Ok we got up this morning to a shower full of Yucky stuff, the toilets were all full. We begn by calling those companies we had seen locally where we live. None of which answered our call. When we did finally reach one they recommended Desert Septic.We gave them a call and explained our problem. The owner then explained how much it would be to pump our tank, but stated that he did not think that our problem was a full tank. Instead he gave us some instructions on how to check and verify the problem. We followed his instructions and found that it was just a clogged pipe which I was able to clear in 10 minutes. Now he could have very easily charged me the $300 and fixed the problem. I would have been satisfied and never would have know the difference. However the honor and ingetrity of this man and his business showed through as clearly as any spot light in the darkest night. I would recommend them to any one in need.

Gary and his crew at Mesa Septic  made the process of repairing our septic almost painless. They were responsive, professional, and personable.
The problem was diagnosed, explained thoroughly, and options were explored. Once we made a decision, the repair was done with alacrity.

Needed emergency plumbing services, and I called at 10:15 am.  I called again 30 minutes later.  Technician will call you.  Just received a call at 1:15 pm.  I had Roto-Rooter out, they cleared the line, and I have a restoration company here.  All of this happened in-between the initial call to Reddi.  Technician call back time stinks.

Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

We called Niemeyer a couple of months ago to come out and re-route/move our washer and dryer.  They had to come extend and move the water supply lines, drain line, and gas line.  They came out promptly and finished quickly in one afternoon.  The tech they sent out was great, he was informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing.  After our good experience with Niemeyer we then referred them to a friend who has had them come out twice, once to install a new water heater and a second time to do a few other things as part of a remodel.  Our friend was also extremely pleased with their timeframe, work quality and their competitive prices.  He had previously had other companies scheduled to install his water heater who did not show up more than once, Niemeyer showed up the first time and got the job done.

I was just looking them up to refer them to my sister as well who is in need of a plumber and saw their Yelp page and wanted to leave them the feedback they deserve.  Good prices, fast service, good all around plumbers.  I will continue to use them for any plumbing needs and continue to refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.  It's hard to find a good trade company and it was awesome to find this great company!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

Outstanding service from this company.  They were responsive, checked to see if our water heater was still under warranty, provided info from manufacturer and came out day after our initial discussion. Jeremy was on time, professional, pleasant and courteous. The workmanship was excellent and the invoice was exactly as was quoted. Very, very impressed with Jason's. I'd definitely use them again!

Can't say enough good things about Macho Contracting, from the front office to the crew doing the work, all were exceptional.  Communication was always beyond what one might expect and the work crew was on time and  professional. The work was done on time and as specified in the proposal.  Alfredo diagnosed the problem with our old sceptic system and supervised the work from start to finish.  Thank you for a job well done.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

I contacted ViTech om 01/02/2017 for help with Residential Toilet install. My toilet was leaking clear water from under the pedestal. One day earlier I had spilled water on the bathroom floor. I removed the toilet finding the wax ring had disintegrated It appeared to me the toilet flange was bent and not usable.
ViTech stated they would replace the flange for $125 and re-install my toilet for $75.We set an appointment for 01/03/2017. About an hour later ViTech telephoned me indicating they could complete the job 01/02/2017, one day earlier. ViTech arrived on time. After inspecting the work area, the ViTech plumber advised me that the flange was usable and therefore there was no need to replace the flange. He installed my toilet in less than 45 minutes. Total charge to me was $75. These people are honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company.

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

Very very very glad that we did.  Saved us a ton of hassle and kept us from being taken advantage of.

Rob is competent, experienced, and thorough.  There is no better a person or company to call for anything septic related.  

Seriously was a big help to my family.

We had Little Stinkers out  late summer of 2012to determine if our new to us cabin had a septic or cesspool .  They said it was a cesspool even though it had a cement vault.  Several thousand dollars later we discovered that what we have is a septic tank, not a cesspool.  Little Stinkers did not do what they were paid to do and we have spent the last almost 2 years with Coconino County and engineers getting an approved septic system...for NOTHING.  Today the county told us that our (original) septic system is viable and to use it.  To say that we are not happy with Little Stinkers is a gross understatement.  They cost us thousands of dollars and almost 2 years of work and aggravation.  They are nice guys, but I'd rather have someone that knew what they were doing.  I hope this helps someone from being in this position.

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!
