Victor showed up at the early end of the appointment window, listened carefully to my description of the problem, assessed the condition of the wiring and circuit breaker panel, and gave me immediate, comprehensive, and easily understandable information, recommendation, and informal guestimate on further needed work. That guestimate was considerably less than I had imagined, and a follow up quote for such work was even less expensive than the guestimate. I'm pretty happy about that.

A quick look at my panel told him that it was a big fire hazard and convinced me without any salesman type pressure that it should be replaced, both for safety and better functionality. Victor simply had me google the brand name of the panel maker, and I saw for myself what a risk it was to not replace it.  

Then applying an immediate fix to the switch that caused me to reach out for help due to an overheated and melting wire, he determined that it was the new light fixture itself that was at fault. I had been told any fixes made would be a separate charge beyond the fee just for showing up, but Victor charged nothing extra and I was happy to pay the reasonable diagnostic fee for all his time and reassurance.

He also provided a very useful and encouraging recommendation for a secondary problem that would, if addressed, result in adding a new outlet in a way that can avoid tearing out a lot of drywall in my newly painted living room. I'm very relieved to hear this!

Finally, he advised me on the safe use of an under tile floor heating feature I just added to my remodeled bathroom but felt a little afraid to use due to the dicey electrical situation in my condo overall.

To my pleasant surprise, he was able to come out the same day. He was polite, efficient and did a great job installing a 220v outlet for my EV charger. I would highly recommend Merv Electric!

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

Not sure where to start. Alive Electric is an amazing company. I had some outlet issues that I could not resolve till he came. The GFCI outlet started to work when he arrived on Saturday. He still checked everything and left with a handshake and on the top of that he is very friendly. Highly recommend Alive Electric to everyone.

I called Dependable Electric on a Friday afternoon while we were renovating a room. The baseboard heater hadn't been working for some time, and purchasing a new one didn't fix it. I described the problem over the phone to Paul and he said he could be out on Monday. When Monday came, Paul called early to let us know he was available sooner than expected and would it be okay to come over. He was so courteous! I'm used to companies usually being late, so him coming early and checking with us was a wonderful surprise!

When he arrived, he went over all the necessary paperwork and expectations - Paul was very clear and helpful. He inspected the issue and found a solution for us in the first hour, and saved us from some poor work done by a previous owner. I really appreciated that he kept us updated as he worked, telling us what may be the problem, what it definitely wasn't, and letting us know about the upkeep of our house's wiring. Never once did he feel pushy or like he was talking down to us. I would definitely go to Paul in the future for another project!

We used Dave to replace at least 2/3 of our home's electrical that was still knob and tube. He worked hard, was extremely honest, and kept us thoroughly up-to-date on what he was doing and where he was at with the timeline.  We are already calling him back to to a bit of additional work.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

I needed help hiding an exposed electrical conduit that was a huge eyesore.  While every other company immediately quoted me for the cost of replacing the entire electrical circuit, Greg suggested a simple solution for burying the existing line into the wall, at a fraction of the cost other companies were quoting.  Greg and his colleague James completed the work quickly and professionally; they were in and it in just around an hour!

This is my first experience working with Honesty Electrical and they have lived up to their name; they will be the first company I will call if I need an electrician in the future.

I know one thing about this business:  when I got a flat tire in front of their establishment trying to rush home with my 3 year old in the car and a hungry baby at home waiting to nurse, they didn't hesitate to help.   A really nice guy checked with his boss and headed right out to save the day and get us safely on our way.

Greg installed our Generac generator earlier this year. Greg was very reasonable. We were very satisfied with his work. Greg always answers his phone or quickly follows up whenever we tried to contact him.  Highly recommend!!

I was so happy to find Aces Electrical Services because they are local and we believe in supporting local businesses. I was able to schedule the installation of our light fixture when it was convenient for me. The job was done perfectly and in the allotted time for a good price. The staff was professional and personable. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I only wish they were a handyman service so I could hire them for all my household jobs. I highly recommend this company.

Asked for an estimate for some heater replacement was told I need to email photos which I did. Never heard back from Parker Brothers. So I went with blue flame and probably was more expensive but at least they follow through when they say they will.

Dave and his team did a great job re-wiring old knob and tube in my turn of the century West Seattle home. Great communication throughout, super mindful of cleaning up after themselves, and were able to get the job done ahead of schedule! Good advice about possible future projects as well. I highly recommend!

After reading the other review here I called them up to clean up some wiring in my 1954 rambler.  The guy (Larry I think) went out and promptly created a work order with itemized parts, and scanned and emailed it to me.  The went out and did the work in advance of when it was scheduled (with my permission).  The work came out great and at the estimated cost.  I had them do some follow-up work to remove a junction box and re-splice some leftover wires, and they did it really quick and for much lower cost than expected.

Recommended.

Helped me with some electrical repairs in North Bend.  Arrived when he said he would, got his work done quickly, billing was just as he explained, nice guy overall.  What more can I ask for?

I hired Reign City Electric to replace my electric panel and install a wall heater. They were initially responsive during the estimate process, so I hired them.

We scheduled a time for them to come do the work, and they were a no show. The owner said they forgot to put it on the calendar.

We scheduled a new time for them to come and when they arrived, they said they couldn't start the job at 10am and needed more time. It didn't make sense why they would schedule something at 10am, but then arrive only to say they couldn't do it.

Eventually, they finally completed the job. But a week or so later, our lights started flickering. I've been calling and texting for 3+ weeks to no response. Today, our lights completely went out on one level of our home. We've continued to call and text multiple numbers, but have not heard anything back.

I would avoid this company at all costs due to their unreliability in scheduling, unresponsiveness, and low quality of work.

I was in the process of getting multiple quotes from contractors about switching out a 40 amp breaker with a 30 amp. This was recommended by the company that installed my new combo wall oven/microwave as its specs say it's rated 30 amp. Rich was the only one who told me that I didn't need to get this done as the oven circuitry and the whole house surge suppression system that I have installed will protect me and I have a very small chance of anything going wrong. I appreciate his honesty and he saved me a few hundred $.

WORST SERVICE!!! Ever.. called them for a free quote.. ended up spending $300 for Inspection and service fee of $69 and got nothing out of it.

DON'T Use these guys..!!! absolutely waste of time.
