We have had major septic tank issues recently and I called East Valley Septic this morning and Kelly answered right away and came that morning to help us.
I will never use another septic tank company to pump our tank!  East Valley Septic does it right, I was very impressed with them and will refer to all my family and friends!

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. He educated us on how our system works and what we can do to make sure we are keeping the system healthy (ultimately will save us a lot of money going forward!). Very knowledgeable and personable. I am so happy I found Septic Technologies. I was referred to them by quite a few people and they did not disappoint. Our septic over flowed and they were there within 2 hours from when I called. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also maintenance going forward. The price was cheaper than anyone else I had found and the quality of work was great. I look forward to using them going forward on all of my septic needs.

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

Everyone knows that a septic back up is not any ones idea of a good time.  That being said, Jay from Best Way Sewer and Drain made the situation a bit more bearable.  He was here as promised, efficient and very knowledgeable.  He gave us the ability to use our facilities with a minimum of disruption.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone.  Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

Don't call them unless you want to pay DOUBLE. Had a tiny leak by water meter.  The guy from city noticed, shut water off for us.  Said was an easy fix and be careful not to be overcharged. Belsito came out, checked it out and quoted 750.  What?! When I was shocked and said I'd need other estimates they said ok, and walked right off.
Had another company come out same day and do it for 320. Another person quoted about the same amount. Unreal.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

Purchased a home in Carefree,AZ and had septic issues. Jim at Westwood stepped up to the plate and took care of the issues at hand immediately and in such a professional manner. I would strongly recommend Westwood to anybody regarding all of your septic needs without hesitation. This company is nothing short of the best. I'd give Jim and Westwood 10 stars if I could.

I am so conflicted with Proskill my wife had reached out to them multiple times and received the usual canned answers on questions to invoice and cost.  Only when a poor review was posted did the owner of the company get involved and took control of the situation actually writing me a personal note which I sincerely appreciate.

My confliction is that I wonder how many poor reviews are left and then the owner has to follow up and clean up the issues.  Are all these 5 star reviews really real?  

I do believe the owners the of this company went above and beyond in addressing my concerns.  Their follow up was impeccable and provided a solution to my concerns.  I personally just wish that this situation never had to get this far.

We had a bathroom back up on  Monday and  wEre told we needed to pump out our septic tank. I caalled A-American on Monday afternoon snd they had a truck out early Tuesday afternoon. Mike the operator was excellent , very knowledgeable and efficient.   Plus he had all the tools neccessry to find open and drain  the tank.  The coost was also very reasonable toO

Called Saturday morning before Christmas and 7am. He was at our house by 745. Described the problem and gave me two quotes. Came, fixed a clog in the main sewer line and dipped out. Dude was custom. No surprises. Back up and running and  brown rivers are flowing back in the right direction. Homie just made the nice list, ya dig? Thanks Ron. Thanks for being open on the weekend when the other companies were either closed or wanted to charge extra. Bah humbug on that noise.

I'm gots to go, my fiancé is preggers and hungry so need yelp to find a place to smash.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried.
