We are so THANKFUL for this company! Desert Septic went above and beyond our expectations of fixing our septic issues. After hoping and wishing our slow drainage problem would go away for a good year or so, our seepage pit finally had enough....on Thanksgiving Day....while both mine and my husband's entire family were there. A total embarrassment to see your tanks overflowing in your front yard while the guys stand around it and try to troubleshoot the problem! We finally called Desert Septic after five different friends from work and in the neighborhood referred them...and after reading reviews of course! My husband called and explained to Deanna what was going on. After hearing many possibilities and worst case scenarios, we were so relieved that our septic problem wasn't going to cost nearly what we thought in would. He made an appointment and George and Deanna came out very quickly. George assessed the problem (which was our completely saturated seepage pit that was much too small to handle our family of seven) and we picked a day to start the new leach line since we have tons of space for it. After getting all the necessary blue staking and paperwork done, Desert Septic installed the new leach line in a day and made the whole experience of dealing with our nasty septic problems a breeze. They also went over instructions and maintenance that we could do ourselves since my husband likes to do as much upkeep on things around the property as possible. We are so thankful to have chosen the right company to handle our septic needs! George and Deanna are the BEST in the business, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and honest. Niemeyer crew is exceptional in every way.  They schedule quickly, arrive on time and really know their stuff - without any upselling or deceptive practices.  Some of the most honest people you will find in the industry - and great senses of humor to go along with it.  I call them anytime I have a plumbing issue even though I have a home warranty.  I'm happy to pay them because I know it will be done right the first time and everything they do was necessary.  Best of the best!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

We heard about Jason through a mutual friend.  Not only did we have leaking pipes out in front of our house, but one of the valves there was just about shut and sealed off water from an entire wing of our house.  Jason got right on it and repaired the broken valves we had quick.  He was great to work with and his prices were very fair.  He even gave us a one year warranty on parts and labor.

Before meeting Jason, I called another (apparently highly Yelp rated) plumber about the problem of the water not working in part of the house, and I kept getting advice from them about checking the screens on the faucets or whatever.  Jason didn't give me this BS--he just solved our problem.

I had a pipe burst behind my washer in the wall at night, the only way to stop the leak was to turn off the main water supply to the house. Macho came out the next day, gave me a bid, which was very reasonable. They did the repair the following day and also installed a new water heater. They were very professional, on time, and courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future. It was so nice to have somebody that I could depend on to do a good job. Thanks macho!

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

I had a great experience with this company.  We needed a septic inspection completed for a short sale and they fit us in on our last day of due diligence.  The issue was that we had to locate the tank, and once we did that we discovered that it was only about  1'6 deep but the cap was halfway under a concrete walkway, and the cap was seal with concrete.  On top of that, there was a water pipe running right along where an impact hammer would have to be used to break the concrete seal, at an angle.  Though the initial suggestion was to reschedule (we did not have time for this), I helped dig to speed the process up but Juan did the lions share of the work.  He stayed, it took quite a few hours to even get to the point of inspection and we ultimately got the certification.

I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received with Advanced Septic. Got  3 previous job estimates from other local companies, and although advanced septic was more expensive than 1 other company I talked to, the service I received was exceptional. I was well educated, kept up to date on all repairs and the men that worked on my property were respectful and sooooo nice!!

If I ever need these services again, Ill DEFINITELY use Advanced Septic.

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

Very very very glad that we did.  Saved us a ton of hassle and kept us from being taken advantage of.

Rob is competent, experienced, and thorough.  There is no better a person or company to call for anything septic related.  

Seriously was a big help to my family.

We had Little Stinkers out  late summer of 2012to determine if our new to us cabin had a septic or cesspool .  They said it was a cesspool even though it had a cement vault.  Several thousand dollars later we discovered that what we have is a septic tank, not a cesspool.  Little Stinkers did not do what they were paid to do and we have spent the last almost 2 years with Coconino County and engineers getting an approved septic system...for NOTHING.  Today the county told us that our (original) septic system is viable and to use it.  To say that we are not happy with Little Stinkers is a gross understatement.  They cost us thousands of dollars and almost 2 years of work and aggravation.  They are nice guys, but I'd rather have someone that knew what they were doing.  I hope this helps someone from being in this position.

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!
