Nate, Junior and the entire crew were very professional and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. They ran PVC throughout my entire 1/4 acre yard for less than some quotes I received for flexible pipe. Nate asked my wife and I where we would like every possible drip stub out and even ran lines to areas where we didn't initially think we wanted irrigation in the event we needed it in the future. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an irrigation system installed.

These guys are awesome. They did several plumbing updates and changes during the complicated and full remodel of my home. Water heater, toilets, kitchen and master bath are just some. Reasonable prices and a professional attitude always plus a great sense of humor always. Dave and Mitch did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Our 12 year old water heater was showing corrosion on the lower seams, and evidence of minor leakage.  We had been to Home Depot the previous weekend to check out new heaters, and found out that they have an installation service agreement with Parker & Sons Plumbing.  My wife called Parker to schedule an appointment with one of their professional plumbers to do an in-home survey.  Our surveyor was Dave.  His professionalism and attention to detail were amazing.  Dave spent 2.5 hours answering our questions and explaining our options.  We settled on the water heater that would best suit our needs, and Dave returned the following morning to install the unit.  He's the best, most professional plumber we've ever dealt with- not surprising, since he's got 40+ years under his belt in the plumbing business.  The quoted price was the final price- a bit more than we were hoping to pay, but we're confident we got a quality unit that was installed properly.  We highly recommend Parker & Sons, and especially Dave!

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.
