Matthew was running late, but kept us apprised of his timeline, which I really appreciated.  He did a great job and I apparently don't need a new dryer. Yay!

Just had my first experience with P&L Plumbing and it was a great one. This is the third plumbing company I've worked with in Mesa and this was by far my best experience. Kevin was great. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to do whatever he could to help. Our sewer got backed up due to a construction problem and Kevin was up front with me that it was likely due to a construction problem and he even showed up early the next day to attempt to get it working and meet with the construction company to explain the problem and why he believed it was due to damage in the construction process and Kevin didn't even charge me for that time. Highly recommend this company.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Great service at an affordable price. If you want honest and professional work, these are the guys to call.

We've used WaterMasters to make repairs to septic systems on three different properties. They are always responsive, professional and have always done excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Frank and his crew

Zest Plumbing

This is an amazing company and I can't say enough great things about their work and the entire staff! We had a huge plumbing situation that took several days to complete. Our entire house had to have new plumbing. In spite of having our floors opened up with cement and dirt everywhere, they kept everything covered, organized and cleaned up each day. The work quality is outstanding. The owner Ron even came out to see the progress and asked us how things were going. Don, Bill, Tyler, Len, and Paris are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dianna and Kiana in the office are always helpful and friendly making sure  any questions or scheduling needs are attended to. Most of all the entire staff made a stressful and overwhelming situation fun believe it or not. In spite of the huge project they kept me smiling everyday they were there. Thank you Zest Plumbing!!!

Somehow managed to jam up our garbage disposal and could fix it ourselves.  Contacted Option One and asked for a tech to come out the next morning.  Appointment was scheduled and confirmed, Fernando also texted  a half hour prior to arrival.  Good fellow that Fernando.  He quickly fixed our disposal, explained what he had done, and helped with a couple of other potential future issues.  Great service, I will certainly call them in the future if needed.

Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

I would give them zero stars but that is not available. This company came to my home with the wrong equipment, performed no work and then sent me an invoice for $300 dollars. They had a truck which they said weighed 100,000 pounds loaded and would most likely cause serious damage to my driveway if they attempted to drive down it. And in addition, they did not have a hose of sufficient length to perform the work. Considering they had been at my house several days earlier, their failure to bring the proper vehicle, tools and equipment is astonishing. I would not recommend them to fix a leaky faucet, let alone to drain and inspect my septic tank, which they claim to be their business.  I would like to note that my initial interaction with the office staff was very pleasant and they seemed very helpful.  However, when I tried to call them after they failed to perform the work they would not return any of my calls.

Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

Initially their price seemed fair and they could come out quickly so I was eager to give them my business. Apparently, the receptionist didn't ask enough questions to give the proper quote. The man that came out to do the work didn't tell me there was going to be an extra charge before starting. He knocks on the door says is done and I am ready to pay $315 as I was quoted and the amount of cash I had. He said it would be $440, so I had to give him my debit card that he wrote down in their archaic unsecured method. My biggest issue is the complete lack of communication from the man who came out. If you are going to change the price (especially because of YOUR error) you need to say it BEFORE you start work.

Id like to start of by saying I've been a Sadie club member now for almost a year. Had GOETTL out to my rental property to troubleshoot a AC unit that stopped working. After the tech did his evaluation he determined that (I'm referencing the exact invoice) I needed a new blower motor, new main control board and a capacitor replaced all for the lovely price of $3,390.00 or I could get a new unit for my house for around $14k. He also indicated to me that the main control board was on backorder and could take weeks to find (probably in an attempt to steer me to the $14k option). Needless to say I located the main control board myself online and in stock readily available but that's not the worst part. I decided to get a second technician out there the next day for a second opinion within an hour he had determined that the only issue was a low voltage short. He told me all of those components previously listed as bad by the GOETTL technician were fine and functioning. He fixed the short and my AC works fine....all for the price of $315. Now I get that some people can diagnose things differently but this is insane any professional AC technician with half a brain should be able to diagnose a low voltage short. I clearly feel like they were throwing things at me that weren't needed and were simply trying to drive the cost up. I no longer trust GOETTL and will be canceling my Sadie plan if you decide to use them Do so at your own RI$$$K and get a second opinion.​

Worst customer service ever tried to hire. Sent me the phone number tried calling a few times no one answered then he decided to send rude messages when I informed him I hired someone else already. Glad I went with someone else.
