Matthew was running late, but kept us apprised of his timeline, which I really appreciated.  He did a great job and I apparently don't need a new dryer. Yay!

Received an accurate quote quickly. An appointment was made and within a few days P&L came out and completed the job. They did great work and I will definitely use them in the future!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

I called Rooter Man late in the afternoon on a Friday because my sewage drain was clogged and backing up into various house drains.  I was promptly scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment.  Roy showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain.  Once the rain let up, he used his snake to clear the drain, and then his camera to verify that everything looked clear.  This was a very stressful situation for us since we couldn't shower or use much water.  We were so grateful that we found Roy and Rooter Man.  I would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a clogged drain of any kind.  Very honest, patient, and straightforward.  Great service!!!!

WaterMasters' just replaced my septic tank. The owner Frank battled weather delays and time deadlines to get the work done.  He keep me appraised of the situation and got the work done in time.   I was very impressed by his care to preserve my natural desert environment.   He and his crew explained everything about the system and recommended care to prevent future problems.   The whole operation was very clean and professional!   I would highly recommend Watermasters

Great communication from start to finish, text updates on tech (Ben) arrival time, very professional, fast service, reasonable price, neat work.  Based on my experience I would definitely use again as well as recommend.

These guys showed up, spent about 2 hrs on the roof.  Presented a bill for 2x the amount advertized.  I showed the guy with the bill that the clog had not been cleared.  He went on to try to get me to sign up to replace my whole system for $13,000.00  Based on this experience, I'm calling the cops.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They over-charge for labor on a simple job.  They will never give you the price up-front and they will  make a mountain out of a mole-hill.  They truly are intent on charging whatever they want after the fact.     FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!     These other YELP reviews are phony.

I would give them zero stars but that is not available. This company came to my home with the wrong equipment, performed no work and then sent me an invoice for $300 dollars. They had a truck which they said weighed 100,000 pounds loaded and would most likely cause serious damage to my driveway if they attempted to drive down it. And in addition, they did not have a hose of sufficient length to perform the work. Considering they had been at my house several days earlier, their failure to bring the proper vehicle, tools and equipment is astonishing. I would not recommend them to fix a leaky faucet, let alone to drain and inspect my septic tank, which they claim to be their business.  I would like to note that my initial interaction with the office staff was very pleasant and they seemed very helpful.  However, when I tried to call them after they failed to perform the work they would not return any of my calls.

Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

As usual Vets saved the day.  Have used for years. Ernie is a total asset to this company.

Forget about hiring these folks!  They installed my new furnace and air conditioner two years ago and never came back to check their work ($10,000).  Three weeks ago, I called them to ask if they'd please check my air
conditioner for service and they said cost would be $199 up front
that would cover two years, furnace and a/c checks.  Otherwise,
the cost would be $129 each visit and if I chose that option, my
appt would be set up way far in advance from now.  They were
terribly busy.

My a/c is full of leaves, and I have tried to remove them myself but I
can't quite get them all removed.  Any cost would have to be paid
at the time of service.  Not sure how much, but I'm familiar with their routine.

My appt was set up two weeks down the road.  I waited around for
them to show at the appointed time, and got a call after hours that
they'd have to reschedule.  Too busy.  Second appt was cancelled at
5:30 p.m. because the worker in question sustained a work injury.
I refused to set up the third appointment.  I was never offered a contract
for maintenance, and they didn't care to do it.

In the past, they used the bully treatment to get my business.  When they came over to do an estimate, they said if I didn't take their deal, they
would have to charge me for the estimate.  So I proceeded.  They installed
a new incoming vent for the a/c and furnace to vent air in, but it's way
too high for me to reach, and I wanted it blocked off.  That will be my
next expense.

Proceed with this awful business at your own risk.  fyi:  I did request a refund of my $199 and received it shortly after informing them I wanted it.

Jesse, the owner of Miranda came out to give me a quote on running two gas lines, one for the range and one for the dryer.  After spending over an hour crawling through our attic, investigating this project, he changed the parameters that I agreed with and he gave us a quote of $2,000 with a start time on the following Monday at 8am.  He called me at 9:33am Monday and it went to voicemail as I was on a conference call.  In the next moment I received a text from him that he increased his price to $3,100.  Needless to say, I had to part ways with him as no one can work with a business owner that changes their price after agreeing on a fixed price, the exact job parameters and the start time he and his worker would be here to start work.  Don't waste your time with this guy.
