This company offers prompt, professional service at a great price.  We had them clean out our septic tank and put extensions on the lid for easier access.   Thanks to the research they did on our lot plan we also found out we had been parking our truck and trailer on the septic tank which could have caused it to cave in.  Thank goodness we called them.

I would call George in a heartbeat if I were planning on putting in a system as he is a very knowledgeable and conscientious!  Deanna in the office is a delight!  This locally owned and operated business gets an A+ in my book!

Very responsive and professional service. Gary was able to have the inspection done within three days. Payment was made after service was rendered and received all of the paperwork thereafter.

When no one else answered the phone these guys did. Very knowledgeable on RV tanks and then some. The Admirl had a lot of good tips that helped us big time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Our AC went out at 4pm. Chris was here by 6pm and found that there was a loose wire/connection. Service call charge was reasonable.  Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Reddi for plumbing needs in the past and have always been pleased with their work, professionalism, cost and the response time. So reliable, every time.

Next day service, fixed problem quickly and charges are reasonable. Even showed me how to fix next time.

I can't recommend Niemeyer Brothers enough!  I called them late in the evening and they were at my house first thing in the morning (after they offered to come that evening if needed). They were prompt, professional, and were able to get the job done fast. I will definitely use them again.

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I had a pipe burst behind my washer in the wall at night, the only way to stop the leak was to turn off the main water supply to the house. Macho came out the next day, gave me a bid, which was very reasonable. They did the repair the following day and also installed a new water heater. They were very professional, on time, and courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future. It was so nice to have somebody that I could depend on to do a good job. Thanks macho!

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

Vitaliy came by my house to do a water-softener install.  Price was very reasonable and his professionalism and workmanship were top-notch.  Will definitely have him back to do a few other jobs around the house.  He even hauled away the big box the softener came in even though I did not purchase it from him.  Excellent customer service!

We have used them for years.  Had a septic overflowing on Saturday and was told they would be here between 11-1 on Monday.  They called and said they would be here in 25-35 minutes around 11:30.  We said great.  The office then called and told us he had another appointment and wouldn't be there until 2:30 or 3 at the earliest.  I run a business with scheduling and she was extremely rude about it.  I got the feeling she was trying to squeeze someone in ahead of us.  If I had known they were going to be so late I would have called someone else.  In fact Reddi services was able to get here quickly.  Pretty sad that a long relationship has to end this way.

Great service. Prompt, friendly and professional. I'll never use a different septic service.

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

Very very very glad that we did.  Saved us a ton of hassle and kept us from being taken advantage of.

Rob is competent, experienced, and thorough.  There is no better a person or company to call for anything septic related.

They came out on the same day! Assessed our situation and recommended some adjustments to our septic system. They only do service, no repairs. But they recommended a local business that could do the adjustments so that they could service our system. Very helpful. Thanks Little Stinker!

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!
