Great experience. No up selling. To the point and very friendly. Stan was my technician and did tell me my compressor capacitor might need replacing in a year or so but nothing urgent. I appreciate the honesty and they have gained a customer for life. Will be recommending to my friends.

Part 2...Hays Cooling & Heating came out after I booted out the first company I called (search my name for my part 1 review). Mike came out and quickly realized that the ONLY thing that was needed to be changed was the capacitor. THE CAPACITOR, that's it. Oh and he also realized that some wires were fused together (fixed) when the capacitor burned out. I was so impressed with Mike's honesty that I signed up for their maintenance contract for 1yr on the spot. Even Mike said that he joined Hays because they are above board and do not expect the techs to sell but to fix (what a great concept)! Hays, you have a customer for life and with my big mouth, I will be extolling your virtues for many years to come. Thank you for cooling us off!!!

I would recommend this company to everyone! Caleb and Misty are awesome :-) Misty always called and kept me in the loop about our services and Caleb was always polite and very knowledgeable. Great family business! We had to wait for our new unit to be ordered and delivered but Caleb was nice enough to go back to his shop to see if he had portable ac units to make my family comfortable. Tech was on time, thorough and professional. While my service was only a summer HVAC system check up, I was highly impressed.

These guys are great. Professional, timely, clean and just all around awesome. I met with 4 different AC companies to discuss replacing one unit and either servicing or replacing a 2nd unit. We ended up replacing both. They worked with our roofer to make sure everything was sealed up. Hands down I would highly recommend them and we'll be using them in the future for another home we have. It was the weekend of Labor Day, Friday 3:30pm...AC goes out. Call our home warranty on hold for 20 mins, then transferred to another rep, they say can't come till Monday... Are you kidding? It's 100??? Go to Yelp for a AC repair company and find you!! All I can say  you came out within 2 hours and changed 2 batteries lol would have been even more pissed if I had waited till Monday for the Home Warranty to do that!!!! Thank you for your great service.

After a routine check of our A/C units, Cave Creek Cooling Company recommended some important services.  We scheduled a return visit from them.
Chase arrived as scheduled calling us prior to his visit.  He worked quietly and efficiently.  When the work was completed, he went over what he did.  He again was very professional.

We (sort of randomly) picked Ideal Energy to conduct our SRP $99 home energy audit and Ben came out. He explained everything thoroughly and let us know the problem areas. He followed up promptly with a detailed description of our house and a quote, then again a few weeks later to let us know SRP had increased its rebates. Great customer service and we decided to contract with them to do the repairs they identified in our duct work and insulation. Chris and his crew did it all in one day and we've been super happy with the results so far. Hopefully we'll see energy savings next summer. Highly recommended!

After getting four estimates to obtain a two new HAVC systems I went with ProSkill.  Reasons:  Jason answered all questions and gave me a quote outlined with everything they would do. For my 2-Trane 15 sear units they were over $4000 below the highest bid. After checking with the ROC and several reviews I decided to go with them. Install date was set for the same week and work was to be done in one day (others wanted 2-2 1/2 days)

They showed up right on time with 5 vehicles and 6 technicians. Worked started right away with two techs unloading equipment, two working on the outside units and two working in the attic.  Everything was explained again to me.  Floor protectors were put down and closet draped to prevent damage from crawl space. Was told they would be done between 2:30 & 4:30. They didn't have to enlarge the crawl opening to they finished at 1;30. By the time they cleaned up everything with vacuum and broom, papers signed they were out before 2:30.  After they left I was sent photos of everything they had done.  Was MORE than pleased with their work and professionalism. Now I just hope this two new TRANE units last over 20 years like the old one's.

This place ROCKS!!!!  American Home Shield had them come out and replace blower motor in our American Standard ac unit. Called Wednesday night. Motor ordered and installed Friday by 9:30am.  Totally recommend Sure Temp.  They completely live up and then some to their rating. Ck out BBB also. They have an A+.

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

We were stood up by another company to do a tune up on our a/c unit. My husband called M&R and was able to get a next day appointment.

I scheduled an appointment with Howard Air for an estimate on a new unit for my town home.   I was referred by a co-worker I asked for a referral after having a not-so-great experience with another company.  Being new in town and a single female can be difficult at times to get good service.  The sales consultant from Howard Air was Gary Leader and let me tell you he was TERRIFIC!  On time, clean cut, explained everything to me in detail, even when I asked 2nd grade questions, he never got impatient.  If Gary is any indication of the rest of employees at Howard Air this company is a real find. I will be calling them back when I'm ready to purchase a new unit!

This plumbing company is one of the best there is. Scratch that. They are the best there is! Let me make a long story short.  Water Heater blew up and needed replacing.  Contacted home warranty company who referred me to a plumber.They couldn't come until next day. No water in a house of 5 at this point.Plumber shows and must get approval from warranty company.  Approval granted on a Thursday morning which required an additional $450.00 co-payment but they couldn't come until Saturday to fix.  Still no hot water. Looked at Yelp and found 5 star rated Hansen Family Plumbing and requested a quote. 5 minutes later Eric got in contact with me a gave me a discounted quote. I asked when he could be at my house and he said an hour.  He transferred me to wonderful Meagan and gave her all my info.In less than 1 hour Michael showed up and repaired the Water Heater.  Within a couple of hours we had hot water again!  Thank you Hansen Family Plumbing,  You were responsive,courteous and professional. I could't recommend this company enough.  They are a diamond in the rough.One footnote to this story.  Eric called my home warranty company and negotiated a partial refund for the job.  Almost half to be exact.  Hansen Family Plumbing went above the call of duty and helped a family out of a tough situation! I will never call another plumber.

We have used this business for several years now and have been very happy with their service. Isaac was out today to do routine maintenance for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and and pleasure to work with. The office staff is also great. We have found this company to be honest and reliable, and recommend them highly.

Goettl may have been good many years ago when they were family owned.
However, they have since sold out and gone corporate. They kept the name but, they are part of a larger, more evil greedy company.
I had used them for several years to do tune ups on my older unit. Finally i bought a new one from them. Over $5,000.00 for the top of the line AC Unit,
Well the very next year it was not working in the beginning of summer. Even though under warranty, well not to remove Freon. They charged  Over $500.00 to remove the freon and wanted to be paid up front for it as well.  
Charged me for the service,plus a service call. Total at the end over $1,000.00. This is on a new AC Unit that they installed and charged me far too much for to begin with. Some of their employees are decent, but most are just out to make money for themselves, since the company gives them bonuses for up selling.
All these bad reviews are for a reason.  STAY AWAY
