I am a seasoned contractor who has done many remodeling in CA and WA.  Igor is one of the best electricians you can find at a reasonable price.   He always does the work by codes, on time, and in good workmanship.

We bought a new house and even got an inspection done and we specifically asked how the electric was and the inspector said that there were no issues with it.

We call redline electric service for some ring cameras and a doorbell, well we had no more room in the panel and there were several things that were not done up to code or permitted. It was devastating.

We also found out that our water had not been grounded meaning it was unsafe.

So we go from a 35 slot panel to the slot panel and we get everything up to code!! We also have two it Nema 14-50 let her know this properly installed for our Teslas.

I was very impressed with their work and they always kept everything so clean and tidy.

Igor did a fantastic job!  I got in over my head with a simple repair.  Igor quickly identified the problem, corrected it and repaired another issue.  He installed a safe replacement part that is up to code.  All for a very reasonable price.  A huge relief and a big thank you to Igor and Red Line!

We hired Red Line to replace our old basement lighting with new recessed lighting - they did a great job! Igor was prompt and professional; he answered all my questions along during installation and made sure everything was set up to our liking. We will definitely use Red Line again on future projects.

Reached out to them for a quote to install ceiling lights. Igor came out to my plc a few days later, did a full assessment and provided an estimate for 8 wafer lights. Was happy with experience to that point, so decided to move forward with them. On the installation day, he measured the placement of the lights with precision and checked-in with me throughout the process. When he was done, I was so happy with the outcome that I made an impulse buy- and had him replace 3 receptacles in my living room, which were needed but not urgent. All in all, it was a positive process from start to finish. Highly recommend this business!

I requested work on an electrical project with Yelp, and that is how I came across Red Line Electric.  Over the years this is the third electrician we've used  and Red Line Electric will be our only electrician moving forward.  For starters, of the five Yelp notified that we were seeking a contractor for our project, Red Line was one of three to respond.  Their electricians are very knowledgeable.  Good competitive quote, thorough review of site and job.  Once we agreed to work with them, our job was scheduled about three weeks out.  We had them install an exterior outlet, a new ceiling light electrical box for an existing electrical run, and a new custom light on the ceiling in the foyer.  They were fast, did a solid job, and clean.  If your on the east side and in need of electrical work, consider Red Line Electric.

Red Line replaced a bathroom fan for us and the whole experience was great! Awesome communication with clear explanations of expectations and everything that needed to be done. Quick service and great pricing, would hire again!!

Wanted to have an interlock breaker installed for a generator. The technician said the only way to do it was to replace the entire circuit breaker box to the tune of $7,000+. Found another company that did the job for me (permitted), at a very reasonable price.

We have had two great experiences with Red Line. The first was an after hours emergency when our bedroom and bathroom lights suddenly went off and our breaker sparked when we tried to turn them back on.  Igor came out and got everything up and running. It was expensive to have him come at night (ouch) but he explained the costs up front.  He found the problem quickly and was able to fix it.  

Our second experience, which we had scheduled before our emergency, was to install a chandelier above our dining room table and adjust surrounding can lights.  He had previously come out and done a bid and we were impressed with his expertise, honesty and overall demeanor.  He arrived with all supplies and got right to work.  He is meticulous and quick and cleaned up and took away all materials.  Recommend!

We just moved into a newly renovated house that had a few electrical issues and also wanted to install a couple cameras, so I contacted Red Line Electric Services. Igor was my pro, and I absolutely loved working with him! He came out first for me to show him all the jobs I wanted done, then we got it scheduled and he came to complete everything. He did it all in a day. I couldn't recommend Red Line more.

We install holiday lights each year and noticed it was not turning on. My husband tried to change the outlet, but it wasn't the issue.

After checking reviews, I asked for a quote from the Red Line. I got the response promptly, and they sent one of the electricians out the very next day! They offered the same day, but we were not available.

It took a while to find out why it was not working, but once it was diagnosed, it was fixed right then and there. We were told exactly after a diagnose, if it can be fixed right away, we pay the diagnostic fee, but if it requires more work (ordering parts, etc.), we need to pay the diagnostic fee and for the service to fix.
All we needed to pay was the diagnostic fee of $180, plus taxes!

Definitely hire the Red Line for any electronic issues.

My previous electrician moved away unceremoniously and without providing any notes or means of getting in touch, which left me in quite a tight spot. All of my drywall was in, and he'd done extensive re-wiring for my kitchen/living room remodel in my 1970s condo - including wiring up a new kitchen island, moving my oven, and installing 17 new ceiling lights across 6 new switches.

I was desperate, and fortunately found Red Line Electric to pick up the final electrical work. They completed my project to my total satisfaction and with incredible speed. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any residential project I can imagine.

Jessica handled my scheduling, was extremely friendly and responsive, and at every turn swiftly worked to accommodate my timeline as best as possible.

