Dan of BAM did a great TV/bracket/ Blue Ray with shelf installation for us yesterday. Excellent work, very knowledgeable, friendly and low key. He also dealt with Comcast re: our Xfinity password, hooked up another Xfinity box to another TV, sorted out the WiFi signal from the router box, and also installed a wall-mount light fixture. I'm having him come back soon to hang some heavy pictures. Can't recommend him highly enough.

There was slight damage around the drywall that they ran wires to. They worked with us and hired a painter to fix the drywall and repaint the areas. We really appreciate that they paid so much attention to these small details and they really care about the service they provide.

I contacted fuse to help me sort out a problem with a brand-new Bosch range which Bosch was not able to be responsive to a warranty call. Fuse arrived the same day took a look and felt that we should have Bosch do the warranty service. They left without charging me which I appreciated.

Our AC system shut down and we were without any AC for 3 days while I was trying all the DIY fixes. We called Service Champions and we had the pleasure of meeting JOSIAH. What a great guy. Andrew was ultimate professional.  Neat. On time.  Pleasant.  And he did diagnose the problem correctly,  for just over half what others charged minimum.  (Others wanted 150 alone for the visit.  This was much less) Gave written upgrade suggestions, which our initial visit can be used as a credit towards, but absolutely no pressure. I played phone tag with several firms, Pacific helped right away.

We recently had FUSE Service INC. replace our existing furnace with a brand new heat pump system. Vlad was our service advisor who provided us a couple of options for us to choose from, went over the differences between the options, and also told us about rebates and programs we qualified for.

Installers were very knowledgeable and took great care doing the install. They were able to complete a 3 day job in 2 days so we can have the new heat pump in time for the recent frigid weather.
