Best in Phoenix AZ

Absolutely the worst. After paying for an $50 estimate, Joe, the owner, refused to send me a copy of the estimate, refused to answer his phone, refused to return my messages. I paid immediately, yet this joker flat out refused to give me what I paid for. If this is how he handles an estimate, imagine how he would handle an actual job. I cannot say how much I distrust this guy and I would never recommend him to anyone.

Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!

Was referred to the service provider by our home warranty due to a leaky shower faucet. The service was completed appropriately and paid the trade fee in cash ($65) at time of service. Fast forward two month later, I receive a bill from my home warranty stating that I need to pay the trade fee due to none payment. Apparently the service provider (Just Plumbing) notated that no payment was ever received. Unfortunately, the invoice I received has no option for paid in cash, so I guess the technician lost the payment. I tried contacting the service provider and was told me that they have no cash for that day...of course. I guess I'm out the $65 and will never pay with cash going forward.
