Posted to get quotes and heard back within 15 min that P&L could come out in 30-60 min. The guys arrived earlier than 30min and were quickly able to diagnose and resolve our problem. Had the parts on the truck and including the time they gave the glue to dry, they were in and out under 2 hours.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Roy is my go to guy for any plumbing job. Fantastic quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

These guys are great.  They came out when they said they would and fixed the problem with my septic pump under warranty. No complaints.

This company is LEGIT!!! My drain clogged Christmas morning and I called another company. The guy was sweet enough to come out Christmas Day, but that was a disaster. He was going to charge me $300 (fine, it's Christmas I get it) but all I got was broken roof tiles, destroyed Christmas lights and a drain that wasn't unclogged. Which meant no Christmas dinner for my family. Sad face. This morning I called Rooter Ranger and Dan called me back within 5 minutes. He was here an hour later. And it's a Boxing Day miracle, my drain was unclogged 20 minutes later!! And the price was wayyyyyyyy better than the other guy. Dan, you are my holiday hero. Excellent work, very polite, cleaned up his mess and didn't try to up sell me in any way. This is my new go to plumbing company!! Thank you!!

They were willing to come out and give me a free quote.  The plumber I went with gave me a quote based on photos I sent him.  So they were basically out bid.

Great Service.  Great Price.  Jessie was courteous and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They over-charge for labor on a simple job.  They will never give you the price up-front and they will  make a mountain out of a mole-hill.  They truly are intent on charging whatever they want after the fact.     FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!     These other YELP reviews are phony.

I have been using Priority Pumping at my home in Surprise since I moved in. I never had a septic system before and Priority did the initial inspection prior to my home purchase. That very first year I had them install risers at the same appointment that I had them pump the septic tank. Money well spent and I'm glad I am able to make it easier for the guys when I call them every year. They are always friendly; both the office staff as well as the technicians are professional, friendly, and great people to work with!

I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! I refer them to everyone who asks who to use for septic pumping as well as septic inspections. I don't see myself calling anyone else!!

Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

Vets plumbing was hired to pump out our septic, they pumped out out drywell instead. We found out by less than a year latter we had an issue with the drywell and needed to get bids to have it repaired. That is when we found out they pumped that instead of the septic. We called to address it with them, we where met with a hard stance of it's not their fault. They refused to even come out to the property and see, they refused to offer anything other than an argument and that we where wrong. Will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Well, the Rejuvenation is not so much.  The only thing they did was to clean the coils on the outside unit and then try to tell me that the AC unit in my brand new Manufactured Home was at least ten years old.  In fact, in the pictures that they emailed to me, the manufacturers label clearly shows that the AC was manufactured in May of 2018.  I even ran the serial number with the manufacturer and they verified that the label was correct.  On top of that, my AC is working perfectly and I simply wanted to have an annual preventative maintenance done to prevent future problems.  Once the technician texted the pictures to the owner of the company, they came back and hit me for almost $1,000.00 of cleaning services.  Excuse me, but isn't cleaning part of a Rejuvenation?  Of course I refused to sign up for this bait & switch tactic.  I am a Director of Service for a Major Company with over 150 locations Nationally.  This is very poor business practice.  The final straw, they sent me a request for a survey that was supposed to go directly to the owner.   I filled it out and got an automatic response that said how sorry they were for their less than Stellar performance and that someone would reach out to me soon.  SURPRISE... no one ever did.  If Andrew the Technician wasn't such a nice guy, this would have been a one star review.  He was on time and he was clean, careful and conscientious.  I should have offered him a job!

Rude idiot answering the phone... Gave me a price... Asked if he can do any better... Hang up on me right away when i was asking what his schedule is..
People like this dont need to be around and providing services. All i did was asked politely if he can do any better. I dont think its a crime to ask for a better price. What kind of customer service is this? Called him back.. No answer... texts me back saying to keep my money.. Lol.. He doesnt need low ballers... Have a good rest of your life....
