I've used Diggers Plumbing several times and the service is ALWAYS exceptional. They are reasonably priced and seem to be available at anytime night or day. I appreciate their knowledge and making sure I know just what to do/not to do to prevent any plumbing issues.

Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

Our Home warranty company, First American, also assigned Just Plumbing Services to replace our water heater.
Wow do they have it made, they get paid for lousy work and rude people.  The only thing I have to say is, word of mouth is your best seller and no one around our block will call them.  
The plumber, Doug, first of all was sent to replace a water heater that sits 36 high, by himself.  Lifting it was a chore for him.  He then managed to tear out the corner bead leaving a MESS!! He then managed to drip soldering flux all over the wall and floor leaving another MESS.  
My husband asked him about the mess he was leaving and he said his job was only to install the water heater.  I can't imagine not having enough pride in your work and company.
We then called the company and the manager would not return our calls.  After a week of trying everyday we finally got a hold of the manager who was rude and said it was not their job  to clean up,  In going back and forth with him my husband finally hung up on him.  Wow, lets show our hands for the worst plumbing company ever!!!!