Igor was my electrician, and he was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. For a fair initial charge, he spent two hours investigating the previous electrician's work and made extensive notes of the new state of my home's wiring. He also discovered a couple of small mistakes the previous electrician made, and corrected them - for example, a work box was put too far back and had to be cut out of drywall. He then provided me a list of remaining work based on the original goals of my project, as well as an estimate to complete them.

Today is two weeks after that first visit. Igor came on two separate afternoons, and totally finished my project. There were a couple of surprises, and for each Igor patiently explained to me, offered me options, and gave his recommendation. I'm tickled with the work he did - the few cuts into my ceiling/walls were done neatly so my painter can patch them, and he left the worksite cleaner than he found it.

Recently used Red Line to replace a lot of exterior receptacles and attempt to restore power to an outlet. As other reviewers have said, their responsiveness is great. Igor did a thorough and neat job, and helped me troubleshoot and understand the house's wiring better.

I first heard of Red Line Electric when I submitted a quote to another electrician in my area via Yelp and allowed the site to copy the request over to a few other local electricians. Jessica and Igor were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Igor came by in person to assess the work and then completed it a week later. Not only did he do an excellent job (which included inspection and permitting!), but his quote was by far the most competitive of the bunch AND he got us scheduled THREE weeks before any of the other bids I had gotten!

I can't recommend Red Line Electric highly enough and will definitely hire them in the future!

[The longer version aka trials and tribulations in looking for an electrician]

In August, we splurged on a hot tub - a long-term dream of my husband. We waited until late October to get it delivered. The hot tub store gave us an electrician referral and we contacted them ahead of time so that it would all get set up at once.

Well! The hot tub was successfully brought in and installed, but the electrician didn't show. No heads-up, nothing, just stood us up. We emailed them to ask for a different date and agreed upon a day two weeks later. You  guessed it... they didn't come again! We finally realized that we should look elsewhere and started calling people for referrals and later turned to the good old Yelp.

In short, I got a hold of 5-6 electricians by November 9th. One of them wouldn't even be able to do an estimate until November 29th! Others had faster turnaround on the assessment, but could only do the work on December 14th or December 20th. And their quotes were double what we expected from when we talked to the hot tub salesman.

So yeah, I could not believe my fortune when Igor came out to do an estimate a week after our initial contact and then fit us into the schedule a week later - today, in fact! :-D We're hosting extended family for Thanksgiving this year and I'm so excited that they'll be able to use the hot tub when they come! (gotta score points with the in-laws, you know)

Anyways, I don't know if this is due to COVID contractor crunch, but this whole electrician finding saga ended up being much longer and more stressful than I anticipated but ended on a very happy note!

Igor came out and did a fantastic job putting in a new 220v outlet for our kitchen so we can get rid of our gas range in Snoqualmie.

There was excellent communication from Jessica. They were both very helpful answering all of our questions and we are very happy with the cost. All in all they really went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with their work. I will definitely be using their services for our future needs.

I needed information about electric issues on a home repair project.  I spoke to Igor, who was extremely helpful! He asked me various questions to gather the information he needed, and provided me with detailed input about what they would need to do for the electrical work.  He gave outstanding customer service!

Igor from Red Line completed his work at our condominium building replacing 140 plus wall scones and ceiling can lights. The hallways are a lot more modern looking and so much brighter now. Igor and Jessica also left some additional leftover parts for the new lobby ceiling can lights for us in case we need them in the future. Both of them are very friendly, professional, and tidy throughout the process! We loved working with them!

We just had new recessed lights put in for our bedrooms and basement by Igor. The workmanship was excellent and we are very happy with the result. I had a plastic ceiling electrical box that was cracked, and I wanted to replace it with one suitable for a ceiling fan. Red Line came out and provided a reasonable estimate. They also performed the work right there. It seemed like the structure of the building created a bit of complexity for the electrician (i-joists rather than solid lumber, plus the ceiling drywall was almost double the thickness one would expect). The electrician completed the work, cleaned up, then educated me (with photos) about what he had encountered.
Overall I was satisfied with the work, sticking to the estimate, and teaching me a bit.

I highly recommend Red line service. He installed entryway chandelier and two switches for us. Very helpful and informative when we discussed the height to hang the chandelier. The job is perfectly done and the price is reasonable. He use canvas dropcloth to protect floor and also took away the garbage and vacuumed after he completed the job. I would come back for sure and if I need electricians again.

My husband and I highly reccomend this business!  Our washer and dryer needed to be replaced and we ordered stackable ones to replace a one machine unit.  We were worried that we didn't have the right hook ups for two machines and panicked because the new ones were coming in a week.  

Red Line called us back quickly and came out that day to give us a quote.  It turned out we had the right connections but there was an issue with the breaker in the panel for the washer not being a GFCI breaker.  They were patient and answered questions and explained everything to us.  They also fixed the problem quickly the same day.

