I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

I have used Custom Plumbing for seven jobs over the last for years, at my house, my son's house and my brother in law's house. They are always punctual, good communicators, take the time to explain problem and solutions so I could understand. Their office manager Vanessa is amazing, always calling and updating services. Their technicians are excellent!  No one likes to call a plumber because it usually costs some money, but if you want the best in service and fairness in treatment, I suggest you contact Custom Plumbing

Colton did a great job in changing out the old water heater, that was ready to burst after 10 yrs. He put in a new Rudd water heater. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need like another plumber tried.  If ever I need plumbing services, I'm keeping your number.  Thank you...

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John was here in 3 hours and went right to work. Nice guy and made sure our drain was cleared before he left. Charges were very reasonable.

Alex came out and looked at my hot tub for maybe 5 minutes (didn't take anything apart) and concluded I in fact, did NOT have a leak, but a few minor things needed to be fixed (a rubber 0-ring, a rubber  nipple on the PVC pipe in the storage closet). He said he could come out the following week and fix it for another $225.

So, when I went to pay for this inspection, he charged me $225. I replied, Wow, that's expensive, you didn't even do an actual leak detection. Do you normally charge the full price of a 1.5-2 hour leak detection just for a diagnosis? and he looked at me and said, Yep. So I went ahead and ran the credit card, and when he left, I decided to call, and I spoke with Gayle through the main number.

After talking with her a bit, she told me that if someone comes out, doesn't take anything apart, and there is in fact NO leak and it turns out to be something else, they only charge $99. I told her what happened, and she didn't seem too concerned, she seemed a little confused. Since she didn't even know how to handle the situation, I just had to order her around and take charge since she clearly couldn't. I told her to only charge my credit card the $99, (in the end, she really did only charge me $99) and that she needs to speak with Alex, and he needs to lower the price of the repairs or I'm going somewhere else. $225 for a few rubber parts (he even told me I could get them at Leslie's Pool Supply and Home Depot) and a little bit of labor? That's ridiculous.

I later called back and she told me he would only charge me $175. I cancelled my appointment.

The fact of the matter is - HE LIED TO MY FACE. HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME ($126 worth) and if he did it to me once, he would sure as hell do it to me again.

Gayle told me these guys are sub-contracted out, so they make a percentage of their services. OF COURSE THEY DO, no wonder he effed me over.

NEVER trust these people. They are over-priced and most importantly, DISHONEST and will screw you over!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. They deserve 1 middle finger.

I contacted Top Dollar Plumbing through Thumbtack, along with two other companies.  Top Dollar responded immediately, scheduled same-day service at a very fair price, and when the plumber (Q) arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional, and polite, and he fixed my problem in record time!  He also replaced a leaking hose bib and gave me instructions on how to re-start my water softener.  He was AWESOME!  I absolutely recommend this company!

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

Great job! They fixed a main line issue that another plumber was unable to fix. The Tech did as good of a job as you can do. Now all my water runs smoothly through the pipes. Really happy with their service. Thanks for fixing my headaches!

So glad this was the business I called for my disposal issues. Max is such a quality individual and I was blown away by his professionalism and honesty. I will be using you guys going forward for all my installs and repairs! New disposal is working phenomenally.

This company came out to fix a minor condensation problem, the very next time I turned on my A/C it was not working. They came out again to say that my valve was broken and quoted almost $2000.00 to repair it, but suggested I needed a whole new unit. They quoted $5200.00, but when John showed up to provide financing information he bumped the price up to almost $8000.00. I do NOT trust this company at all. Since than, I have received two other quotes for less than $5000 for a whole new unit. Beware people. I would not trust this company and I would watch them carefully around your system.
