Honest company.  I am an investor and use them form some of my A/C and heating needs.  They aren't the cheapest but they are reliable and do good work.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

The technician was good but showed up without a mask, making it hard to argue with a quote that was very high (three times what I expected). I should have asked him to leave as the job wasn't urgent but didn't feel comfortable. He did the job (replaced faucets etc. in the sink and a cartridge in the shower) and charged more than $770 for less than two hours of work. Will not use them again or recommend them. First time during Covid that a technician shows up without a mask.
Good work but I got charged less by my surgeon.
I gave them the option to reduce the charge but they said that I had signed the quote. True. I don't argue with unmasked people.

Colton did a great job in changing out the old water heater, that was ready to burst after 10 yrs. He put in a new Rudd water heater. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need like another plumber tried.  If ever I need plumbing services, I'm keeping your number.  Thank you...

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John is the very best!! He has been taking care of our home almost 10 years! He's so kind and caring! He is a pro...knows exactly how and what to do to solve the problem! Plus, he is honestly one of the very nicest people you'll ever meet!! I recommend him highly!!!

I had a difficult problem of an under slab leak that caused significant damage through out our house during a remodel.  Our general contractor and his plumbing subcontractor refused to take responsibility or even look into the issue.  We contacted AZ Leak Detection and dealt with Adam who was remarkable.  Not only did they find and repair the problem with minimal disruption to our family, but it was very reasonable and done quickly.  The best part of the experience was how upfront and honest they were at every step of the process, taking time to explain things to us that we were not knowledgeable about.  i would recommend them to my family and friends without a seconds hesitation!  I do not often take the time to review companies, but they were so outstanding they deserve the accolades.  they took a difficult and painful situation for our family and restored us to our home as painlessly as possible and for that no amount of gratitude can be offered!

Did a great job getting my water softener installed. Stayed as long as needed to get the job done when some surprises came up. Great price for the quote, too.

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

I was having some minor plumbing issues that I have been putting off for a long time.  I called these guys and they came the same day and took care of everything for me at a reasonable price.  I utilized the special on Yelp to get a better deal.  They made sure we were satisfied with the work before I wrote the check.  If have any other problems, I will likely call these guys back.  Thanks!

I called to clear a drain in a laundry room on a $99.00 special advertised.  From the moment in the door nothing but hard push to Up Sell me at absurd prices.  They said they cleared my drain but it was not cleared.  I had to call them back to 4 days later to re do it.  Then they tried again with all the upsells.  Very annoying.  I would never use this company again.

I called penguin air for a air conditioner maintence call..knowing that the unit was old and the odds were it was going to be not good..jimmy brown was the tech who showed up..extremely professional.. went in the ceiling and took pictures of the unit..explained the difference of trying to fix it and or replacing the unit..gave me options..laid out price...everything was up front..which was awesome , no pressure..we went with the new unit..they were there in 48 hours did a complete install, and the team was awesome..cleaned up hauled off all the old equipment.and were very respectful..especially during the pandemic..they took precautions. which i found to be above and beyond.i will be calling them again for all plumbing and or electrical jobs i might need in the future.
