I called in a panic as our drip system had been on for several hours and I could not get it to shut off. The gentleman we got on the phone was beyond helpful. Talked me though how to shut the water off and how to repair the issue. I could not ask for better customer service. He was so knowledgeable and courteous.

Very good service, responded quickly to kitchen sink leak. On time, got in, got out, did a great job! Would highly recommend, great pricing.

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I was recommended to this company by a friend who is in Real Estate, and boy am I glad. Josh gave me a time and was at my door right on time...He even gave me a call to let me know he would be here on time. With a smile on his face he quickly got the job done and his price was as he quoted on the phone. I live in an old mobile home and I am sure I will have more plumbing problems so I will definitely use Cobra!

We had been dealing with a clogged toilet for 3 days!! We've literally tried everything to unclog it. I finally realized we needed to call in the professionals. I called Freddy's Fox Rooter the morning and my toilet was fixed by early afternoon. Very quick,  reliable, professional and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Overpriced and did not get the job done. Snaked my main drain line, got it working again, but did not completely clear it. Advised that I needed a new drain line installed immediately for $4,500. Called Roto-Rooter the next day. Their tech completely cleared the line, charged less to do it, and advised that I will eventually need to replace my drain line, but not immediately. He then provided an estimate for $700 less than Parker and Sons to replace the drain line.

Called the Ideal made an appointment for septic job. No problem thus far.
On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Called twice. No answer. Left messages. Nothing.

49 trip charge just for an estimate for a simple copper pipe leak. I provided pictures and it's an exterior pipe that should be an easy fix. Laughable.

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!
