Best Electrical Panel Installation in Seattle WA

They advertised as providing free estimate. When I talked to them in person, they then told me about a $49 dispatch fee that they would apply to the repairs *IF* you decided to use their services for the repair after they provided you the estimate. If not, you are out that dispatch fee. I decided I could not trust this company if it started with this bait and switch. Will be looking to give the job to another company.

This guy is a great....funny thing is I have never hired him.  I have called Dean twice in the last year needing something I would have considered urgent while I was heading out of town.  Funny thing is both times he guided me to a resolution over the phone.

I don't even want to give them a 1-star.  This is a company that will scam you every inch of the way.  Just had a front of house hose faucet replaced and it took them maybe 20 minutes total time.  These lousy crooks charged me $800 and i even had a $40 coupon.  Don't ever call them.  They will rip you off.  They should be closed down.  I am reporting them to the better business bureau!  They should be run of town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The woman I spoke to in the office was very nice and got me in the schedule right away. I had Aaron come by to help figure out a water pressure issue in my kitchen faucet. He called ahead to give me a time frame and arrived on time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my issue fast and with no problem. I will be using them again.

I was trying to repair my garden faucet, but it was so old such that I had to replace the entire hose bib. I thought that I could just unscrew it with force, but broke the entire pipe off. I then went down to the crawl space and could see some water leaking from the supposedly broken pipe that's inside the wall.

It was on a Saturday evening and my house would be without water with my wife and two kids if not repaired, so I immediately called Beacon Plumbing for help.

Mike Sullivan and Mario Miranda arrived within 40 minutes, and were able to quickly devise a plan to fix. They were also very experienced and could quickly identify where to drill a hole inside the house to get to the broken pipe. They got the entire thing repaired professionally within 30 minutes. They also gave me great advice about the water irrigation system that I was planning to build. I was so glad that they were here to save the weekend for my family and the house.

First time owning a property on septic. This company took the time to explain everything to me and answered ALL my stupid questions while saving me thousands of dollars. I had a competitor quote me over $25,000 to fix my issue. This company said, Wait, lets try this first, and it worked. I couldn't be happier!!

I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future septic needs.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Travis (I don't have a last name) who did a great job diagnosing a leak that I was having from my ceiling.  His patience and knowledge really made the process go smoothly. He was also super neat and took the time to explain everything.  Great job.

Josh Kobilansky - Josh and his co-worker did a great job today (working on Memorial Day) to dig up and fix a leak we had in our irrigation supply line at out house.  Both of the guys were great to deal with & talk to.  They got the job done as efficiently as possible and handled the repair.  

Harts Services was the first to respond to my request for service and called me back on a Sunday to schedule the service call for Monday (a federal/state/local holiday).  I'm very happy with the level of service to get this taken care of quickly.  The communication all the way through was above & beyond.  They will be my first & only call if I need service work done again.

We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid.  Luke showed up on time and was very professional.  He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve.  Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions.  He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving.  Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge.  BTW:  Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood.  BRAVO!

I've been having Black Hills changing my filters for five now and haven't had any negative experience. I love that they wear booties before entering the house to keep our floors cleaning. I'm finally moving out of my home and needed to have an annual furnace inspection. Everything went great and I appreciate the fact that the technician, Russell, showed me how dirty certain parts were and cleaned it. He even offered the membership that they have but my furnace and home is fairly new and I haven't had any issues but it's good to know about the membership and I definitely will consider a membership with them in the future.
