company a few years ago who charged me twice as much as this company for the same service.

Gerrit arrived at exactly the time scheduled for the appointment. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I will definitely call this company first for any future pest control needs.

We have been using Green Magic for almost a year and they are better than any other pest service I have had in Arizona! Today Matthew was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job, arrived on time, and answered all my questions. These guys truly care about their work.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Last week, we had our house serviced for the first time since we moved in several months ago. Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our barking/nosy pups. He even went above and beyond to take care of a bird nest problem for us! So far, I've seen a couple dead bugs (normal after first service) but that's it!

A horrible infestation in the home of one of my client's has been completely wiped out now for over a month - no sights, no bites. The home had been infested for well over a year by bugs that had lived through a couple exterminations by other companies during that time. Chris was absolutely no trouble to deal with - he was accessible and accommodating, answering all of our questions politely and patiently throughout the entire process. He explained what they were going to do, made his own suggestions based on the individual circumstances, spent time to educate us, speculated respectfully about where the previous companies may have gone wrong, etc. And he was not pushy. Total gentleman the whole time.

Bedbugs seem to be a growing and rampant problem in the valley. The common person (meaning the people who have them) really doesn't know much about bedbugs or how to treat them, and is consequently an easy target for exploitation especially since people become very desperate in this predicament. Trying to distinguish one company from another will prove to be extremely frustrating and overwhelming. Too often it appears people are typically screwed over by some fly-by-night company offering a multi-year warranty and closing up shop in six months, only to open a new business under a new name so they can screw over new people. Don't waste your time. These guys are the jackpot. They are a small, family-run business whose aim is to ensure the job is done right with no stone is left unturned. They will do a free inspection and shoot straight with you.

I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. Bedbugs are a real nightmare. People deserve to know which companies have integrity. Trust me, you won't go wrong with these guys.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

I'm impressed. Was skeptical since I just bought a house in Laveen AZ but in an actual neighbor I figured I would give it a try. They are very nice gentlemen and explained in great detail. After a spraying last week had an influx of earwigs in my bathroom! Called and they scheduled a redo for free! Micheal discovered their entry n even cleaned up before he left. He redid spraying around my lawn sprinklers as I had to have many replaced so dirt was disturbed. Much better experience than my son had with Truly Nolan-- they are scam artists!! Sticking with this company.

I called House Doctor for a routine termite inspection. Isaac came out and did a great job of thoroughly looking over the house for signs of termites and gave my house a clean bill of health. So after a very rough patch, they have definitely stepped up their communication. The techs call, confirm what I have asked both to be done and not be done, and we still have no pest issues. Kudos to this company for making it right.

Pilipo does a fantastic job on our pest control. Listens to what issues we are seeing and addresses them, very polite and puts up with our dog too!

I wouldn't go with Blue Sky Pest Control!!! They have the worst customer service!! I had requested to hold off on my services for a bit for financial reason, just to come home to see that they showed up while I was out and I never approved it!!! Now I am getting a bill for $76 for services I never approved. I also requested to get it cancelled ask for something by mail and get a bill!!! Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
