Matt & Codie did a great job treating my whole house for termites, they listened to all my concerns and put my mind at ease. They also were awesome at communicating arrival times and how long the job would take & everything it would entail.

I recently had Bill's Pest & Termite control treat my house for termites, and was more than satisfied with their service. I had 4 companies come out to give estimates and Bill's Pest were the most knowledgeable and gave the most detailed description of the problem at hand and the least expensive. I wanted to have it done as soon as possible so they came out in a Saturday to make sure it was done timely and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone! They are knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and more than accommodating!

Technicians pay close attention to detail fumigating all areas needed and cleaning all webs placing pest traps by main entrance doors and garage doors, this company truly cares for our pest needs, they always answer my calls when ever I have pest concerns. I have had Greenleaf for a long time now and love them!  They have taken care of so many problems for us (little spiders, scorpions, ants, earwigs), you name it they've treated it for us!  Alex is the tech that treated our home most recently and he was so nice and knowledgable.  When I call in to the office the staff is always friendly and quick to respond. I appreciate all that they do and definitely recommend them!!!  

We also use them for our weed treatment and they are amazing!  Their pre-emergent works like a charm and any time we do have a stray weed that breaks through they are quick to come out and take care of it for us!

They have been servicing our home now for several years.  I have nothing to complain about.  All of the Techs. are thorough, and helpful.  In all of the years that they have been handling our yard, we have never had a complaint.  Once we requested that they come out in between scheduled services, and they did this with no complaint, or delay.

IF I could give this company a ZERO score, that would be generous. DO NOT trust this company. I used this company when I owned a home that had small insects. I paid monthly, and they came every month to spray the front and back of the property, and occasionally the inside of the home. Or so I thought. One day the tech arrived for my usual monthly treatment.  He rang the doorbell as always to announce that he was there. I stayed on the sofa, because I didn't need the house sprayed only the yard, and I had already left the gate unlocked. My position on the sofa, afforded me the ability to view the entire side and back yard. About 20 minutes later, when I didn't hear the side gate leading to the back yard opened, I went to check on the tech to see if he was still spraying the front yard. The tech was long gone. Literally had left the property.  But you know what he left behind? The monthly invoice saying he sprayed and the amount due.  Folks, he left the bill and didn't perform the service. I immediately called the company and reported his fraud, and the tech returned with some BS excuse that he sprayed the front, though there was ZERO evidence of that and the front of the property had no chemicals.
I never used this company after that day.
Fast forward to May 2020. It's been years since I lived in that home, and now reside in an apartment  San Piedra. Burns Pest Control is who this apartment complex uses. I requested oest control 2 weeks ago because we pay every month for that service, but they only come when called. I called 2 weeks ago, reported the problem and came home from work to find a post-it on my door from Burns Pest Elimination on my door.
Two weeks later, no change in the pests. So I called for service again. This time, I set up a camera in the apartment and set the alarm, knowing that they would have to deactivate the alarm once they entered the apartment. I left home at 8:15am and returned at 8:21pm.
The nanny cam recorded nothing and the alarm panel was never touched.  I will let the photo evidence speak for itself. Yet low and behold, I found another post-it on my door from Burns Pest Elimination saying they came to my apartment to spray. BLATANT FRAUD.

I do not recommend them they have on their website that they guarantee but they won't come out after 10 days that you still see bugs out in your home. The office people do not keep their word and they're rude very rude

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely mind boggling. These home inspectors came to do an inspection of my home which was offered for sale. After the inspection my wife came home to our home which had all of our pots and pans out on the counter from being stored in the oven, all of our windows open, in the middle of summer, our AC set to 72 degrees and something that we just found out... left our smoke detector unplugged. I tested all of our smoke and carbon monixide detectors before the inspector to insure they were working. Everything was fine. I never once needed to or would have unplugged them. God forbid our house caught fire our lives could be destroyed. This is not all, there were so many items in our inspection that were listed so I hired a general contractor to come out and give me a quote to repair these so called issues more than half the items on the inspectors report from Trojan home services were all false. You would think a general contractor would want to sell you his services and find some things to repair but the contractor was honest and stated repeatedly that the inspector was wrong about so many things. I would NEVER recommend any one use Trojan for any home inspection services. STAY AWAY! Any sellers reading this review, if your potential buyer hires Trojan stay home for the inspection and watch their every move these guys cannot be trusted.

I had my house sprayed inside and outside last week and I'm very satisfied with the results! I am no longer seeing scorpions. I was seeing at least one a week. I would definitely recommend them!

They guarantee work for 30 day. Bs. They double rob me. Agent quoted me 400, turned around and billed my landlord 700, and when he couldn't kill the pest twisted my words and billed my landlord another 700. I still owe Journey Real State 500. I should have sued both patriot and Journey

Hello everyone. I don't write reviews often but Tristin did such a great job I wanted to share.  He put plastic around his shoes before entering and he had his mask on.  He was thorough and careful applying the treatment for my termites.  He took his time to explain the treatment process. All good customer service stuff, but one extra bonus that motivated me to write this review, and that is, I felt like he was really passionate about his job. He had good energy and I just felt extremely comfortable with him in my house. That says a lot I think.  This is a great company and Tristin represents well. Thanks guys.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I've had this company taking care of my property since 2017 (it's 2020). They sealed my house for me because I bought this place and immediately started seeing scorpions inside the house!!! Eeek!!

They gave a free estimate and came out and sealed the house for half of what other scorpion sealing companies charge!!
Call this company first!!
They provide reduced fees for monthly service if you seal your home with them. It's been almost 3 years and I haven't seen one scorpion in my home or in my yard since they sealed it and started coming here once a month.

I just moved here from California and called several companies for prices.  I found Jason and he was affordable and knowledgeable.  Very nice guy. He now services my property on a monthly basis to keep those pesky scorpions away along with all other bugs. I definitely recommend him. He also guarantees his work.  Thank you Jason again:-)

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. The Pest Control Guy was so great. I was amazed. If your looking for the best, Bug Warrior is the one you need to call. You will not be sorry, you will be Amazed! Great Job .......

Amazing service and very polite. Amazing rates as well!!! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them. They came to help us out with a foul smell which we knew was a dead rodent under the house. They found the source under our home and got it for us.

Great service, they did a professional job. They also clean up the mess that the birds made, which I didn't expect. At the end, they charge me less than what I was quoted too. Definitely will reach out to them again if I have any more issues.

Woah. These folks are amazing. After a flock of pigeons decided that our home was the best place to land and set up shop, we had finally had enough listening to their footsteps at 5:30 am in the morning. We called Watchdog (and several other companies) to help solve our problem.

The folks at Watchdog were knowledgeable, eager, and fair. TBH I had absolutely no idea how much work would go into this engagement, so I was (pun-intended) flying blind. They walked through the steps, talked about how they would resolve the problem, and then provided a detailed quote. The best part was they could start the work only a few short weeks later! Other companies were unavailable for months.

They finished the work yesterday and our home is now a mecca of bird wire, netting, and a strategy to deter the pigeons from our rooftop and hopefully direct them to another home so that Watchdog can earn another engagement. Jk. I don't wish this problem on anyone. But if my pigeons have become your problem. Call these guys. You'll be thankful you did.
