Called Chris about repairing the carpet in our master closet where it connects to a tiled bathroom floor.  Explained the problem and he gave me two quotes depending on what needed to be done.  Showed up on time the following day and within 45 minutes the work was complete (at the lower quote).  The area now looks great and is something that will most definitely hold up under traffic.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. PCR&C was able to schedule a visit within two days of my call.  Danny was the service tech.  Service arrived on time and carpets cleaned quicker than cleaners I've had in the past.  Everything was very professionally handled and the carpets look outstanding.  Would recommend highly.

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

As an insurance agent I love Ray because he helps my clients avoid turning in tiny clams. He just went to a client last week helped to fix the situation and it was far under her deductible. The other water damage Restoration company I referred her to sent out one of his lackeys and told my client immediately turn in a claim. This would raised her rates for 3 years. Ray spent the time with my client to make sure she understands what she's doing. Thanks for all you do!
I love that he does water damage, mold, and other emergency clean up issues. Luckily I have never had to send him a fire!

Kudos to Joe Strectfuss Plumbing, LLC as we just had the recommended Green Fusion Water Softener System & Ultima 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System installed in the garage and under the kitchen sink.  
Jay the installer was easy to work with and did a great job on the installation and instructing us on how to operate and maintain the units. We got the double stack water softener unit as it takes up less space in the garage.  Jay also installed the required water softener loop in the garage, as our house didn't come with one.  In addition we had the refrigerator plumbed to the reverse osmosis system.
No more hard water!  We couldn't be more pleased!  Thanks Joe & Jay

During the process of selling our home, we discovered that a new roof was in order. We acquired several bids which came in mostly in the same ballpark. However, we chose EA largely because of sales person/project manager Jake. Jake scheduled the project, it started on time and ended right on schedule. During the process, Jake was constantly involved. The crew did a great job; they really knew what they were doing and kept things about as tidy as you can when doing a project of this magnitude. (Side note: I'm glad the temps cooled off for the crew while doing this project!) We are very pleased with the outcome. Note to the owners of this company: Jake is a keeper... take care of this man!!

I had a flood in my apartment and my insurance company gave me their phone number - I am glad they did! I was soo stressed out and didn't even know where to begin. They were knowledgeable and always returned my calls ASAP. I had a great experience and would recommend them.

If you are good with a company whose project manager of your job NEVER communicates with you unless you reach out ... if you are good with a company whose project manager didn't know the scope of the job when coming to see the site ... if not having consistent workers each day who know what was done the day before and what needs to be done that day ... if clear communication with the workers on 'who will be here tomorrow and what work will they be doing' ... if none of these things are important to you then Go To Services is the company for you!  I also had multiple emails with one of the leaders of the team at GTS who assured me that the President of the company takes these concerns seriously and that he is good on following up on things and would be in touch with me to discuss.  That was 8 weeks ago and I have never been contacted by the President of the company.  The project manager never came back to walk the job at the end to be sure that everything was done that was scoped.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
