Professional, polite, communicates, and very knowledgeable!!

Speed: Our circulating pump went out so it took foreverto get hot water to the other side of our home. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged P&L Plumbing on Yelp, they responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. They told me what was going on with my hot water and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time researching the parts needed.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. P&L Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. P&L Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

I called Rooter Man late in the afternoon on a Friday because my sewage drain was clogged and backing up into various house drains.  I was promptly scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment.  Roy showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain.  Once the rain let up, he used his snake to clear the drain, and then his camera to verify that everything looked clear.  This was a very stressful situation for us since we couldn't shower or use much water.  We were so grateful that we found Roy and Rooter Man.  I would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a clogged drain of any kind.  Very honest, patient, and straightforward.  Great service!!!!

I had a really bad experience with another big plumbing company that left me putting off a non-emergency repair for most of this year. I called rooter Ranger this morning after hearing an advertisement on the radio. Within about an hour from my first call the plumber was at my house and my toilet was fixed for the $47 drain clear special. The plumber was honest, friendly and quick. Next time I won't take so long to call because these guys are awesome!

Affordable Plumbing was quick to return our phone call, quick in scheduling the repair date.  Curtis informed me up front the cost, very polite and showed me the repair afterwards.  I would recommend this company to my family, friends and Neighborhood Post Group!!  Great Job!!

Richard was punctual, he diagnosed the leak quickly and correctly, beat the best competitors quote and the work he performed left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

I had them come out to hydro jet my sewer line. $300 sounded like a good deal.
They cleaned the line and all was good for two weeks. It backed up again and they came out to clean it out again. No such luck. They gave me a bid to remove and replace the line. The bid was off. They never talked to the city because the quote wasn't to code.  Got two more bids for the same work. Both told me that they used the wrong equipment to clean the line to start and the city would not allow their work.   Got the job done after their screw up with a 1 year warranty.
Nice guys but they don't know what they are doing !
Shop around, ask questions...and avoid this company.
By the way. Asked them to refund and fix the problem.....no response.

This guy is a rude person he Acts like you should know what the plumbing terms are and very poor customer service. He is very unprofessional and when you ask him about the quote He gets upset. And says I don't want to do the job and hangs up on you.

I called them one day and told them what was the problem because my plumber told me that he shot the camera in the drain and it stopped at 160 feet in so I told them that we needed a 200 ft long snake to go all the way in and they said they have it and it's $225 charge and when they got there it was $300 not $225 and no checks  I said ok
And they told me they'll come in next day at 9am
8 am I get a call from the tech asking me if there is water and power outlet out there and I said yes
He comes in and start looking telling me they don't have enough extension cord so I went to the apartments behind my business asking them for power and they said ok
Next thing he told me that his machine is too big to fit in the ally
And the ally way is 5ft wide but there was a tree in the way that they didn't wan to work excuses excuses excuses
So he said that they'll look for a smaller machine on a different truck and they'll let me know within couple of hours and didn't hear back from them I called and spoke to the lady and she felt bad for me but couldn't do anything
So now I can't open for the day because of this stupid company

Raul has come to my house for a tune up the last two years now. He is an outstanding PRO in every facet: quick, clean, easy to communicate with, and very educated on his craft. I will ask for him to come to my house every year and even my hard to please wife gives him two thumbs up! Thanks Goettl

Rude idiot answering the phone... Gave me a price... Asked if he can do any better... Hang up on me right away when i was asking what his schedule is..
People like this dont need to be around and providing services. All i did was asked politely if he can do any better. I dont think its a crime to ask for a better price. What kind of customer service is this? Called him back.. No answer... texts me back saying to keep my money.. Lol.. He doesnt need low ballers... Have a good rest of your life....
