Used Belsito in the past and I was happy.

Called again for an emergency and they came out rather quick for a clogged toilet.

Their tech took around 3 hours to clear the clog. In the process, he put the snake down the drain and it came out of my other toilet in the master bathroom, breaking it, and wreaking havoc on my bathroom walls, cabinets and ruined all the bathmats. This was clearly a mistake, as there is not plausible reason to do this to a customer, that I understand. They offered to replace my toilet, which I appreciate. I get a call the next morning saying that they are coming back to replace my toilet and camera my drain to make sure that they got the clog. I said yes. But up to this point in our business, not one price has been mentioned. Not the initial toilet breaking visit, not the return, or the camera work. I can take some responsibility for not asking, but these prices were starting to rack up. I get a call once all the work is done and the tech wants to charge nearly $600 for this work. The camera that was just brushed off as a simple task comes with a $300 price tag. Then there's the labor charge for the plumber who spent a large amount of time doing damage control from destroying my other toilet. Come to find out later, the owner just wanted the camera done to see if he didn't have to pay to replace my toilet, at his own admittance. Because had there been a clog, that diverted the snake into my other toilet, he wouldn't have paid to replace it? Sounds crazy I know. But that's why I called you guys out, because there was a clog, because you are plumbers.

So I speak with the owner and we settle on a price of $400, which I am not happy about considering the damage that was done to my bathroom and that all of this was done without saying a single price to the customer.

This experience really has put a sour taste in my mouth in regards to Belsito Plumbing, which saddens me because I was happy to have found them and used them prior.

We needed to have our main drain snaked on a Sunday. The water was backed up and we couldn't use showers or toilets. We called around and most places either weren't open on Sunday or charged a rediculous price to come out on a Sunday. Not these guys! They came out the same day and had the lowest price around. Ask for Devin. He did a great job with our plumbing issues. We hope not to have further problems, but if so, we will specifically request him next time.

This company is Amazing from start to finish. They are honest and conscientious. They do the best work for a very fair price. Great family owned business. The office person is very friendly and the service tech does a very thorough job.

I found them after another company emptied our tank half way, but claimed to have emptied it all the way. It is super important who you hire to empty your tank, because some companies will empty just liquids (full or part way) and leave solids.

You do not want solids left in your tank. This is why I would trust Westwood to do it right. They will wash out the inside of your tank, leaving it nice and clean. They also do inspections.

I would look no further. You will have no regrets!

I bought the softener and I needed someone to install it and Go Direct gave me the best prices and the work quickly was good.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever had. Not only did it take the technician 4 hours to undo a clogged line, but he apparently left the entire mess of sewage and backup on my roof!! I only found out because now that it is raining, it is sloshing down my roof into my backyard. Very rude and unapproachable technician as well. Absolutely horrible

5 stars once again. We had an issue at my in-laws place where the water heater wasn't working. We looked at various YouTube videos, and did a bunch of Google searches to see if we would be able to find a solution that wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg. Sadly, we were unsuccessful in our quest to find a solution so we decided to call Donny's Plumbing. Chris was great, once again. He was attentive, polite, and professional.

He ended up having to replace our water heater, and he gave us a great deal on it. I didn't expect to save as much as we did, but we owe it all to Chris. He was able to do the whole job in twenty-four hours which is unbelievable. Thanks Chris!

Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. When faced with a hard to find toilet flapper replacement, he didn't give up until he found the part necessary to complete the job. He completed several repairs inside and outside my home, and finished earlier than the estimated time he had provided prior to beginning the job. Kevin completed the repairs, nearly unheard and unseen, ensuring that he didn't disrupt our household. I highly recommend P&L Plumbing (and Kevin) for all your household plumbing needs!

The tenant in my townhouse in Tempe told me there was a leak in his shower.  I inquired with my neighbors where I live in SE Gilbert in a message on our neighborhood Facebook page for a recommendation for a plumber and many of them recommended Classic Guys. Because Classic Guys had so much positive feedback from people in my community, I chose to call them over other companies that were recommended. I had to write this review right away to share how impressed I am.  They were able to send someone out at a date and time that was convenient for my tenant, which was limited, and they showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and took care of the problem for a very fair price.  One of the most stressful things about hiring plumbers, electricians, car mechanics, or any skilled person, is not knowing if the company is trustworthy and honest as well as reliable and proficient in their field. Classic Guys Plumbing was in a position to take advantage of me and the situation. The problem, it turns out, was minor, which we know because they communicated this to my tenant right away. All they charged me was for a service call. I hope I don't have many future needs for a plumber, but if I do I will definitely call Classic Guys plumbing, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Septic backed up Saturday afternoon - eeesh.
Called them and they dispatched Jason. He was professional and friendly and got the job done for $77! Back in business. Pleased to not get oversold and get emergency service with no surcharge.
So happy and highly recommend.

I can't say enough about my great experience with Parker and Sons.  From the time I called until the time the tech left my house everything was very smooth and the process was easy.  I am so thankful to have found Parker and Sons.  I first tried to use Shadrach since they were local (Fountain Hills) and they were a nightmare.  Parker and Sons was a breath of fresh air after what I had went through.  For now on, Parker and Sons is all I will use for my plumbing issues.

Corri, was our plumber who came out today to fix a leak in our toilet flush tank. He worked with us and came out for inspection on the same day it happened. He identified the root cause of the leak right away & provided us a fix . He didn't charge us because it was a simple fix. It was a relief and I'd definitely call him in the future for any plumbing needs.

We we will definitely be using them again.  We had an emergency burst pipe situation and they had a technician out within an hour on a Saturday evening.  We received great customer service from the dispatcher who updated us when the technician was on his way.  Stephano, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable.  Stephano, even came back to check on the work the next day.  The quoted price was the price we paid.

Had them do the special deal tune up.  Tech came inside with the capacitor leaking out the top.  As an electrical technician, I find this very suspicious.  He quoted me over $200, and I found it online for $12.  Took me 5 minutes to replace.

Jeff, my service technician, was professional, courteous and friendly.  We are selling our house and there were several plumbing issues pointed out in the physical inspection.  I gave him the list, and he addressed each one and fixed them as necessary.  I was very pleased with his service!

Vicente came to diagnose our plumbing problem. We had a recurring issue of the plumbing being backed up. He did an Excellent job. Very professional! My plumbing is no longer backed up. I highly would recommend Champion Plumbing!

We would not recommend this company.  Reason is we asked for a quote on the work to be done after the first initial visit.  We waited 3 days and I still had not received a quote so I called again and they said it would be between 1500 and 2800.  We needed the work done so they came and replaced a small line that roots had grown in and pumped tank and it was 2500.  We felt for the time spent with the excavator charges were way high at 1200 then parts and labor were 600 and pumping 750.  This was a simple dig and replace a 3ft pipe.  We felt ripped off.  I will say the technicians were nice.
