Needed help replacing an old chandelier. Red Line responded quickly, and was able to come out within a few days. They took care to carefully remove the old bulbs and fixture, and patiently adjusted the cords on the new one. Everything looks great now!

Victor did an amazing job getting our electric vehicle home charger (Tesla) installed quickly and correctly.  He had good recommendations for its location and made the process easy.

From beginning to end, this was an easy and delightful process.  Janette helped us quickly get a quote and book the appointment without a lot of back and forth -- their pricing was very competative.  They happily added on another wall/outlet wiring for a small fee.  I would highly recommend this team and they will be our go-to electricians now.

We used Merv Electric to do several days worth of projects around the house (pot lights, new outlets, replacing bathroom fans, new circuits, etc.).  They were fantastic and we're very happy with the results.  They left their work areas very clean.  Always wore masks.  They were very responsive via email.  They adapted to various minor changes I requested.   The prices were very fair.  Everything past inspections.  Overall, very happy with the results - I highly recommend to others.

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

They did so TERRIBLY for us. About a year ago our attic fan went out, and we hired them to replace it. They did, and it has never once turned on. Best I can tell, they just didn't understand what they were doing. After a few months, and we realized it legitimately had NEVER turned on after the install, they came out to repair it, and said it worked perfectly. Cue another few months wait, and we finally convinced them (in December) that it wasn't working. They told us they had a part on order, but things were taking a long time. We waited until mid-January and hassled them again until they committed to coming February 6th. Feb 6th came and went, and now they won't return my phone calls or emails.

I set up an appt for an estimate at my rental. Paul showed up 20 mins early to my tenant's door. She asked him to wait until I arrived so he did go to his truck and wait. Due to a road being blocked off and having to take a detour I was 15 mins late. Paul came back at the actual appt time and was very pushy with my tenant and refused to wait until I was there. Luckily he was still there when I arrived. He didn't explain much to me since he already explained things to my tenant. He gave me some prices and we parted ways. Later he called me and told me a lower price and also told me he's not that hard up for work because he stays busy.

No thank you, would never hire this guy.

Dave was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive and receptive to what I was trying to do. He installed 2 CAT 6 runs, a Ceiling fan, and several outlets and switches for some new construction that we had been working on. He helped me tremendously bring my new office to life and resolved several issues from our house inspection as well.

I highly recommend Dave for anything electrical or cabling related.

Greg has done two jobs for us and always has taken care to do the job right and left the work space clean. He is reasonably priced and has a good grasp of what it takes to make it all work. Highly recommended!

Andrew is the ultimate professional: knowledgable, efficient, friendly and an excellent communicator. I needed to reconfigure the panel on our RV and I would still probably be doing it if I had undertaken it myself. Andrew has done other work around our house in the past and when there is electric work to be done, he is the first person I recommend. Trustworthy, caring, and dependable. I know one thing about this business:  when I got a flat tire in front of their establishment trying to rush home with my 3 year old in the car and a hungry baby at home waiting to nurse, they didn't hesitate to help.   A really nice guy checked with his boss and headed right out to save the day and get us safely on our way.

I sent the company an email of exactly what needed to be done. Waited 2 days for a response-none received. Called the phone #. Told him I sent an email-he said he didn't get it-a lie. He said he would call me the next day-another lie. I had used this company several times in the past -but when someone lies to me, in this case repeatedly-they go on my avoid list. As an accountant  I do keep lists. There are plenty of of other electricians on this site to chose from. This is a heads-up for other homeowners.

- Work was done to fix basic light fixtures but slower and more expensive than expected. Some things not finished. Prob depends on which tech you get.
- If something goes wrong, watch out. Strong language was used to show how I was wrong. Freq mention of the Lord and minority used to get their way.
- Scheduling was difficult. Couple of times no one showed.
- Reign removes negative reviews by offering money. All the positive reviews don't present complete picture.

Only work with these folks if your job is small and if things are likely to go well.

Both Travis and Casey showed up to my home on time with masks.

Both are friendly, excellent customer service and listening skills.  Gave me options to resolve the electrical issues.

Integrity, highly skilled in all things electrical and diligently work to resolve the problem shoot the issues until success

Next job for them is to replace 3 bathroom lights, do a little updating :-)
Thank for excellence during this COVID mess.

An electrician came by this afternoon to diagnose an electrical problem we have with our driveway lights. He was unable to solve the problem and in addition screed up my garage door opener that now doesn't work and I have to operate it manually. When I called in and described the problem they said there was nothing they can do. They charged me over $400.00 and couldn't solve the problem and left me in an unworkable situation. On a scale from 1-5 I give them minus zero. At the very least they should have fixed the problem they caused.
