Best Electric Furnace Repair in San Jose CA
I had requested this company to finish the plumbing for a bathroom. I was refused because the company works with a contractor only, not directly with the owner, they need a contractor to tell them what to do, not the owner

Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. My repair request was incorrect. With that said he figured out the issue and charged me a fair price. If you want someone trustworthy with experience, I highly recommend AY EMP. It is a pleasure to work with a the second generation of local contractors that care. Thank you AY EMP

I had to have an air conditioning unit relocated from a second floor down to the ground floor and a new air register added to a room. Simple enough on the surface but both pretty big jobs. I am so happy that someone recommended Bellows to me... Russell was the first rep to come to my place and was great to work with. Once we scheduled, Rudy and Brandon showed up both days on time and worked long hours to get everything done right. They checked and double checked every step, they were friendly and explained everything and the quality of their work was excellent. Bellows sent out electricians and serviceman to confirm everything was in fine working order - and they were awesome too. Five stars for sure. They did a great job and I definitely would use them again. Thanks!

We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it. Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

I called in the morning regarding couple of issues with air conditioning system at my home; they managed to schedule it for 3-5pm same day; technician (Dan) showed up exactly at 3pm; and work was done by 5pm! Very professional service at a reasonable price. Dan was knowledgeable and patient with explaining newbie queries I had about the system. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Palo Alto Plumbing for both competence and courtesy. We realized we had a water leak somewhere on our property. Living in an Eichler on a slab, the possibilities of where it was were numerous. Max, the owner, came to the house and within 5-10 minutes and no special equipment other than experience, diagnosed the problem as a broken water pipe from the meter to our house. His crew worked for 2 days to clear a trench and replace the water main and some additional time to repair an old sprinkler line which was collateral damage to all the necessary digging. Max's bid was not cheap, but was quite fair given the difficulty of the job. His crew was always polite and hard working. They did great work without cutting corners that others may have been tempted to do. We have used Palo Alto Plumbing before and will continue to use them in the future.

They came to checkout the AC which wasn't working. After the troubleshoot, they gave me three quotes, $3200 (a fix no warranty for labor or parts), $4000 (with warranty for x months), $15649 (an up sale to replace the entire system). I asked why the $3200 option doesn't provide warranty. They gave me an execute that the $4000 option will install an extra part which that they can't provide warranty. Then I asked them to break down the cost of labor and parts. Pacific Coast refuses to break down the labor and parts. I started to suspect their price.
I get another company to troubleshoot the next day. Their recommendation is the same as the Pacific Coast $3200 option ( replace circuit broad and thermo control) but huge difference in price. This company gives me a break down of parts $169 and labor $380, total $549 vs $3200 from Pacific Coast.
It's pretty obvious why Pacific Coast didn't want to break down the part and labor.

Great technician!!! Richard listened to our problem with our new a/c unit that was installed by another company. The problem was really simple. It didn't cool down the house. Even though I reached out to the original installer the techs there could never figure out the problem. So I needed fresh eyes on this and Richard figured it out in 10 minutes. The damper wasn't opening. It was stuck. So he fixed it.
He looked over the unit thoroughly to make sure nothing else was wrong.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
We are definitely using Bellows from now on!
