I was first introduced to Airspeed in 2010, when I was renting a home. Steve has great fiduciary abilities in respecting his client requestsd, but ensuring the end customer (renter) is always taken care of. That experience is what made me after buying my own home(s) only utilize Steve for new and support services on my HVAC.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John was here in 3 hours and went right to work. Nice guy and made sure our drain was cleared before he left. Charges were very reasonable.

Called about my pool level always being low and not tracking with my Jacuzzi water loss. After trying to figure out it myself I called Arizona Leak, they were are able to get to me the same day. I had prepare myself for the worst case scenario like a crack or something crazy expensive as it turns out after they isolated all my equipment it was just a defective Jandy valve deal allowing water to bypass into my backwash line to the sewer.

Top Dollar Plumbing cancelled my appointment after 4pm on a Friday evening leaving me with a leaking drain pipe for the weekend. The technician's underwear bunched up when I commented on his extreme tardiness. We clearly agreed on an appointment time and I rushed home to honor this appointment. After waiting an hour, he's still 10 minutes away.  He then explains it's customary to provide a window arrival time and it's my fault for not being available earlier as he had finished prior jobs earlier than expected. Additionally, a customary window time was not communicated but instead the technician REPEATEDLY provided a pinpoint time. In doing so, HE set any and all expectations.

Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and his lack of communication, he's insulted by my dissatisfaction and cancels while en route.

In the future, Top Dollar Plumbing should CLEARLY provide arrival time windows so that customers' expectations are reasonable and so that contracting decisions can be made based off those times. Also, don't cancel appointments when company communication is unclear and/or lacking. Instead, Top Dollar Plumbing should practice owning their mistakes, apologizing and striving to provide better customer service going forward. This is what makes a Professional Team.

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

I hate this company.The worst.Never get it for your business.All they care about is money.They charge you double for the same service done in less then 10 days.Shame on them.Dont care for regulal customers.Forst time that I write a review in my life,thats how mad I am.I am a business owner myself,they dont know anything about honesty

Very quick response to an urgent need (shower head separated from hose and would not stay on).  Aldolfo was very professional and did an excellent job of replacing with another kit on the same day of service.
He was also careful to be tidy.
Highly recommend.

Wish I could give 0 star. Apparently my AC needed a new compressor at $390, which is fine and all I guess.

Where it gets very shady is my techs extreme pressure sale of a compressor saver hard start kit for an additional $540. When I asked if the new compressor would work without it and if it was absolutely necessary he said no, it wouldn't work and is absolutely necessary. Me, knowing nothing about A/C units said ok, but I had a bad taste in my mouth about it.

Come to find out after a quick google search... these are a common AC company scam and are actually pretty useless given a new compressor was installed. On other words, not necessary at all and I got scammed.

I wish I would have read this places reviews before calling them. Absolute scam artist of a company. Avoid like the plague. Turned a common $390 compressor onto a $999.33 repair. Jokes on me I guess... but this place should not be allowed to exist anymore.

I called them to report the situation and will apparently be reached out to by the HVAC manager named Jeff. I will update this review following that conversation. In any event, this company has lost my trust and should never have yours, either.
