We needed an additional outlet on a dedicated circuit behind our fridge.  Justin came out on time, was courteous and professional.  He walked me through what his plan was, which involved interior/exterior work.  Whenever he entered they home, he wore a mask and shoe slippers.  His work was meticulous - very neat and tidy.  He even fixed up old outlet behind the fridge without asking.  All within the time they quoted me.  I couldn't ask for better, and will definitely use them again for any future electrical work.

We had a tree fall on our house and the whole act of god makes us prime candy for any kinda building contractors...honestly we could easily be told we needed updates or work done, and our insurance probably would have covered it no problem. Actually surprisingly a lot of the people we have been trying to work with have been more than happy to give us an over estimated bill on work we don't actually need simply to take advantage of the insurance of insurance money. Steele, their field manager, came out for free and was super nice, helpful and honest. Told me we actually didn't need the work done after all (again, he easily could have made up a job like others have been doing, the house is old) and that kinda integrity deserves recognition. I appreciate it and we will call them for all our electricity needs in the future.

I hired Electri-city's services to install a pair of Tesla electric car chargers on a single breaker using the load-sharing feature of the updated Tesla wall connector model released in early 2016. My installation was complicated by the fact that my home already had a backup power generator with an automatic transfer switch to keep my home powered during grid outages, but the system didn't have enough power to run the wall connectors at the same time, and in any event Tesla explicitly cautioned against using their hardware with private generators.

Electri-city went beyond my expectations by researching the problem and discussing it with Tesla representatives directly, and they eventually found a solution by using a rare type of breaker that they ordered from some place in Las Vegas. The work was completed a couple months ago and their solution has been working well. By contrast, the other local electrician firm that I got a quote from didn't make any attempt to find a solution to the generator issue AND quoted a higher cost for the job (which would have excluded the special breaker that Electri-city used). So Electri-city provided better service at a lower price.

It did however take Electri-city a couple months to figure out how to handle my situation, and they also had to come back after the installation to add additional bushings after the permit inspection, so it wasn't perfect, but overall I am very happy with Electri-city's service.

A local small business with great integrity. Prompt, highly professional and skilled service.   We called them for an issue that turned out to just be a breaker that looked on but actually hadn't quite flipped all the way.  With a clear opportunity to take advantage of us,  the electrician did not.  Then since we didn't have to spend on a breaker replacement and he was out here anyway, we asked him to install our new hardwired double oven.  It was tricky with old wiring,  he reassured us that the extra long special cable we'd salvaged was not aluminum and could be used to save us a bundle.  He dealt with the tricky rewire and install like it was the easiest thing in the world,  and happily explained and chatted while working efficiently.  We'll certainly call again next time we need electrical work in our fixer.

Was moving on a Saturday and needed my Tesla charger installed at the new house on move day. Set up weeks before, but they wouldn't give me a time as many times as I asked (I requested an afternoon appointment). The day before the move, they finally told me, they could only do 8 AM. While it was less than good for me, I needed my charger, so I rearranged the move day to accommodate them. The electrician never showed up. I tried calling their emergency number, and emailing my contact without a response. They basically left me stranded.

Prompt service, used them twice (once for repair, once for new installation). Highly recommend.

These guys did a full re-wire on my house, ran new service lines and installed a new breaker panel.  They took care of everything including running hidden wires so I could mount my tv on the wall and adding ethernet cables.

The guys do excellent work and are very reliable, I am having them re-wire my cabin this next spring.

After reading the other review here I called them up to clean up some wiring in my 1954 rambler.  The guy (Larry I think) went out and promptly created a work order with itemized parts, and scanned and emailed it to me.  The went out and did the work in advance of when it was scheduled (with my permission).  The work came out great and at the estimated cost.  I had them do some follow-up work to remove a junction box and re-splice some leftover wires, and they did it really quick and for much lower cost than expected.

I have used them a bunch for many repairs and find them to be very helpful. They care about making sure work is done quickly, correctly and are very clean. Bjorn is awesome! Its really hard to find an electrician who will handle small jobs and big jobs. This company loves doing all sizes of work and really knows what customer service means.
