One of our outlets went in the fritz and Voltyx came out on the same day not only to take a look at the issue and assess what the issue was, but they were also able to fix it and had all of the hardware need for the repair. I would certainly use them next time we have issues.

I needed my electrical outlet replaced to fit my EV charger adapter. Dave provided a consultation over Zoom and then we proceeded to schedule a day he could work on my outlet. For the entire project, I felt that he was knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I understood what he was doing. 10/10 would go back to him to work on future electrical projects.

Mike arrived on time, knew his stuff and repaired my shorted out 240 volt kitchen oven circuit - even helped me remount the oven in it's cabinet - what nice guy. My first use of his skills but not my last

I've used AC DC in the past. This time, I needed to bring the electrical for my older rental property up to code. John, in my opinion, is probably the best electrician in Tracy. I've had other electricians look at that home in the past, only to shy away from the difficult stuff. John (along with his great associate, Cynthia) tackled all of my problems, and actually solved them and explained to me exactly what was wrong in every instance.
Issues were identified, brought to my attention, and corrected. If you're looking for cheap labor, this is not for you. If you want the job done right, use AC DC. It's a great experience when you know that your electrical is safe.

Interesting all the years I have used this sight I always had quotes. And I have come across some very high standard companies. Companies that don't value their manpower or skills want money up front. Good luck to you.. I'll send you pictures of my beautiful paint job from a company who gave me a quote.

We have worked with Victor twice and both times he was fantastic. He worked on a big project for our gazebo and it went off without a hitch. Today I called him early in the morning with a problem and he came right over and fixed it immediately even though it needed more work than I had previously thought. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with.

Five or Free did electrical work for us just before the end of the year and they were extremely professional, friendly, caring and took extra time to call us in the evening to make sure everything was working properly. We needed a lot of work done and we were very happy we called them. Can't stress enough how nice they were. We highly recommend them.

We needed someone immediately and owner Juan Marin was there to help! We called several companies but couldn't get anyone to come asap. High Power Electric took care of us immediately! When he left we received a detailed explanation what was going on. We will call High Power Electric for all of our electrical needs because Juan was there when we needed him. Thank you Juan for answering our call! He's definitely the best at what he does.

This guy not only knows what he's doing, but won't try to over sell. Straight shooter, nice guy and very affordable. So whether you have a large job or a small one, give Stewart a call. You'll be glad you did.

Big projects beware!
From reading the other reviews, it looks like Roger does a good job with small projects and seems to talk very well. However, our big remodel resulted in huge budget overruns, failure to meet critical timelines and an invoice full of ghost work days.
Many other customers mention Roger's walk through and great communication. We had a great walkthrough and a talk that instilled me with great confidence. Of course, that talk never made it into writing and was denied aggressively after the work done already exceeded an agreed price by 150%...and still counting.
I postponed the installation of a dishwasher, stove hood, A/C and fireplace insert because scheduled electrical work just didn't happen. Apparently they had other big projects that took precedent.
I took two days off work to meet with the electricians at East Bay Electric to discuss the progress and get a status update. They did not show but those days showed up on the invoice. Now the electrical part of the remodel is stopped over a cost dispute. Of course, I was informed that the original quote could not be accurate because they are so busy they don't need new customers. They overbid now because of all the work they have and would not have given me such a low bid. Then, I was told that if I didn't pay the inflated invoice, they could put a lien on my house...but nobody really wants it to get to that.
Yesterday I discovered during a city inspection of the work so far that Roger did not permit the electrical work. Now I am left with an unfinished electrical system and possible penalties for simple negligence. At a critical stage of a long, expensive remodel, I am forced to find an emergency replacement electrician and battle over a ridiculous invoice for unfinished work.
Get those great Roger speeches in writing!

We have tried relentlessly to use these people but, sadly, they have flaked repeatedly, leaving my wife and I high and dry after taking time off work to be home to meet them. It's absolutely crazy-making and I hope you all have a better experience than we did.

Normally I try to limit writing reviews but in this case I think it will be valuable to people since electrical work isn't like getting dinner somewhere. Bill cares about the work, following code requirements and being on time. We had a large room remodeled with lots of electrical changes / updates, he and his crew took care of it all. He's matter of fact and knowledgeable, with excellent follow up.

Mark was great! He came out within an hour on NYE to fix the circuit breaker that had blown during a power outage. He was punctual, efficient, and very professional. We will definitely use Flemming Electric for our future projects.

They made everything fast and easy. Got the quote online, signed online, then they set up an appointment right away. I think Erin came out the next morning. He was very punctual, professional, completed the work in the time window allotted. Gave a nice how to afterwards to make sure I had some background with the Tesla charger. Left the work area very clean afterwards. Kirill arranged for the city permit, and the inspection appt. Came to meet the inspector, emailed me a copy of the permit the same evening. They really took care of everything. And Kirill was sure to send me links for any rebates I qualified for, which was really above and beyond. Would highly recommend! (I also gathered 4 quotes, and their pricing was competitive)

I have been having a lot of work done on my house, and Mark was the most professional of all the people who have done work for me. He ran an electrical line to a difficult location in order for an appliance to be installed and fixed a series of outlets downstairs that did not work. I wouldn't hesitate to call your company again when I need electrical work.
