We have used Classic Guys Plumbing for several years and they have always been amazing! So responsive and always do great work! Clifton is an honest guy who I am always glad to welcome into my home. I never worry that they would do any unnecessary work or overcharge for what they do. I highly recommend Classic Guys to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

I used Alec and was thoroughly disappointed. Alec is dishonest and does not have the expertise or qualification to be a licensed plumber contractor. I used him to find a possible drain clog which required locating the septic tank to determine. I asked Alec in advance if he had the experience/ knowledge with septic tanks and he told me he was very familiar with them. I let Alec know that the septic tank companies had quoted me an hour labor to locate and pump. He told me he could find it fast without a problem. Well, it took Alec 2 days, a total of 7 hours just to find the septic tank and he still could not determine where clog was coming from. First day (3 hours) he could not locate it and said he didn't have the right tools and will need to comeback. Second day (4 hours), finally located the septic tank at the the exact area where I had shown him. After looking at the septic tank he said I should get it pumped because he could not determine if there was a clog or not. He didn't even have a camera for his snake to go into the drain to see. Alec then tried to charge me for 7 hours of labor which I could have had the Septic company do in less than an hour. What a joke! He was trying to charge me for his learning-on-the-job. Unreal! Filed complaint with Arizona Registrar of Contractors. R.O.C. License #243326. Alec needs to have his license revoked and he needs to take some additional plumbing classes. Be careful with this guy. He also has a location in Show Low, AZ.

Every place has that one employee that thinks they can talk to people anyway they want on the phone. My company does a lot of business with Backflow Parts USA and their employee Mike never wants to be bothered or inconvenienced with looking up a purchase order and acts like when you're calling for something we are bothering him. Do yourself a favor and use American Backflow Parts or Bavco. In the long run both of these companies are cheaper even though you may need to wait on shipping from Bavco but it is always reliable and only 2 days to receive.

We had a clogged drain and Jesus came on a Sunday night and 30 minutes earlier than planned! He was so kind and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. We love Jesus- give him a raise! We can always count on Roto-Rooter!