I needed an outdoor outlet of 240v 20A to install my electric heater. I hired Red Line Electric Service and they did a great job wiring from electric box in garage all the way to backyard and installed the heater properly. I'm very satisfied the result. Would recommend the service.

I got 5 electricians to come out and bid for upgrading my old 125amp panel to a new 200amp panel. Igor came out and did a very thorough inspection of the job and educated me about what was needed, what the job would entail, and his recommendation. He clearly knew his stuff and gave me a ton of advice on other electrical questions that I had. His bid was competitive, but not the lowest or highest - I feel it was very fair seeing all the effort put into the job. I selected him and they got the job scheduled and did a good job of communicating all along the process. They coordinated the proper inspections and the inspector said that Igor had done a really good job and passed inspection with no problem. On the day of final install Igor worked all day and was very communicative with what would happen. All in all I am very pleased with my selection of Red Line for this project and will be calling them for future electrical needs.

We wanted to install an EV charger in our garage because charging using a v110 outlet is too slow. Received a few quotes but decided to go with Red Line Electric Services because they are the most responsive, the price is reasonable, and seem knowledgeable about EV charger installation. If you are looking for any electrical works, I would really recommend Red Line Electric Services.

Igor initially came out in response to our needing a quote for upgrading our electrical panel in order to utilize a full-home generator for power outages (which are far too many near Dash Point St. Park & the incompetency of PSE doesn't help).  
  Simple, right? Wrong. Igor gave us a veritable schooling on a lot of things we should have known, but didn't. Knowledgeable, professional & efficient, he made our decision on whom to choose for an electrician easy to make. While we were at it, we decided to have him replace & install five different lighting systems in the house. Everything went according to plan & in a day & a half it was done, everything worked perfectly & he instructed us on how to use the interlock system to make use of the generator.
  We will have him back out in '23 to redo the entire jury-rigged garage lighting mess that the previous owner installed & install more lights in the house.
  Trust me, there's no need in doing any more research for an electrician...Igor is the guy.

Excellent install job and flexible to last minute change. Great explanation of what was being done and worked with me to make sure things were done to the spec I wanted. They also got the new circuit permitted and up to code with the install. Would recommend to anyone.

Wildly responsive, informed the issue as minor but used the rest of the charged hour to inform me on how to properly operate my back up generator. Igor was fantastic!

We had a requirement to install 200-240V 30A outlets in a commercial condo. Jessica was very responsive in communications, and Igor stopped by to give a detailed and reasonable quote.

During the work day Igor arrived on time. Initially there was an issue to open the electrical panel, but Igor visited the building's electric room and figured out a way to open it. He started to work on it immediately. I think he is very experienced and pays attention to the details. He wired carefully to minimize the damage to the walls and ceilings. He also scheduled the city inspection in the afternoon so everything was completed in the same day.

We are very pleased with the work quality and communication from Red Line Electronic. We will definitely hire them again when there are future needs.

Our home office outlets suddenly stopped working on a Sunday night and urgently needed repair. I put out a request and Red Line was able to schedule us within the week. Our electrician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue to one outlet that had failed. He explained the issue in detail and was upfront about the cost to install the upgraded replacement. I hired Redline Electric Services based on their positive Yelp reviews, their work did not disappoint.  Our house is over 30 years old and had some electrical issues.  Igor was very thorough and took his time to explain what needed to be done, and why. We had a GFI outlet that was occasionally tripping.  He explained what he thought was the root cause of the problem and gave his recommendation. He also replaced a standard outlet in our laundry room that was currently not a GFCI outlet or per code, and another standard outlet in our powder room.  Our current outdoor outlet was fitted with one designed for indoor use only, so Igor replaced it with an appropriate one.  He also replaced a hallway ceiling hard wired smoke alarm. The job took approx. 2 hours, and the price was reasonable. Will call Redline for all of our future electrical work.

Needed help replacing an old chandelier. Red Line responded quickly, and was able to come out within a few days. They took care to carefully remove the old bulbs and fixture, and patiently adjusted the cords on the new one. Everything looks great now!

I hired this company based on their 5-star rating, and judging from this one experience, I believe they deserve their 5 stars.  I had to have new circuits put in to power heating elements that I had installed in my gutters to prevent ice buildup, and I knew it was going to be a difficult job because my house is old and has solid wood exterior and interior walls.  Igor overcame all the obstacles and handled the job professionally and efficiently, and additionally - this was greatly appreciated - cleaned up after himself, which many contractors do not do.  At my request, he communicated directly with the company that had installed the heating elements to get the technical information that he needed, and he also communicated clearly with me, explaining what the options were and the pros and cons of each.  He showed up at the appointed time for both appointments, which many contractors also do not do.  And the finished workmanship looks very nice.  Additionally, Jessica in the office was very professional to deal with.  This company is definitely going down in my book as a go to resource for the future.  Finding and selecting them took a lot of research, but it was worth it.
