Omg I absolutely love this company! It was the first REAL day of summer and everyone was booked! I called on a Saturday day without even realizing that it shows them as closed and no one picked up, but he CALLED ME BACK and was able to come over in 45 minutes to help us with our AC! He was the owner and he was just so nice! Honestly amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

My water service line from the City meter to my house sprung a leak.  Custom Plumbing of Arizona came out and installed a new line at a great price.  Steven took his time to make sure everything was right and clean after he finished.   I will call them next time I have a problem.

Loved that they showed up in a masks and arrived within 1.5 hrs of my call.  They was totally polite and clear with his explanations.  Very professional and prompt.  It was a broken water heater which was 12 years old and leaking into the house, so we needed immediate service.  It was a solar unit which few plumbers work on or carry.  I will definitely use One Call in the future.  I was very favorably impressed with the staff and timely service.  Thank you One Call!!!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

I told this plumber that I have a leak behind the wall. He came to my house to tell me that he doesn't fix leaks and charged me $55.

Got them from Angie's list where they have a great Rating.  Should have checked Yelp first.  They have been out Three times and I still have leaks.  They seem nice and all but two trips should have been enough to fix the issues.  After reviewing my itemized receipt  I noticed that my wife over paid them, and we are having difficulty in getting them to refund me an over payment.  They want to send a new invoice that matches what they were paid, because their itemized receipt was ~$200.00 less than what we paid.  The owner John, made several excuses looking for way not to pay me.  In my last conversation with him he said he would email me a new invoice and hung up.

Ask them for an itemized receipt if you choose to deal with them out.  If they refuse to do this, don't have them to do the work. Or call someone else.

I contacted Top Dollar Plumbing through Thumbtack, along with two other companies.  Top Dollar responded immediately, scheduled same-day service at a very fair price, and when the plumber (Q) arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional, and polite, and he fixed my problem in record time!  He also replaced a leaking hose bib and gave me instructions on how to re-start my water softener.  He was AWESOME!  I absolutely recommend this company!

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

Nelson is the greatest. Came by, said he'd send an email with the estimate the next day. He did. Set an appointment for 2 days later. Not only were they on time, cleanly ran a gas line, and installed my new gas stove, but they finished early.
Reasonably priced, nice workers and dependable!
We will have another job in a couple months and you can bet Amigo will be doing it!

Terry Hind arrived promptly at the stated time. Our issue was that the bathroom shower was not getting any cold water so was too hot to use.  He diagnosed the problem right away.  When he went to turn off the water at the outside shut-off valve, he found it was too corroded to shut off.  I had to call the city to have the main turned off and Terry was very accommodating to go buy the needed parts while we waited.  The repairs were made in good time and to our complete satisfaction.

We just worked with Joey Miller getting our AC tuned up and cleaned ready for this summer heat. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our time. We will definitely recommend Penguin Air to all of our friends and family because of him!
