Everything about our experience with Red Line was wonderful! We got a prompt response when inquiring about an estimate, a fair estimate was given to us, and we were able to book our appt within a reasonable timeframe. Igor was prompt and knowledgeable, and he explained things well. We were told, in advance, when something would require a change in plans/ additional cost. So for those who took 2 days to respond to my request, you just can't do business that way. This company gave me a super fair quote -- not super cheap but not spendy either. I used the Electric Co. to replace a burned-out wall heater in my Seattle condo rental.  Deja whom I communicated with was nothing but professional and wonderful throughout the process. She was able to give me an estimate even before the work was completed.  She followed-thru on everything she said she would do.  It's difficult to find honest, reliable and trustworthy contractors these days, but The Electric CO. is one of those companies.  I highly recommend them for any electrical work!

I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. I contacted Linder to replace my home electrical panel so that I could add two EV plugs in my garage and prepare for a heat pump and heat pump water heater that would soon follow the project.

The bulk of the install process was great and professional. The project hit a snag at the very end when I noticed that the second EV plug was 120 instead of 240. I was told that the panel that was selected wouldn't work with a second EV plug or with the the heat pump devices that were going to come next. That was a shock!

I had wondered about this before we started the project. I asked if a higher-amperage panel was required. I was told that's a big deal and will cost you $20k. There was never a statement that the panel we were going with wasn't going to cover the stated project goals.

After the project, I called PSE to get a better understanding of the service they offer to my home. They told me I had been given bad advice and that they could deliver whatever amperage I needed without trouble. The new panel that was installed was 125 amp. PSE told me that they guarantee 200 amps to the home, per WA law. They also said that I ALREADY had 200 amp to my home, so clearly no requirement to pay $20k to get it.

I reached back out to Linder with the new information. I proposed installing a higher amperage panel and that I'd pay the bulk of the cost but wanted some discount because I didn't feel like this poor outcome was entirely my fault. They told me that they don't do work for free, even though I wasn't asking for that. They told me go to talk to Bel-Red Electric if I wanted the issue fixed. That was another shock. I thought that the relationship had gone pretty smoothly up until that point. I guess they had booked a good profit on my project and didn't want to give that up.

In any case, I think it is good advice to go talk to Bel-Red electric. I will go do that and explain that I need help in right-sizing my new panel for my project goals.

In summary, I have no reason to question the quality of the work at Linder. The install looked super clean and was done quickly. A friend had recommended Linder. He is super handy and would have never got into this problem. He would have calculated his amperage requirements before even calling an electrical company. I don't know much about electrical and was expecting guidance from Linder on how to proceed per my stated project goals. In fact, I asked them about this later. They told me that I negotiated too hard on price and so a 125 amp panel was the only option at that price. That's a really strange way to do business. The panel upgrade cost $7k. Is that a lot for a 125 amp panel?

So, if you need help navigating your project and are not too familiar with electrical, you might look elsewhere or end up with the same outcome as I did. I'm just a regular home owner like a lot of people.

24/7 Electric is great to work with both office staff Janette and Victor the technician who replaced the main circuit breaker. She was extremely patient as we hurdled our way through my Sear Home Warranty service (a nightmare that lasted may hours).  Victor was fast and efficient and was able to come an hour and a half earlier than scheduled. He called to ask if that would be acceptable and I was delighted. Many thanks to both of them.

I was looking for a good company to be my go-to company for the rental house I own in Seattle.  Living in Southern California, I wanted someone that I could trust to fix any issues without price gauging.  I've actually never met Rob or his electricians, but I received an unsolicited email from my tenant telling me how nice and professional Josh (One of Northstar's Electricians) was.  Rob was upfront with the costs and there were no surprises.  I will absolutely call him in the future when needs arise.

They were great!  Fast, fair, professional and efficient!  Really nice people too!    I would absolutely hire them again should the need arise.

Service was great. It was easy to set up an appointment with Wickman Electric and we received prompt responses to our questions. Jared arrived on time and was very efficient. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. We are very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to our friends/family.

Raja has super fair prices and good service. He was really patient with us while we're trying to decide where to place new cans. Wore booties while working and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

We had been looking for an electrician since around Dec 2022, but didn't get around to it until April 2023. All the estimates we got have been in the upper $1000s so it was hard to decide. But then I was looking at our local fb Duvall pages and Jon's business came up. We called him and told him that we needed our car charger installed, but already had a full panel so we needed some things moved around before he can install the charger. We waited for his company's contractor's license to get approved before he started working on our project, since our HOA required it. When it came time to install, he mentioned that he'll be able to move some wires around to make room for the charger. He gave us about 30AMPS with our 240V plug and so far we haven't had any issues with it. And by far, he was the cheapest among my other estimates and was very friendly and communicative with the process. He finished our project in like 3hours or something. He even mounted the charger for us. He also did mention that our Autel charger was easy to install since he didn't have to open up the charger box to be able to screw it on the wall, unlike other chargers, so I guess it was an easy job for him too. Overall customer service was awesome, and we definitely recommend his professionalism and service.

I had Strands Electric out to run some Cat6A cable in a house that I bought.  I had them cut in a low volt panel, and run the cable.  They did excellent work.  Communication was excellent, the price was good, and the work was top notch.

Would highly recommend!

My 25yo hvac system decided to stop working during our first big heat wave of the year.  OF COURSE that's when it would stop, right?  I figured Treat's would be swamped with repairs so when I called Wed morning at 10, I fully expected I would need to wait a week or two for someone to come out (I do keep a portable ac so that I have backup in a situation like this).  BIG gold star to Kate who had a schedule opening the SAME DAY.  (my family in California is amazed at this kind of service!)

Matt arrived at 4:30 and I have to say, he is the HVAC Whisperer as far as I'm concerned.  I had two theories on what was wrong, both of which were wrong.  Matt was able to diagnose the problem in about 5 minutes and quickly fix it.  Matt asked me how my system had been cooling (so-so, which I figured had a lot to do with my heat pump's antique status and our increasingly HOT summers) but he had heard a slight noise that to him sounded like my system was low on freon.  Turns out he was right.  Even though it was past 5pm, he willingly got more equipment out and got my system topped up which has significantly improved the cooling power.

I definitely breathed a huge sigh of relief that my system could be repaired given it's age and I appreciate the expertise of Matt and the responsiveness of Kate and the whole experience with Treat's.  Highly recommended!

I had saved this particuliar company after two years returning from overseas assignment. were impressed at first; i review other electric companies some were extremely rude , held me hostage speaking  about things to husband what were needed . like one company had a backlog and extremely expensive before my quest arrival were due ;;  the manager  supervisor; journeyman electrician' reported out'  quoted me price for a new whole new panel box and rewiring , along with the main  request in the basement next to the box to check the outlet that did not work;  He failed to co-ordinate with the carpenter and me on his time schedule -- he worked by himself brought a person fresh from the airplane from Guam to change outlet upstairs i got charged additional 70.00 ea for one   said he were training and had had child care issue had to leave came around 10 and the helper probably were gone by noon he stayed on the phone for two days more  than work  also charged for membership, powersurge battery  protector , did not finished the job. poor office people , the supervisor he had problem with his worker they were leaving the job he did not leave until he charged me for the complete work  panel and making sure the wires matched the hell with the rest.  totally completed  my panel membership and powersurge battery went from 4,000. us dollars to 5500. us dollars. is( not included I had to get an immediate carpenter to frame out and he never came out to co-ordinate) nor the inspector to sign off  -- charge for city inspector 350.00 never came that has been a month ago.
