Nate and his crew impressed me. When they were finished with the job I couldn't tell they were even there. They were very professional and explained how to program my timer. Nate came out on Sunday and gave the quote and the crew came on Thursday to do the job. The quality of work surpassed my expectations. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Dave at Affordable Plumbing knows plumbing. He offered great advice and answered all our questions. They removed an old reverse osmosis system, 3 old sink drains then installed quarter turn valves. After we had new counter tops installed they came back and installed a new garage disposal, 3 new sink faucets and drains. They look amazing! They paid attention to details, were neat and didn't make a mess. Affordable Plumbing is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We will definitely use them again on our master bathroom renovation project. Highly recommend them!

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Josh came late on a Saturday as we had sewage backing up in our house. He worked extremely hard to help us with our particularly difficult problem. More than clean, pleasant, affordable. Highest possible recommendation!

Freddy is fantastic!  I needed a valve replaced in my toilet so it would flush and called Freddy who arrived within an hour on a Sunday and charged me less than half of what other plumbers were quoting me for a Sunday repair.  He's very honest and reliable...THANK YOU so much for your help today!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Jacob is a manipulator and takes short cuts which will cost you in the long run! Do not let him in your house. He does not do a walk thru or explain common problems associated with his services and covers himself with a blanket statement on every invoice (he told me this) that covers himself and costs you later. Do Not let them tell you your signing just to confirm the payment and work completed, Read everything first!  Better yet have someone else do your electrical work. I believe Parker and sons is reputable but this employee is not. He also kept telling me he installed a new panel on the phone but in reality he told me when he was here it was a used bus bar from another house that they charged me for as a new one.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

Our plumber, Chris, was incredibly quick, courteous and kind. He accurately assessed everything wrong with our toilet and fixed all of the leaks! Their pricing was fair and the work good! Rooter Hero Plumbing, give Chris a raise!!!

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.
