We have used David Singletary Plumbing for over a year.  They have done an excellent job with our plumbing and A/C.  They are very honest.  The service provider, Randy, is very knowledgeable and courteous.  We highly recommend Singletary.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They were recommended to us by family and had a great rating with the BBB. However, I can not help but feel completely ripped off.

Liberty came out to our house to replace our guest bathroom's shower cartridge. The gentleman that completed the repair was here all but 5-10 minutes at the most and proceeded to charge me $185 for the cost of parts and labor. In shock I said, Wow, that is much more expensive then I was expecting. The workman proceeded to say, I am sorry that you feel that way, but the cost includes my workmanship and a year warranty on the part. So, I filled out the check and he went on his way.

I later called Liberty seeking clarification on the work done and was informed that the flat fee for coming out was $135 and that the cartridge cost $50. How can any company get away with charging $135 for 10 minutes of work? That translates to $13.50/minute which would = $810/hr. I am sorry but that should be fraud.

Additionally, upon my research I found that I could have done this job myself and paid $40 at the store for the item. When I brought this up to the gentleman at Liberty, he informed me that the cartridges I would get at the store are not up to par with the ones liberty gets which is why they are more expensive... what a joke.

In hindsight, I should have inquired about the cost for the job before they came out for the repair. So in some ways I have myself to blame. However, if you are interested in potentially using this company, be aware of there high hourly rate (which doesn't depend on the type of work being done).

There are other plumbing companies in the valley that charge only $45-$65/hour or a handyman that will charge $20/hour who can easily replace a silly shower cartridge and who have a lot more integrity then this business. Don't make the same mistake I did and regret the almost $200 repair spent on something so simple.

Dave is the resident plumber at our subdivision.  He is incredibly prompt, professional, and reasonable.  He has always been realistic with all of our older pipe repairs and does his best to work with what he has.  To say he is honest and trustworthy is an understatement.  I have had him come to my rental property with emergency situations and larger remodel projects.  I consider him a member of my management team for my rental properties and we are lucky to have him.

We had a water main break.  Ryan's customer service was exceptional.  They responded early the next day, prior to the scheduled time, and trenched the area for the water line.  The workers were personable and did a fantastic job.  The price was extremely reasonable.  I can't recommend them enough and plan on using them again for synthetic grass in the back yard!

I don't know if this company is trying to shake up some money but this is so irritating. I received an email with an invoice for services rendered last September! When I called today (08/03/21 - 12:32pm) I spoke with Lisa regarding the email and she told me that they did not show my account was paid. Just like that. Very matter of fact in tone. I told Lisa that I have my receipt from when I paid cash and she asked that I email that to her. So I did. You can see screenshots of my correspondence and just like that, my debt was corrected.

But here's the messed up part, I paid cash so what if I didn't have this receipt with me? There would be no way I could prove that I paid for these services and then what? This is not the kind of stuff I need to be worrying about right now.

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

Can't say enough good things about their service, follow up, and overall price.  I needed a backflow report quick and they were able to do the test and report within days!  They have a customer for life!

Been waiting for plumber since 9am Saturday(we had an appointment.) It is now 1pm Sunday.  The technician called, said he is on his way from a job in Scottsdale.  Depending on how the work is when they finally start it, I might change my rating, but we'll see.
