Woke up this morning uncomfortable, confused as to why the AC suddenly stopped working. When I couldn't self-diagnose, I reached out to Fuse, who sent a technician/estimator by the name of Stan within the hour. Was so pleased with their timeliness and follow-through. Stan was honest and upfront, immediately made the repair and was on his way within 30-minutes. AC now working beautifully. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended for a Tesla wall charger install. Dan was quick to respond to all my questions. Tesla online was sold out for weeks on wall chargers but Dan was able to secure one for me in a matter of days--that's service. I watched Dan install from beginning to end and all I was impressed with his work. Definitely agree with all the yelp reviews about being professional and responsive. After waking up to a fire hazard just waiting to happen (during the hottest days of the year), due to an electrical malfunction, then calling pg&e who came out and promptly shut off my service (and my a/c!), GWE was recommended to me by a trusted general contractor who had previously worked with them. Their representative Troy promptly made an appointment with me to assess my needs. I found Troy to be professional, personable and knowledgeable about all things pertaining to my problem, and he immediately started the repair process in motion. From permit to installation of a new 200amp service to final inspection and the restoration of service, Troy was there to handle everything to perfection. He even threw in the installation of some outdoor lights! Everyone associated with the company, Troy, Shelby, James and Ray were completely focused on my needs and were only concerned with my complete satisfaction, even to the point of honoring a discount offer after the work was done! Electrical:
We want to acknowledge the ongoing work by Angel Vargas, Christian and the other people on the electrical crew.  All are very polite and have good attention to detail. The job site is cleaned up at the end of the day and debris is removed so we don't have to hire someone else to do that task.

In particular, Angel Vargas is a standout on the team in regards to keeping us up to date on his work and explaining the technical aspects of the job, which is a big help in understanding the complicated work being done.

We especially appreciate the accuracy he displayed in wiring and hanging our two dining room pendant lights from our vaulted ceiling that has little to no crawl space.  Angel figured out  the measurements relative to the dining table size and the for the proper location of the lights. It was completed perfectly!

Remodel:

We've worked longer with Angel Bravo and when we have questions about the project, he answers without hesitation and gives us the information we need to understand the aspect of the job he's working on. Angel's craftsmanship with installing cabinets is extremely precise and the end result is excellent.

Installed new water softener and reverse osmosis great service exceeded my expectations

I wanted to install 2 security cameras. First was an easy installation by replacing an existing light fixture. Second was a little labor intensive where additional wiring and junction box was installed in the attic.
I had reached out to several electricians. Few of them came over and looked at the project from outside. Ivan was the only one who actually went to the attic and figured out what needs to be done. He was great at communicating and gave a reasonable estimate. I will definitely hire him again for future electrical work.

Service Champions totally took advantage of my elderly father a few months ago. He is now in an assisted living facility. The heating and cooling wires that are wrapped in black look atrocious. Would you want this at your house? The wires should go up through the roof with flashing. We tried to contact the company when we saw what was done but didn't get a response. Finally got ahold of someone and they said they would come look at it but never called or came out. Stay far away from this company.

Hi Yelp peeps! We want you all to know that this is our second review for PCE because they are the best, most respectful, most thoughtful and most kindhearted people around! Their installation crews are highly intelligent and can talk for days about amperes, watts, ohms and anything electrical you can think of. And I mean anything.. three weeks into our home rewire and we've asked Benny and Noah pretty much everything under the sun we are concerned with regarding electricity in general and regarding all that's being done to our home - panel questions, wiring questions, switches outlets and lighting questions.. there was always something new to learn everyday lol. And in the offchance they don't know something (like .0001%), they will find out for you because they are proud of what they do! I work from home so was fortunate to have seen their work first hand every single day. I know what knob and tube is and I've seen my attic and crawlspaces because of their pictures! They did such a great job, the attic crew we hired to clean out our asbestos were pretty impressed by their wire work. And did we mention previously on our initial job with PCE that a 20-year carpenter told us he was in shock at how amazing our electricians were, that 'nice' electricians are a rare breed? We told him you don't even know.. in our three weeks with Noah and Benny our kids feel safe, we feel safe, and even our dog loves them! The amount of respect and care they have put in working around our home and with us is something we have never experienced with any contractor. Our burnt out wiring is gone, our knob and tubes are disconnected and taken care of, our ceiling fan will be braced so much better (it was done by someone who put them on some plastic contraption or other), I mean, these guys care plenty and Benny himself was shocked saying that our fan could have fallen on us or our kids at any point in time in the event of an earthquake! And they looked worried for us!! And Noah as well - how many times did he explain how a subpanel/panel works, how power gets distributed etc, because he was the one underneath setting up the circuits although between the two of them we're pretty sure they always backed each other up and cross-referenced the work that was done. So again, Noah and Benny, Benny and Noah, we are grateful tons!!! These guys could have just done their job and clocked out at the end of every day but no, they took the time to speak to us whenever we asked and explained things to allay any fears or concerns we had. Such a stellar job, we hope Chad and Jorge aren't jealous that we had Benny and Noah for so long.. lol. (For reference, the amazing Chad and Jorge plus Eddie was the initial crew who came out to do our first job - some outlet changes etc, see previous review below!) As I write we still have some minor things to take care of and we still have to get code approval from the city and sheetrock fixes done. Mind you, waiting another two weeks or so to get the remainder done is not an issue as we know exactly where we are and what is happening in every step of our rewire project. Knowing Benny and Noah are on the job is like having Batman and Robin in our corner! We'll never worry again.. and I'll let them decide who is who.. lol. We are customers for life.

Max came out to our house on short notice, was very nice and thoroughly went through our a/c system to find out what was wrong. He did not rush the diagnostic,  presented a few options to fix our issues and told us he'd be providing different estimates depending on our budget and what route we want to take. We appreciated him taking his time to do a thorough check and giving honest answers to our questions. The fee for the check was also reasonable. Thank you Max.

I am extremely happy for the professional service I have received from Bellows. I have had two technicians that have been extremely efficient in helping me with my heater. I need to also mention that both Jeremy and Mike were joyful, kind, and very respectful to my needs. Everything they did was explained to me clearly and simply.
