I had new doors installed yesterday including a new front door with side light, french doors and a sliding door.  Miguel, Omar & Luis were the contractors.  They did a fantastic job.  Each were very technical, professional and tidy.  They worked fast but efficiently to make sure the job was completed in a single day.  Would highly recommend this company for your window & door needs.  Thanks!

I had 3 other companies bid the job before talking to K&J and when they came out, there was just no comparison. Darin, Chris and the rest of the team were without question, the most knowledgeable and up-front company in the mix.

They take pride in their work and it shows. The job was completed on time and the 2 floor-to-ceiling windows and slider look amazing.

Called John last summer to replaced 14 windows and 3 glass only.
Great customer service and he came out and walked around the house to check that everything was correct after the job was completed.

I found John to be very friendly, informative and personable. I ended up having Imperial do the work I requested. I went with the local window maker and WOW those windows kick butt. Heavy duty and you cant beat the price.

The house stayed warmer and my heater did not turn on as often. Waiting to see this summer since I got the windows last July. Cant wait to see how the windows do a whole summer this year.

Previously got a quote with Home Depot as they were to be the lowest priced reputable provider.  Before using Home Depot I was able to talk with Sal at Dunrite Windows and Doors.  Not only did Sal provide a higher end window at a better price, the install job went smoothly and I am completely satisfied. His installers were able to save me hundreds by being able to work around my shutters and not having to pay someone to come and remove then install them.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

By far the most polite, customer service oriented contractor I have dealt with on my bathroom remodel. They do a quality job, show up when they say they will and only deal with quality products. I am extremely happy with the end results. They redid the glass for my walk in shower and cut custom beveled mirrors for my vanity, installed both, and it looks amazing. They spent the time to help determine the right size of the mirrors and the bevel and were right on. Lastly, there was concern about there not being a lip on the step out of the shower so they offered to install a brushed metal (matching the rest of the bathroom's trim) bump as an added measure to make sure water stayed where it belongs. They did it as a complimentary gesture and it was much appreciated.I would hit them again in a second. If there was any constructive criticism at all, I would have liked it if there was not a service charge for using a credit card. BUT, I will say it was my choice to do so -- I could have paid by cash or check and saved the fee.

We've had these guys come out to help n us with a core c of problem areas with our gutters. They were very responsive and did a great job. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

This has taken me a little while to get to writing, but I just wanted to share my happiness with my new doors while I still had the chance. About a month ago I had four new doors installed after Krasiva's wonderful job with my windows. Yet again, the service and quality of the work was amazing. It's such a relief to be able to open, close, and lock all my problem doors now, because with the winter getting colder and colder I'd be spending a small fortune by now trying to heat my house with the old doors. We've been upgrading our windows bit by bit over the last year and interviewed/had quotes from 3 companies before we started. We ultimately chose Window World and their representative Ryan because there was literally zero hard sell and the price was by far the best value. We didn't call them back for about 6 months after the initial quote as we saved for the purchase but he remembered me when I called and has been consistently courteous and professional. The windows are beautiful and I've definitely felt the difference in temperature within the house. The install team, Arturo and his father, were amazing, hard workers, friendly, considerate and great with my kids who were DEFINITELY in their way (3 boys!). In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for price, quality, professionalism and their great communication.. when I texted a question Ryan would call or text back almost instantly. It's obvious they value their customers and I'm happy to recommend them.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!

I had great experience with American Vision Windows. Rod came to the initial sales appointment and, even though I thought I knew what I wanted, he was patient and offered several alternative solutions. After deciding on a different door that better suited my needs (and my budget) Rod was on his way.  He was professional and polite and patient with our unique household and three pets.  After only a day or two, the masterful measuring (and design) technician, Norm, came to measure the door. Norm was friendly, professional and meticulous about his measurements.  When he started to review the order, he EMPATHIZED with our situation and asked if I was 'sure' about the color of the door.  (I thought I was sure!) Norm then showed me pictures of white doors/windows on brown houses, and it made me realize I wasn't really sure!!  Norm's experience and helpful attitude helped me see what I could not... that a white door would have been a big mistake!! He brought in samples from his car, so I could 'see for myself', which helped me more than he will ever know.

Not all the plugs were not included with the door and I have not been able to get the plugs. I do not feel the door is completely installed though it has been completely paid for.

Oh my gosh, Rick Lewis, owner of Prescott Window and Door and his crew we met who did the work (Scott, Mike, Tom and the others) they are outstanding. Such attention to detail, excellent workmanship, very courteous and so on and so on and so on. I can't say enough good things about this crew and this company.  They make sure the entire job is done with perfection and pride and its evident they know what they are doing.
