Pelayo is my first choice in plumbing everyday of the week. They are prompt, reasonable and clean. Not much else to say. They are the best!

On time and installed our toilet fast and at a low.  Tyler was very professional and explained everything.

Their prices were very competitive (even less than others we checked) but their work was professional and top notch. Steven came to help us recently with a couple of plumbing issues.  They were  unrelated to the February 2021 winter storm, but he was nevertheless very busy helping people in the aftermath of that.  In spite of how busy plumbers were during that time, Steven treated us with kindness, took his time, explained what he was doing, wore a mask, and was very efficient in his work. We so appreciated his knowledge and demeanor.  Thanks, Steven!

These guys fit me in at the last minute, they were polite, professional and very quick in resolving my issues.  They cleaned up after themselves better than any other service provider I have had in my home.  Highly recommend this company if you need HVAC or Plumbing work done.

Nathan was very honest with me and did leg work to determine what I needed which was a thermopile for a State unit water heater. and he offered alternatives and options. I would call them again.

Our gas detector went off @ 1:30 am, called Atmos, they came out within 30 minutes, verified that there was a leak some place and shut off the gas.  At that point you are between a rock and a hard place - as Atmos will not turn the gas back on until a permit has been pulled and any repair has been inspected.  You are at the mercy of the plumber and how much they want to charge you...

We had a home warranty which sent our a partner plumber who commenced to try and extort $1200 (+ the $60 copay) just to begin looking for the leak/pull the permit .  We told them to stick it and promptly canceled the home warranty.

We called several plumbers, large & small, eventually getting several recommendation Sheffield through Nextdoor.com.  When I called Sheffield, the lady who answered (who I found out was the owner's wife) the phone gave us a lot of information, explained the entire process, gave us an accurate quote and were only $350 to get started, which included pulling the permit, pressurize the system & 1hr of leak detection.  After that it would be their gas hourly rate of $120 + parts find & Fix.   We did have to wait 3 days for them to come out because they are a small company but I assure you it was well worth the wait.

Thomas Sheffield (the owner's son) arrived promptly @ 9am, was professional, explained everything before he began (during the process) and answered all questions I had.  (I'm new to living in a house with Gas)  Once all was said & done, leak was found under the house (a gas pipe was being held off the ground by brick instead of being hung from the floor joist with galvanized strapping and had eaten a hole in the brick at the point of contact), fixed, and the rest of the gas system under the house was raised and strapped CORRECTLY to prevent any further issues.

The entire process ended taking about 7 hours & was less than what the home warranty guy wanted just to get started!

They were prompt, professional, efficient, very reasonably priced, curteous & most importantly quality.

Very helpful! My kitchen faucet was frozen and they tried to help me via text to figure something out since there is a storm outside. They didn't have to do that but was very comforting to try something during the interim. While the faucet is still pending (they said they could come out when weather resolved in case what they suggested did not work), I am very pleased by how quickly they got back in touch and their willingness to help me out remotely.

My sewer chose the worst possible time to back up, right in the middle of the worst winter freeze in decades. I contacted Mullins Plumbing via Yelp and they were surprisingly quick to respond, again given the weather conditions. They showed up the next morning and in no time had the sewer cleared. Unfortunately they didn't know what clogged the line, only that it was something hard as they were not able to obtain a sample. But they were fairly confident it wasn't roots. With all the bad weather, power outages and 50+ calls they were working for that day they were still able to schedule me in for that morning. Definitely two thumbs up! Thank you Mullins Plumbing!!!

Brad and Eric were phenomenal, quickly identified the source of leaks and resolved the problems. VERY professional and positive, answered my questions with patience a d triple checked their work. Definitely adding them to speed dial for future plumbing  emergencies.

Paul was our service person, great service extremely professional. Be sure to take the service contract, best deal in town. We did not have a problem just an annual check.

I haven't used this service yet but I did make a call, sent pictures and got advice from one of the plumbers. He was patient and assisted me without trying to sell me anything. He even told me the project I was looking to have done could be completed by just watching a YouTube video . Honest man. I have saved his number as I just bought a new home and need good honest people to keep in my little black book.

I set up a time of 10:00 am the day before these people were to come out to my place.  I had to take off a 1/2 day of work to be able to be home at the 10:00am for them to do the work.  At 10:15 I texted Ken and asked if they are still coming to my house?  At 10:30 I called them and of course Ken did not pick up the phone. I finally get a text saying he thought he told me between 10:00am and 12:00pm and this is not what he told me.  I will make sure I never call this company again.  If a Company is not good for their word, I do not want them working at my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Years ago Mai was a good company, but unfortunately not any more. They do not background check and do not drug test their employees. Several of their customers have had items, jewelry, etc stollen by Mai repair men. Mai Co admitted to the thefts but refused to reimburse the customers. They are not bonded or insured either. If you use this company you are on your own with a possible drug addicted thief in your home. Do not use this company!

DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES!!! On March 30 a Baker Brothers technician did an annual inspection of my a/c unit. During the visit he showed me a video that indicated there was a freon leak. However, the video he showed had the corner of the unit pried open to allow his wand to be inserted in the unit. He stated the cost of repairs would range from $1672 to $4250. We inspected the unit after the technician left, there wasn't a corner of our unit that had been pried open as all corners were sealed. It appeared the video wasn't of the unit in our attic. As Baker Brothers always does after a visit, an email was sent with the pictures taken and a video that showed the vent to my unit, but not the video that showed the leak. I requested the video that showed the leak multiple times, but each time the link that was sent I didn't have access to. I then called another company to get a second opinion. The second company didn't indicate there was a freon leak. I of course have cancelled my family membership with Baker Brothers.
